The invention adopts a single fireproof executing piece to lock the valve clack, and limits the fireproof executing piece through the outer temperature sensing piece and the inner temperature sensing piece which are connected with each other, thereby simultaneously sensing the indoor temperature change and the temperature change in the house exhaust passage, and having the advantages of simple structure and strong practicability.
The matching stability between the upper acting part of the fireproof executing piece and the matching part on the back side of the valve clack is good, the supporting effect is good, leakage in fire is avoided, an airflow channel between an exhaust passage and a resident is cut off, and fire spreading is prevented.

The fireproof executing device 300 comprises a support 310, a rotating shaft 320, an elastic member 330, a fireproof executing member 340, an outer temperature sensing member 350 and an inner temperature sensing member 360;
the support 310 is arranged on the valve body 100 and located on the back side of the valve clack 200, the rotating shaft 320 is arranged on the support 310 and parallel to the valve shaft 201 on the valve clack 200, the elastic member 330 is arranged on the support 310 and located at the rotating shaft 320, preferably, the elastic member 330 is a torsion spring, the fireproof executing member 340 is provided with a connecting part 341 and an acting part 342, and the connecting part 341 of the fireproof executing member 340 is connected with the rotating shaft 320;

A fire protection check valve with inner and outer fire protection functions as claimed in claim 2, wherein said acting portion comprises at least one abutting plate, and said engaging portion comprises at least one stopping plate having a stopping edge for abutting engagement, and said abutting plate is capable of abutting against said stopping edge.
4. A fire protection check valve with inner and outer fire protection functions as claimed in claim 3, wherein the stopping edge is arc-shaped and has a plurality of latches thereon for abutting engagement with the abutting plate.
5. A fire-resistant check valve with inner and outer fire-resistant functions as claimed in claim 4, wherein said abutting plate is provided with an inclined surface for said latch to engage to form a ratchet.
6. A fire-resistant check valve with inner and outer fire-resistant functions as claimed in claim 3, wherein said abutting plate is provided with a locking groove having an opening, a groove bottom of said locking groove abuts against said stopping edge, and left and right side walls of said locking groove are located at both sides of said stopping edge.

A fireproof check valve with inner and outer fireproof functions as claimed in claim 6, wherein the engaging portion has two stop plates fixed relatively and located on two sides of the vertical center line of the valve flap, and the abutting plate is provided with two engaging grooves capable of engaging with the stop edges on the two stop plates to form a multi-point support.
8. The fire-proof check valve with inner and outer fire-proof functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein the acting part is provided with a through hole, and the inner temperature sensing element is passed through the through hole and is connected to the acting part in a limited manner by a connecting pin.
9. A fire-proof check valve with inner and outer fire-proof functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein said outer temperature sensing member comprises a temperature sensing connecting rod and a locking member, said locking member locks said temperature sensing connecting rod at said through hole, said temperature sensing connecting rod penetrates into the inner side of said valve body from said through hole and is connected with said inner temperature sensing member.
10. A fire-resistant check valve with inner and outer fire-resistant functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein said inner temperature sensing member and said outer temperature sensing member are bonded together by using a temperature-controlled fusible metal.
