The technical problem that the drawer of present pull formula locker easily rocks is aimed at least to a certain extent to this application. Therefore, the application provides a locker and an integrated kitchen range.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a storage cabinet, including:
the cabinet body is provided with an inner cavity,
a guide rail seat arranged on the inner wall of at least one side of the inner cavity, the included angle between the guide surface of the guide rail seat and the horizontal plane is a preset angle, and

In the locker provided by the embodiment of the application, the bearing table can be used for loading articles, the guide rail bracket arranged on the bearing table is matched with the guide surface on the guide rail seat arranged in the cabinet body, so that the bearing table can move relative to the cabinet body, the bearing table can be positioned in the cabinet body, the articles on the bearing table can be stored in the cabinet body, or at least part of the bearing table is exposed out of the cabinet body to take the articles on the bearing table. The guide surface on the guide rail seat is inclined relative to the horizontal direction, and the included angle between the guide surface and the horizontal plane is 30-70 degrees, so that the component force of the gravity of the bearing table and the guide rail support acts on the guide surface of the guide rail seat, the support force of the guide surface to the bearing table and the guide rail support can support and limit the guide rail support and the bearing table in the horizontal direction, the bearing table and the guide rail support can be kept stable in the moving process, the swinging of the bearing table and the guide rail support is avoided, and the service life of the storage cabinet is prolonged
In some embodiments, the storage cabinet further comprises a supporting plate, the supporting plate is fixed on at least one side of the inner cavity, an included angle between a normal line of a supporting surface of the supporting plate and a horizontal plane is a preset angle, and the guide rail seat is arranged on the supporting surface.
The guide rail seat can be arranged on the supporting plate by arranging the supporting plate, so that a fixing structure for fixing the guide rail seat is not required to be arranged on the wall surface of the cabinet body, and the structural strength of the cabinet body is better.

At least a portion of the carrying platform 300 is located in the cabinet 100, and the carrying platform 300 is movably connected with the cabinet 100, the carrying platform 300 can be used for carrying objects, the objects can be placed on the carrying platform 300, and as the carrying platform 300 moves relative to the cabinet 100, the objects on the carrying platform 300 can be located in the cabinet 100, so that the objects can be stored in the cabinet 100, the carrying platform 300 moves relative to the cabinet 100, and the objects on the cabinet 100 can be exposed out of the cabinet 100, so that the objects on the carrying platform 300 can be taken out.

