In some embodiments, the light-transmitting portion 1321 is a light-transmitting sheet, the light-emitting member 1312 has a light-emitting portion 1322, and the light-emitting portion 1322 is disposed opposite to the light-transmitting sheet, so that light emitted from the light-emitting portion 1322 can pass through the light-transmitting sheet. In one implementation, the light-transmitting member 1313 is shaped to be capable of filling a gap between the electrode member 1311 and the light-emitting member 1312, and when the light-transmitting portion 1321 is a through hole, a protrusion embedded into the through hole 1321 protrudes from the top end of the light-transmitting member 1313, so that after the light-transmitting portion 1321 is set, on one hand, the light-transmitting member 1313 can be limited by the protrusion, and on the other hand, after the protrusion is embedded into the through hole 1321, the through hole 1321 can be closed, so that the light-emitting member 1312 is isolated from the outside of the cavity 1341, and the light-emitting member 1312 is prevented from being damaged by foreign matters or dirt entering the cavity 1341. Meanwhile, the light-transmitting member may be made of an insulating material, so that the light-emitting member 1312 can be isolated from the electrode member 1311, thereby preventing the electrode member 1311 and the light-emitting member 1312 from being short-circuited, and thus protecting the light-emitting member 1312.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the light-transmitting member 1313 may be omitted, and the light emitted from the light-emitting member 1312 passes through the light-transmitting portion 1321 and then directly acts on the massage portion. The circuit board 1342 may be disposed adjacent to an opening of the cavity 1341, the middle of the circuit board 1342 is connected to the light-emitting element 1312, and at least a portion of an edge of the circuit board 1342 is capable of abutting against an inner wall of the cavity 1341 at the opening, so that the circuit board 1342 is capable of limiting the light-emitting element 1312 in the cavity 1341, and further, the light-emitting element 1312 and the electrode 1311 are connected and fixed.

More specifically, the base of the electrode 1311 has a flange 1331, the flange 1331 is provided at an end of the base away from the massage surface and opposite to the circuit structure layer 12, and the first electrical connection portion is formed by the flange. The flanging 1331 may be fixed to the first conductive branch 121 through the conductive connection layer 1351, and the conductive connection layer 1351 may be a conductive adhesive, and the conductive adhesive bonds the flanging 1331 of the electrode 1311 to the first conductive trace on the circuit structure layer 12, so that after the flanging 1331 is disposed, not only the conductive function but also the connection function are provided, and the reliability of the electrical connection between the electrode 1311 and the first conductive branch 121 can be increased.
The conductive adhesive is an adhesive with certain conductivity after being cured or dried, the flanging 1331 of the electrode piece 1311 and the first conductive branch 121 can be stably bonded together, a conductive path is formed between the flanging 1331 and the first conductive branch 121, the conductive adhesive has good performances of high temperature resistance, ultralow temperature resistance, instant curing and the like, the flanging 1331 and the first conductive branch 121 can be bonded by setting the electric connection layer as the conductive adhesive, so that the electric connection between the flanging 1331 and the circuit structure layer 12 is strengthened, and the reliability of the electric stimulation massage output function is improved.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the connection between the flange 1331 and the circuit structure layer 12 may not be limited to bonding by conductive adhesive, but may also be implemented by welding, inserting, sewing, riveting, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the carrier 13 is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the electrode 1311 of the massage component, the first electrical connection portion (for example, a flange 1331) of the electrode 1311 is clamped between the carrier 13 and the circuit structure layer 12, and one end of the massage surface of the electrode 1311 penetrates through the mounting hole and protrudes out of a surface of the carrier 13 away from the wearing body 11, so that the connection between the electrode 1311 and the circuit structure layer 12 is more reliable, and the reliability of electrical connection between the electrode 1311 and the first conductive branch 121 is further improved.
Referring to fig. 2, 8 and 9, in some embodiments, a second electrical connection portion is disposed on a side of the light emitting element 1312 facing away from the light emitting portion 1322; the second electrical connection portion includes a circuit board 1342, the circuit board and the fixing member are integrally formed, and the light emitting element 1312 is electrically connected to the second conductive branch 122 on the circuit structure layer 12 through the circuit board 1342, so that the electrical connection between the light emitting element 1312 and the circuit structure layer 12 is independent of the electrical connection between the electrode 1311 and the circuit structure layer 12, and thus the electrical stimulation massage of the electrode 1311 of the massage assembly 131 and the phototherapy of the light emitting element 1312 are independently controllable.
