The liquid heater of claim 8, wherein the side of the bottom cover is provided with a connecting hole, the lower end of the panel assembly is provided with an insert block inserted into the connecting hole, and the part of the insert block extending into the inner container is provided with a limiting part abutted against the inner wall of the bottom cover.
