Fig. 4 shows a structural example of the lower cover of the present application. In addition, the relatively large number of steam outlets 80 are provided on the lower cover 22, so that the steam at each position in the container body 10 can be distributed to achieve the purpose of timely discharging.
In an embodiment, the lid assembly 20 is further provided with a steam discharge port 221, the liquid heater further includes a handle part 110 and a steam discharge channel 120 provided in the handle part 110, the steam discharge port 221 communicates the second receiving chamber 40 and an upper end of the steam discharge channel 120, and a lower end of the steam discharge channel 120 extends to a bottom of the liquid heater.
According to the liquid heater of the present application, by further providing the steam discharge port 221 on the cap assembly 20, most of the steam entering the second accommodating chamber 40 can enter the bottom of the liquid heater through the steam discharge channel 120 via the steam discharge port 221 and then be discharged out of the liquid heater, only a small portion of the steam can be condensed in the cap assembly 20, and since the whole flow path of the steam is not easily directly contacted by a user, the risk of scalding during use can be reduced.
In an embodiment, the cap assembly 20 further has a pouring gate 222, the pouring gate 222 is connected to the liquid outlet 50, and when the liquid outlet 50 is opened, water can be poured through the pouring gate 222, and the cap assembly 20 is symmetrical about a line connecting the pouring gate 222 and the handle portion 110. The exhaust lines 90 are at least two and are symmetrically arranged about the connecting line. The first steam outlets 81 are at least two and are symmetrically arranged about the connecting line, and are respectively disposed near the edge of the lower cover 22 and connected to the corresponding inlet pipes 91. The inlet of each exhaust duct 90 communicates with the respective first steam outlet 81 and the outlet communicates with the second containing chamber 40.
In an embodiment, each exhaust duct 90 is a U-shaped duct, the bottom of the U-shaped duct is closer to the connecting line relative to the opening, and the bottom of the U-shaped duct is disposed toward the handle portion 110. The second steam outlets 82 are at least two and are symmetrically arranged about the connecting line, and are disposed closer to the connecting line with respect to the first steam outlets 81, and are connected to the corresponding third seal segment 933.

An example of the structure of the exhaust line is shown in fig. 5. In the example shown in fig. 5, there are two exhaust pipes 90, each exhaust pipe 90 is a U-shaped pipe, and an inlet (i.e., an air inlet end) and an outlet (i.e., an air outlet end) of the exhaust pipe 90 are respectively located at the edge position of the lower cover 22 and on the same side of the connecting line.
The liquid heater of the present application, due to the structure, will fall in a certain direction when pouring, and generally has two pouring states, which can fall in the direction shown in fig. 6, and can also fall in the mirror image direction relative to fig. 6.
An example of a pouring state of the liquid heater is shown in fig. 6. In the example shown in fig. 6, on the premise of normal filling amount in the inner cavity of the container body 10, when the liquid heater is toppled, the pouring seal 100 of the B group located below rolls to the blocking position, and at this time, the first steam outlet 81 and the second steam outlet 82 of the B group are both generally below the liquid level, and since the pouring seal 100 is in the blocking position, the liquid in the inner cavity of the container body 10 cannot overflow. At this time, the U-shaped exhaust line 90 of group B is in a sealed state. At the same time, the dumping seal 100 of group a is not in the blocking position, the U-shaped vent pipe 90 is in the conducting state, and the first steam outlet 81 of group a is at the highest position of the lower cover 22, generally above the liquid level in the inner cavity of the container body 10, when there is steam pressure inside the liquid heater, the steam can enter the U-shaped vent pipe 90 of group a through the first steam outlet 81 and be discharged from the outlet 941. In addition, after the air pressure in the inner cavity of the container body 10 is released, the liquid in the inner cavity may enter the exhaust pipeline 90 from the second steam outlet 82, but since the outlet 941 is also at the highest position, which is higher than the liquid level in the inner cavity of the container body 10, the liquid will not overflow from the outlet 941. Therefore, the exhaust line 90 of group a is in an open state, so that the air pressure in the cavity of the container body 10 can be released, and the liquid in the cavity of the container body 10 can be prevented from overflowing.
In conclusion, according to the liquid heater of this application, can in time discharge the comdenstion water in the second holds chamber 40 through backward flow mouth 60, avoid long-term storage to lead to bacterial growing and then guaranteed the health of drinking water.