In this embodiment, the electrode 1311 and the light emitting element 1312 of different massage component of the massage device are controlled respectively, so that a combination of multiple massage modes can be realized, and the massage components 131 at different preset positions can use different massage outputs respectively, for example, the massage component at one preset position or at multiple preset positions only uses electric stimulation massage output, and the massage component at another preset position or multiple preset positions only uses phototherapy output; or, all the massage components 131 use two kinds of outputs at the same time, and a plurality of massage component can be combined into different massage modes according to different massage outputs, so that personalized massage requirements are provided for users, better massage effects are achieved, and user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, in some embodiments, the circuit board 1342 is a flexible circuit board, such that the electrical connection between the light emitting element 1312 and the circuit structure layer 12 can be a flexible connection, and the electrical connection between the light emitting element 1312 and the circuit structure layer 12 can adapt to the shape change of the circuit structure layer 12 when the massage apparatus is worn on a human body, so as to prevent the electrical connection between the laser element and the circuit structure layer 12 from being broken by stretching, and improve the electrical connection stability of the massage apparatus.
In some embodiments, the light-transmitting member 1313 of the massage assembly 131 surrounds the light-emitting member 1312, the light-emitting member 1312 of the massage assembly is encapsulated between the light-transmitting portion 1321 of the massage assembly and the circuit structure layer in the thickness direction of the massage device, and since the circuit board 1342 has an extending surface corresponding to the opening of the electrode member 1311, after the circuit board 1342 is fixed to the light-emitting member 1312, the opening of the electrode member 1311 can be closed, so that the light-emitting member 1312 is encapsulated between the light-transmitting member 1313 and the circuit structure layer 12, the light-emitting member 1312 is located in a closed installation space, and the possibility of damage to the light-emitting member 1312 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the circuit structure layer 12 includes a carrier layer 124, and the first conducting branch 121 and the second conducting branch 122 are independently disposed on the carrier layer 124 while being electrically insulated from each other; the second electrical connection portion further includes an electrical connection structure 1322 disposed on the light emitting element 1312; the circuit board 1342 is electrically connected between the electrical connection structure 1322 and the second conducting branch 122; the electrical connection structure 1322 extends from the light emitting element 1312 toward the circuit structure layer 12, and a first insulating layer is disposed between the electrical connection structure 1322 and the circuit structure layer 12. The electrical connection structure 1322 may be, for example, a pin disposed on the light emitting element 1312, the pin passes through a through hole on the circuit board 1342 and is supported on the carrier layer 124 of the circuit structure layer 12, the pin is electrically connected to the circuit board 1342 at the through hole, and the circuit board 1342 is electrically connected to the second conductive branch 122, so as to achieve electrical connection between the light emitting element 1312 and the second conductive branch 122.
The first insulating layer may be disposed on the leads 1322 or disposed at a position where the supporting layer of the circuit structure layer 1212 contacts the leads 1322. By arranging the first insulating layer, it is avoided that the light-emitting member 1312 is electrically connected with other conductive circuits on the circuit structure layer 12 at other positions of the light-emitting member 1312 than the circuit board 1342, so that the light-emitting member 1312 is prevented from being short-circuited, thereby ensuring that the light-emitting member 1312 provides a reliable phototherapy function and improving the overall safety of the massage device 10. The first insulating layer may be an insulating sheet or an insulating mat layer made of rubber, plastic, ceramic, or the like.
In some embodiments, the first conductive branch 121 is disposed adjacent to the carrier 13 in the thickness direction of the massage device, the second conductive branch 122 is disposed adjacent to the carrier layer 124 in the thickness direction of the massage device, and the first conductive branch 121 and the second conductive branch 122 are separated by the second insulating layer 123. The bearing layer 124 can be made of an elastic material, and can support and fix the first conducting branch 121 and the second conducting branch 122, so that the first conducting branch 121 and the second conducting branch 122 are prevented from being damaged by external force, and the electric connection stability of the massage device is improved.

In addition, it can be understood that the steps in the method of the embodiment of the present application may be sequentially adjusted, combined, and deleted according to actual needs, and the modules in the device of the embodiment of the present application may be combined, divided, and deleted according to actual needs.

Claims (21)
1. A massage assembly, comprising:
the electrode piece is provided with a containing cavity with one open end, the electrode piece is provided with a massage surface which is used for contacting with a massage part, and a light transmission part which is in light conduction with the containing cavity is arranged on the massage surface;
the light-emitting piece is at least partially positioned in the containing cavity, and light emitted by the light-emitting piece can penetrate out of the light-transmitting part; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the connecting piece is used for connecting and fixing the luminous piece and the electrode piece.
2. The massage assembly of claim 1, wherein:
the light-transmitting part is a through hole, the light-emitting part is provided with a light-emitting part, and the light-emitting part is arranged opposite to the through hole so that light emitted by the light-emitting part can be transmitted out of the through hole; or
The light-transmitting part is a light-transmitting sheet, the light-emitting part is provided with a light-emitting part, and the light-emitting part is arranged opposite to the light-transmitting sheet so that light emitted by the light-emitting part can be transmitted out of the light-transmitting sheet; or
The electrode element is made of a material with light transmittance and conductivity, so that light emitted by the light-emitting element can penetrate out of the electrode element.
3. The massage assembly of claim 2, wherein:
the connecting piece comprises a light-transmitting piece, the light-transmitting piece is arranged between the electrode piece and the light-emitting piece, and light emitted by the light-emitting part can sequentially penetrate out of the light-transmitting piece and the light-transmitting part.