The guide surface on the guide rail seat 200 inclines relative to the horizontal direction, and the included angle between the guide surface and the horizontal plane is 30-70 degrees, so that the component force of the gravity of the bearing platform 300 and the guide rail bracket 310 acts on the guide surface of the guide rail seat 200, and the supporting force of the guide surface facing the bearing platform 300 and the guide rail bracket 310 can support and limit the guide rail bracket 310 and the bearing platform 300 in the horizontal direction, so that the bearing platform 300 and the guide rail bracket 310 can be kept stable in the moving process, the generation of shaking of the bearing platform 300 and the guide rail bracket 310 is avoided, and the service life of the storage cabinet of the application is further prolonged.
In the storage cabinet provided by the embodiment of the application, the included angle between the guide surface of the guide rail seat 200 and the horizontal plane is specifically 40 degrees to 45 degrees, when the included angle between the guide surface and the horizontal plane is set to be 40 degrees to 50 degrees, the cross section of the structure formed by enclosing the guide surface and the inner wall of the cabinet body 100 is close to an isosceles triangle, so that two component forces of the gravity of the guide rail bracket 310 and the bearing platform 300, namely the friction force of the guide surface of the guide rail bracket 310 and the guide rail seat 200, and the supporting force of the guide surface of the guide rail seat 200 to the guide rail bracket 310 are balanced, so that the stress of the guide surface is balanced, the deformation of the guide rail seat 200 can be prevented, and meanwhile, the guide rail bracket 310 and the bearing platform 300 can be more stable.
In some embodiments, in order to facilitate the rail seat 200 to be installed in the cabinet 100, the storage cabinet of the present application may further include a support plate 400, the support plate 400 may be fixed on an inner wall of the cabinet 100, and the rail seat 200 may be disposed on the support plate 400, so that the rail seat 200 does not need to be connected to the inner wall of the cabinet 100, and accordingly, a structure for fixing the rail seat 200 does not need to be provided on the inner wall of the cabinet 100, so that the structure of the inner wall of the cabinet 100 may not be damaged, and the structural strength of the cabinet 100 may be better.
Particularly, the supporting plate 400 is provided with a supporting surface, the guide rail seat 200 is arranged on the supporting surface, and the included angle between the supporting surface and the horizontal plane is a preset angle, so that the guide rail seat 200 can be directly arranged on the supporting surface, the included angle between the guide surface of the guide rail seat 200 and the horizontal plane is a preset angle, the angle of the guide surface of the guide rail seat 200 does not need to be adjusted independently, and the installation process of the guide rail seat 200 is simpler and more convenient due to the installation mode.
The supporting plate 400 can be detachably fixed on the inner wall of the cabinet 100, and specifically, a clamping groove structure matched with the supporting plate 400 can be formed on the inner wall of the cabinet 100, so that the supporting plate 400 can be inserted into the inner wall of the cabinet 100, and the supporting plate 400 can be conveniently mounted on the inner wall of the cabinet 100 or detached from the inner wall of the cabinet 100.
The supporting plate 400 may be fixed to the inner wall of the cabinet 100 by bonding, or the supporting plate 400 and the cabinet 100 may be integrally formed, so that the supporting plate 400 may be fixed to the inner wall of the cabinet 100.
The rail seat 200 and the supporting plate 400 can be detachably connected, specifically, the supporting plate 400 can be provided with screw holes, and the rail seat 200 can be provided with screw holes matched with the screw holes on the supporting plate 400, so that the rail seat 200 and the supporting plate 400 can be fixed in a threaded connection manner. Of course, the rail seat 200 and the supporting plate 400 can also be fixed by bonding, and the two fixing methods can make the connection effect between the rail seat 200 and the supporting plate 400 stable and reliable.
In some embodiments, in order to make the connection effect between the supporting plate 400 and the inner wall of the cabinet 100 more stable and reliable, one end of the supporting plate 400 may be connected to the inner wall of the cabinet 100, the other end of the supporting plate 400 may be connected to the bottom wall of the cabinet 100, both the bottom wall and the inner wall of the cabinet 100 may support the supporting plate 400, so that the cross section of the supporting plate 400 and the inner wall of the cabinet 100 is triangular, the triangular structure is stable and reliable, and the supporting plate 400 is stable when being disposed in the cabinet 100.
Of course, in other embodiments, the supporting plate 400 may also adopt a triangular prism structure, so that the supporting plate 400 may abut on the junction between the bottom wall and the side wall of the cabinet 100, and be fixedly connected to both the bottom wall and the side wall of the cabinet 100, so that the structural strength of the supporting plate 400 may be better, the effect of the supporting plate 400 on bearing the rail seat 200 may be better, the stability of the rail seat 200 may be better, and correspondingly, the stability of the rail bracket 310 installed on the rail and the bearing table 300 connected to the rail bracket 310 may be better.
In some embodiments, when the rail mounts 200 are disposed on the inner sidewalls of the cabinet 100, the rail brackets 310 may be disposed on the sidewalls of the carrier 300, since the guide surface of the rail housing 200 is disposed to be inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, the rail housing 310 is also disposed to be inclined with respect to the horizontal plane when the rail housing 310 is fixed to the rail housing 200, in order to fix the rail bracket 310 on the platform 300, a mounting surface 320 inclined with respect to the horizontal plane may be formed on the sidewall of the platform 300, the inclination angle of the mounting surface 320 with respect to the horizontal plane is matched with the inclination angle of the guide surface with respect to the horizontal plane, after the rail bracket 310 is fixed on the mounting surface 320 of the carrier 300, the angle of inclination of the rail bracket 310 can be matched with the angle of inclination of the guide surface of the rail housing 200 by keeping the carrier 300 horizontally, thereby facilitating the mounting of the rail bracket 310 on the rail housing 200.
The guide rail bracket 310 and the mounting surface 320 of the carrier 300 can also be detachably connected, specifically, the mounting surface 320 of the carrier 300 can be provided with screw holes, the guide rail bracket 310 can be provided with screw holes matched with the screw holes on the mounting surface 320, and the guide rail bracket 310 can be fixed on the mounting surface 320 of the carrier 300 through bolts. Of course, the rail bracket 310 and the mounting surface 320 of the carrier 300 may be fixed by adhesion, and the specific fixing method of the rail bracket 310 and the carrier 300 is not limited in this application.
In some embodiments, in order to make the carrying platform 300 more stable and reliable in the moving process relative to the cabinet 100, the number of the rail holders 200 may be set to be plural, the plurality of rail holders 200 may be distributed on the inner walls of the cabinet 100 that are opposite to each other, and correspondingly, the rail brackets 310 may be disposed on the opposite side walls of the carrying platform 300, so that the plurality of rail brackets 310 are correspondingly matched with the plurality of rail holders 200, so that the opposite sides of the carrying platform 300 may be supported, and thus the carrying platform 300 may be kept stable in the moving process.
The storage cabinet provided by the embodiment of the application is further provided with a cabinet door 330, the cabinet door 330 can be connected with the bearing table 300, so that the cabinet door 330 can move along with the movement of the bearing table 300, when the bearing table 300 moves to be completely positioned in the cabinet body 100, the cabinet door 330 can block the opening on the cabinet body 100, and thus, the cabinet door 330 can seal the object on the bearing table 300 in the cabinet body 100, so that the object can be stored in the cabinet body 100 more safely.
In some embodiments, a partition board may be further disposed in the cabinet 100, the partition board is connected to the inner wall of the cabinet 100, the partition board may divide the inner cavity 110 of the cabinet 100 into a plurality of sub-cavities, each of the sub-cavities may be provided with a carrying platform 300, or some sub-cavities may be provided with a carrying platform 300, so that different kinds of objects may be stored in each sub-cavity, so that different kinds of objects may be stored in the cabinet 100 in a classified manner.
Of course, the number of the partition boards may be multiple, the number of the sub-cavities formed by the partition boards by partitioning the inner cavity 110 is also greater, and the multiple partition boards may be stacked at intervals along a preset direction, specifically, may be stacked along a height direction or a width direction of the cabinet 100, and the application is not limited thereto.
Based on the locker of above, this application embodiment still provides an integrated kitchen, and this integrated kitchen includes the locker of above. This integrated kitchen still includes kitchen range 500 and baffle 600, and kitchen range 500 sets up the top at the cabinet body 100, and the cabinet body 100 provides the installation basis for kitchen range 500 like this, and baffle 600 also sets up at the top of the cabinet body 100 and lies in one side of kitchen range 500, and specifically, baffle 600 sets up immediately at the top of the cabinet body 100, and baffle 600 can block the oil smoke diffusion that kitchen range 500 department produced. Of course, the baffle 600 may be further provided with a range hood, so that the range hood can absorb the oil smoke generated at the cooking range 500.