Claims (10)

1. A liquid heater, characterized in that, the liquid heater comprises a container body (10) and a cover assembly (20) covering the top opening of the container body (10), a first containing cavity (30) and a second containing cavity (40) sealed with each other are arranged in the cover assembly (20), the bottom wall of the cover assembly (20) further comprises a liquid outlet (50) communicating the inner cavity of the container body (10) and the first containing cavity (30), a return port (60) communicating the inner cavity of the container body (10) and the second containing cavity (40), and a steam outlet (80) communicating the inner cavity of the container body (10) and the second containing cavity (40); backward flow mouth (60) are close to liquid outlet (50) set up, be equipped with out water control part (70) on lid subassembly (20), go out water control part (70) and can open simultaneously liquid outlet (50) of vessel (10) with backward flow mouth (60), and the shutoff simultaneously the liquid outlet (50) of vessel (10) with backward flow mouth (60).

The liquid heater of claim 1, wherein the cover assembly (20) comprises an upper cover (21) and a lower cover (22) combined with each other, a partition wall (23) abutting against a lower surface of the upper cover (21) is provided on an upper surface of the lower cover (22), the partition wall (23) divides a containing space between the upper cover (21) and the lower cover (22) into a first containing chamber (30) and a second containing chamber (40), and the liquid outlet (50), the steam outlet (80) and the return opening (60) are provided on the lower cover (22).

The liquid heater of claim 2, wherein the return opening (60) is provided on a side of the partition wall (23) facing the second receiving chamber (40) and located at an edge of the liquid outlet (50), the water outlet control portion (70) includes a valve plug (71) movable up and down, the valve plug (71) includes a valve plug body located below the liquid outlet (50) and movable up while blocking the liquid outlet (50) and the return opening (60) and movable down while opening the liquid outlet (50) and the return opening (60).
4. A liquid heater according to claim 3, wherein the return port (60) is located at the lowest point of the bottom wall of the second receiving chamber (40).

The liquid heater of claim 2, wherein the steam outlet (80) comprises a first steam outlet (81), the liquid heater further comprises an exhaust duct (90) disposed in the second accommodating chamber (40), the exhaust duct (90) comprises an air inlet pipe (91), a connecting pipe (92), a sealing pipe (93) and an exhaust pipe (94) which are connected end to end in sequence, and one end of the air inlet pipe (91), which is not connected with the connecting pipe (92), is communicated with the first steam outlet (81); and one end of the exhaust pipe (94), which is not connected with the sealing pipe (93), is used as an outlet (941) of the whole exhaust pipeline (90).

The liquid heater according to claim 5, characterized in that the sealing tube (93) comprises a first sealing tube section (931) and a second sealing tube section (932) which are in conductive connection with each other, the first sealing tube section (931) being in conductive connection with the connecting tube (92), the second sealing tube section (932) being in conductive connection with the exhaust tube (94); the liquid heater further comprises a pouring seal (100), wherein the pouring seal (100) is a ball which can roll in the second sealing pipe section (932) and has a gap with the inner side wall of the second sealing pipe section (932), and when the ball rolls to the connecting end of the exhaust pipe (94) and the second sealing pipe section (932), the ball can be blocked in the exhaust pipe (94) to block the exhaust pipeline (90).

The liquid heater of claim 6, wherein the steam outlet (80) further comprises a second steam outlet (82), the seal tube (93) further comprising a third seal tube segment (933) in communication with the first seal tube segment (931) and the second seal tube segment (932), the third seal tube segment (933) connectable to the second steam outlet (82).

The liquid heater of claim 7, wherein the cap assembly (20) is further provided with a vapor discharge port (221), the liquid heater further comprises a handle portion (110) and a vapor discharge channel (120) provided in the handle portion (110), the vapor discharge port (221) communicates the second receiving chamber (40) and an upper end of the vapor discharge channel (120), and a lower end of the vapor discharge channel (120) extends to a bottom of the liquid heater.

The liquid heater of claim 8, wherein the cap assembly (20) further comprises a water pouring port (222), the water pouring port (222) is communicated with the liquid outlet (50), the cap assembly (20) is symmetrical about a connecting line between the water pouring port (222) and the handle portion (110), and the exhaust lines (90) are at least two and are symmetrically arranged about the connecting line; correspondingly, the first steam outlets (81) are at least two and are symmetrically arranged about the connecting line.
10. The liquid heater according to claim 9, wherein each of the exhaust pipes (90) is formed as a U-shaped pipe having a bottom portion closer to the connecting line with respect to the opening portion, and the second steam outlets (82) are at least two in number and are symmetrically arranged with respect to the connecting line, and are respectively provided close to the connecting line and connected to the corresponding third seal pipe section (933).