4. The massage assembly of claim 3, wherein:
the light-transmitting piece abuts against the electrode piece in the accommodating cavity;
the light-transmitting piece is provided with an accommodating part used for accommodating the light-emitting piece, the accommodating part is provided with a limiting part in limiting fit with the light-emitting piece, and the limiting part is used for limiting the light-emitting part at a position opposite to the light-transmitting part.
5. The massage assembly of claim 2, wherein:
the connecting piece comprises a fixing piece;
the fixing piece is arranged on one side of the light-emitting piece, which deviates from the light-emitting part, and at least part of the fixing piece is abutted against the inner wall of the containing cavity so as to limit the light-emitting piece into the containing cavity.
6. The massage assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:
the massage assembly has an electrically conductive housing forming the pole element, the cavity is defined by the housing, the housing has a tip, and a top of the tip forms the massage face.
7. The massage assembly of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:
the light emitting component is a laser component or an infrared light component.
8. A massage apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the massage device comprises a wearing main body, a carrier arranged on the wearing main body, a circuit structure layer arranged between the carrier and the wearing main body, and a plurality of massage components arranged on the carrier; wherein the massage assembly is the massage assembly of any one of claims 1-7;
the massage surfaces of the massage components are arranged on one surface of the carrier, which is far away from the wearing main body;
the electrode element and the light-emitting element are respectively electrically connected with the circuit structure layer.
9. The massage apparatus of claim 8, wherein:
the massage components are arranged in groups, each group of massage components are distributed on different preset parts of one surface of the carrier, which deviates from the wearing main body, and the different preset parts correspond to different massage parts.
10. The massage apparatus of claim 8, wherein:
the massage assembly comprises a first electrical connection portion and a second electrical connection portion;
the circuit structure layer is provided with a first conductive branch and a second conductive branch which are electrically insulated from each other;
the electrode component of the massage component is connected with the first conductive branch circuit through the first electric connecting part, and the luminous component of the massage component is connected with the second conductive branch circuit through the second electric connecting part.
11. The massage apparatus of claim 10, wherein:
the electrode piece comprises a base part which is far away from the massage surface and is connected with the massage surface into a whole, and the first electric connection part is formed by the base part.
12. The massage apparatus of claim 10, wherein:
the first electrical connection portion has a connection face opposite the first conductive branch;
the connecting surface abuts against the first conducting branch; or, the connection surface is fixed to the first conductive branch through a conductive connection layer.
13. The massage apparatus of claim 8, wherein:
the massage component is characterized in that the carrier is provided with a mounting hole for mounting an electrode element of the massage component, the base part of the electrode element is clamped between the carrier and the circuit structure layer, and one end of the massage surface of the electrode element penetrates out of the mounting hole and then protrudes out of the surface of the carrier, which deviates from the wearing body.
14. The massage apparatus of claim 10, wherein:
the base part of the electrode piece is provided with a turned edge, the turned edge is arranged at one end, far away from the massage surface, of the base part and is opposite to the circuit structure layer, and the first electric connection part is formed by the turned edge.
15. The massage apparatus of claim 10, wherein:
the second electric connection part is arranged on one side of the light-emitting piece, which is far away from the light-emitting part;
the second electric connection part comprises a circuit board, the circuit board and the fixing part are integrally formed, and the light-emitting part is electrically connected with the second conductive branch circuit through the circuit board.
16. The massage apparatus of claim 15, wherein:
the circuit board is a flexible circuit board.
17. The massaging apparatus of any one of claims 8 to 16, wherein:
the light-emitting part of the massage component is packaged between the light-transmitting part of the massage component and the circuit structure layer in the thickness direction of the massage device.
18. The massage apparatus of claim 15, wherein:
the second electric connection part also comprises an electric connection structure arranged on the light-emitting piece;
the circuit board is electrically connected between the electric connection structure and the second conductive branch;
the electric connection structure extends out from one side of the light-emitting piece towards the circuit structure layer, and a first insulating layer is arranged between the electric connection structure and the circuit structure layer.
19. The massage apparatus of claim 18, wherein:
the electric connection structure is a pin arranged on the light-emitting component, and the pin is electrically connected with the circuit board and is supported on the circuit structure layer.
20. The massage apparatus of claim 10, wherein:
the circuit structure layer comprises a bearing layer, and the first conducting branch and the second conducting branch are arranged on the bearing layer in an electrically insulated mode;
wherein the first conducting branch is arranged adjacent to the carrier in the thickness direction of the massage device, and the second conducting branch is arranged adjacent to the carrier layer in the thickness direction of the massage device;
the first conducting branch and the second conducting branch are isolated by a second insulating layer.
21. The massaging apparatus of any one of claims 8 to 16, wherein: the massage equipment is a waist massage instrument or an abdomen massage instrument;
the wearing main body is a flexible wearing main body, and the carrier is a flexible carrier.
