The rear door locking mechanism 12 comprises a rear door locking oil cylinder 1201, a locking mechanism mounting seat 1202, an oil cylinder mounting plate 1203, a guide hole plate 1204, a second locking nut 1207 and a locking bolt 1208, wherein the locking mechanism mounting seat 1202 is mounted on the rear wall of the carriage box body 4; the cylinder mounting plate 1203 and the two guide hole plates 1204 are sequentially coaxially welded on the locking mechanism mounting base 1202; the rear door locking cylinder 1201 is mounted on the cylinder mounting plate 1203, and the locking tongue 1208 is mounted on the piston rod of the locking cylinder through the second locking nut 1207. In addition, a through hole for the bolt 1208 to pass through is arranged in the middle of the lock catch 103.
Referring to fig. 11, the rear door 101 has a hollow hemispherical shape, and the latch 1208 has a downward inclined surface on a side facing the rear wall of the car body 4. Because the sealing strip is the rubber material, has elasticity, therefore back door 101 falls naturally and leans on the dead weight of back door 101 and can't realize that back door 101 hugs closely on carriage box 4, and spring bolt 1208 passes upper layer direction orifice plate 1204 at the decline in-process, and then the inclined plane bottom of spring bolt 1208 contacts hasp 103, and along with spring bolt 1208 continues to descend, its inclined plane constantly oppresses hasp 103, until compressing tightly back door 101 on the carriage box 4 back wall. Further, in order to make the lock catch 103 smoothly enter between the upper layer and the lower layer of guide hole plates 1204, the rear door locking mechanism 12 further comprises a guide wedge 1205, the guide wedge 1205 is welded on the lower layer of guide hole plates 1204, and the guide wedge 1205 is in a step shape and used for guiding the lock catch 103.
The rear wall of the carriage box body 4 which is positioned under the rear door 101 is also welded with a V-shaped material guide plate 13, and the rear door 101 can guide the kitchen waste after being opened.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1-2, the carriage of the kitchen waste treatment vehicle further comprises a top cover 11, a top cover opening and closing oil cylinder 10, a feeding splash-proof baffle 7 and a material overturning mechanism 16, wherein the top cover 11 is located right above the feeding port, one side of the top cover 11 is hinged to the top wall of the carriage box body 4, one end of the top cover opening and closing oil cylinder 10 is hinged to the top wall of the carriage box body 4, the other end of the top cover opening and closing oil cylinder 10 is hinged to the middle of the top cover 11, the feeding splash-proof baffle 7 is installed on the top wall of the carriage box body 4, and the material overturning mechanism 16 is used for lifting a garbage can upwards and pouring the garbage into the feeding port. Since the material turning mechanism 16 is a mature prior art, the structure thereof will not be described in detail in this embodiment.

the hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic pump set, a cooler, a filter, a control valve set, a hydraulic oil tank, an oil conveying pipeline and the like, wherein the hydraulic pump set is driven by a power take-off transmission device, the hydraulic pump set supplies oil for all the oil cylinders and the hydraulic motor, and the control valve set is used for opening and closing the rear door 101, locking and unlocking the rear door 101, opening and closing the top cover 11, overturning and unloading the garbage can and forward and backward rotation of the hydraulic motor 1903. The opening and closing and locking of the rear door 101 are sequentially controlled, so that equipment damage caused by misoperation is avoided.

the spiral extrusion discharging mechanism comprises a transmission device, a filter cartridge and a rotating shaft welded with spiral blades, the filter cartridge is in a hollow cylindrical shape, filter holes are uniformly formed in the wall of the filter cartridge, a feeding port is formed in the top of one end of the filter cartridge, two ends of the filter cartridge are respectively installed on the front wall and the rear wall of the carriage box body, the rotating shaft is located at the axis of the filter cartridge, the rotating shaft is installed on the front wall and the rear wall of the carriage box body, and the transmission device drives the rotating shaft to rotate;
the upper-layer cleaning system comprises an upper-layer cleaning interface, a V-shaped filter plate and an upper-layer sewage discharge outlet which are sequentially welded, the V-shaped filter plate is positioned right below the filter cylinder, the upper-layer cleaning interface is arranged on the front wall of the carriage box body, and the upper-layer sewage discharge outlet is arranged on the rear wall of the carriage box body;
the bottom layer cleaning interface, the bottom wall of the carriage box body and the bottom layer sewage discharge outlet form the bottom layer cleaning system, the bottom layer cleaning interface is installed on the front wall of the carriage box body, and the bottom layer sewage discharge outlet is installed on the rear wall of the carriage box body.
2. The compartment of the kitchen waste disposal vehicle as recited in claim 1, wherein the distance between the helical blades is gradually decreased from the front wall of the compartment body to the rear wall of the compartment body.

