The valve housing 110 in this embodiment further has two side wall plates 113, the two side wall plates 113 being located at left and right sides of the top wall plate 111, respectively, wherein the opened valve flap 130, the two side wall plates 113 and the top wall plate 111 form a guide passage to guide the gas introduced therein to flow obliquely upward, as shown in fig. 5.
The two side wall plates 113, the top wall plate 111 and the opened valve flap 130 form a nearly closed flow guide channel, and after gas flowing in from the inlet pipe 150 and the valve seat 120 enters the flow guide channel, the gas is naturally and smoothly discharged upwards into the residential exhaust duct, and no turbulence or vortex phenomenon exists at the inlet of the residential exhaust duct. Preferably, when a circular flap 130 is used, a square baffle 132 having a range may be provided behind the flap 130, as shown in fig. 3, to direct the gas to flow obliquely upward and not to the other direction.
In this embodiment, the residential exhaust duct 200 is supported and fixed by the building wall 300 and the building floor 400, the residential exhaust duct 200 is provided with the air inlet 201, the valve casing 110 is installed outside the air inlet 201, and specifically, the air inlet pipe 150 is connected with the range hood 600 or the exhaust fan through the exhaust branch pipe 500 to exhaust indoor smoke.
The valve seat 120 and the air inlet pipe 150 are inclined upwards along the air exhaust direction, and the exhaust branch pipe 500 connected with the valve seat is also inclined upwards, so that the exhaust branch pipe 500 is prevented from being bent downwards, oil stains accumulated in the exhaust branch pipe 500 can be discharged in time, and the airflow wind resistance of the exhaust branch pipe 500 is reduced; meanwhile, in the process that the smoke of the range hood 600 or the exhaust fan flows into the residential exhaust duct 200, the smoke does not need to turn through a 90-degree right angle, so that the wind resistance is very small, and the smoke discharge effect is very good.

The unobstructed intake fire check valve as defined in claim 2, wherein said valve housing has a front end plate, said annular seat being disposed on said front end plate and projecting in the direction of exhaust of the exhaust passage to form a convex seat against which the circular contour of said valve flap fits.
6. Unobstructed incoming fire check valve as defined in claim 1, wherein said angle between the plane of said seat and the plane of said flange is no more than 60 °.
7. An unobstructed inlet fire prevention check valve as defined in claim 6, wherein the angle between the plane of said seat and the plane of said flange is between 10 ° and 30 °.
8. Unobstructed incoming fire check valve as defined in claim 1 wherein said flange is provided with a gasket.
