Abstract

一种用塑料制成的化妆品包装瓶，由瓶盖、瓶体、 瓶座三部分组成，瓶盖由瓶盖帽和帽沿组成，瓶体为 一底部为半球形圆筒，瓶座为一圆形平面底盘与一圆 桶的结合体，瓶盖帽与帽沿为插入式结合，瓶体与瓶 座用粘合剂粘结在一起，该包装瓶美观、大方，不仅可 装化妆品，也可装其它高级物品，由于是塑料制成，易 加工。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种化妆品的包装瓶。
随着生活水平的提高，人们不仅对化妆品的质量要求越来越高，同时对化妆品的包装也有了更高的要求，国外类似于润肤露等高级化妆品已由大瓶发展为用被称为“彩幻珠”的塑料球包装，使用时将塑料球剪开便可使用，这些用“彩幻珠”包装的化妆品必须进一步包装才能投放市场，国外一般采用较大包装盒或包装袋来包装，这种大型包装不显精致、美观，不足以吸引顾客。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种美观、大方，制造简单、成本低廉的包装瓶。
本实用新型包装瓶是由瓶座、瓶体和瓶盖三大部分构成的，瓶盖是由瓶盖帽和瓶盖帽沿两部分组成，瓶盖帽为一空心半球体与圆筒的结合体，半球体的直径大于圆桶的直径，瓶盖帽的圆筒与瓶盖帽沿的圆桶相互匹配，插入后紧密结合；瓶体是一底部为半球型圆桶；瓶盖帽沿的圆桶部分与瓶体相互匹配，插入后可紧密结合，且活动自如；瓶座为一圆形平面底盘与一圆桶的结合体，瓶体的底部与瓶座的底盘粘合在一起。
下面结合附图具体说明本实用新型一实施例。
图1为本实用新型包装瓶的瓶盖、瓶体与瓶座装配在一起的示意图，图2为本实用新型各部分的分解示意图，图1中1为瓶盖帽、2为瓶盖帽沿、3为瓶体、4为瓶座。
瓶体（3）的底部与瓶座底用粘合剂粘结，瓶盖帽（1）的圆桶部分插入帽沿（2）的圆桶内，紧密结合。为增加美感、瓶盖帽（1）、瓶体（3）、瓶座（4）用透明塑料制成，瓶盖帽沿用白色或其它颜色的塑料制成。
本实用新型包装瓶造型美观，大方，由于是用透明塑料制成，装入彩色包装的化妆品后，尤显高级、漂亮，易受顾客喜欢。由于本实用新型各部件均由塑料制成，加工简便，成本低廉，本包装瓶不仅可用来装化妆品，还可做为药品等其它较贵重物品的包装瓶。

1、一种由瓶盖和瓶体组成的包装瓶，其特征为它是由瓶盖、瓶体(3)和瓶座(4)三部分构成的，瓶盖是由瓶盖帽(1)和瓶盖帽沿(2)两部分构成，瓶盖帽(1)为一空心半球体与圆筒的结合体，半球体的直径大于圆筒的直径，瓶盖帽沿(2)是一圆环与一圆桶的结合体，瓶盖帽(1)的圆筒部分与瓶盖帽沿(2)的圆桶相互匹配，插入后紧密结合在一起，瓶体是一底部为半球型圆桶，瓶盖帽沿(2)的圆桶部分与瓶体(3)相互匹配，插入后可紧密结合，瓶座(4)为一圆形平面底盘与一圆桶的结合体，瓶体(3)的底部与瓶座(4)的底盘粘合在一起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的包装瓶，其特征在于该包装瓶是由塑料制成的。