The carriage of the kitchen waste disposal vehicle of claim 2, wherein the spiral extrusion discharging mechanism further comprises a porous end cover, a rear end cover, a first bearing seat, a second bearing seat and a second bearing seat, the first bearing seat is installed on the front wall of the carriage box body, the second bearing seat is installed on the rear wall of the carriage box body, the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat are respectively installed at two ends of the rotating shaft and are respectively arranged in the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat, the rear end cover is installed on the end surface of the second bearing seat, the porous end cover is installed on the end surface of the first bearing seat, and sealing rings are respectively arranged between the contact surfaces of the first bearing seat and the rotating shaft, between the contact surfaces of the second bearing seat and the rotating shaft and between the contact surfaces of the porous end cover and the rotating shaft.

5. The compartment of a kitchen waste disposal vehicle according to claim 4, wherein a first spacer shim is provided between said end cap with hole and said first bearing seat, and a second spacer shim is provided between said second bearing and said second bearing seat.

The carriage of the kitchen waste treatment vehicle as recited in claim 1, wherein the transmission device comprises a hydraulic motor, a driving wheel mounted on a rotating shaft of the hydraulic motor, a driven wheel mounted on the rotating shaft, a chain sleeved between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and a hydraulic motor mounting seat.

The compartment of the kitchen waste disposal vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the compartment of the kitchen waste disposal vehicle further comprises a rear door assembly, a rear door opening and closing mechanism, a rear door adjusting mechanism and a rear door locking mechanism;
the rear door assembly comprises a rear door, connecting support lugs and lock catches, one end of each connecting support lug is welded on the rear door, the two lock catches are welded on two sides of the rear door, and sealing strips are arranged on the edges of the rear door;
the rear door opening and closing mechanism comprises a rear door opening and closing oil cylinder and an oil cylinder mounting seat, the oil cylinder mounting seat is fixedly mounted on the top wall of the carriage box body, one end of the rear door opening and closing oil cylinder is hinged with the oil cylinder mounting seat through a pin shaft, and the other end of the rear door opening and closing oil cylinder is hinged with the other end of the connecting support lug through a pin shaft;

The carriage of the kitchen waste treatment vehicle as recited in claim 7, wherein two sets of the rear door locking mechanisms are positioned on both sides of the rear door and are installed on the rear wall of the carriage box body, each rear door locking mechanism comprises a rear door locking oil cylinder, a locking mechanism installation seat, an oil cylinder installation plate, a guide hole plate, a second locking nut and a lock tongue, and the locking mechanism installation seat is installed on the rear wall of the carriage box body; the oil cylinder mounting plate and the two guide hole plates are sequentially coaxially welded on the locking mechanism mounting seat; the rear door locking oil cylinder is arranged on the oil cylinder mounting plate, and the lock tongue is arranged on a piston rod of the locking oil cylinder through the second locking nut;
and the middle part of the lock catch is provided with a through hole for the bolt to pass through.

12. The carriage of the kitchen waste disposal vehicle of claim 11, wherein the rear door locking mechanism further comprises a stopper welded to an edge of the guide hole of the upper guide hole plate away from the rear wall of the carriage body.
13. The carriage of the kitchen waste disposal vehicle of claim 10, wherein the rear door locking mechanism further comprises a guide wedge block, and the guide wedge block is welded on the lower guide hole plate and used for guiding the latch.
14. The carriage of the kitchen waste disposal vehicle of claim 7, wherein the rear door is hollow and hemispherical.
15. The carriage of the kitchen waste disposal vehicle as recited in claim 14, wherein a V-shaped material guide plate is welded to the rear wall of the carriage body located right below the rear door.
