The liquid heater of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a groove surrounding the inner container is formed at the upper end of the inner container, the liquid heater further comprises an annular bracket sleeved on the groove, the annular bracket is provided with an opening, and the panel assembly is connected with the parts of the annular bracket at two sides of the opening.

The liquid heater of claim 8, wherein the annular bracket is formed with positioning bosses at portions on both sides of the opening, the panel assembly is formed with a positioning cavity for the positioning bosses to be inserted, and the positioning bosses are clamped in the positioning cavity; or the annular bracket penetrates through the panel assembly and then fixes the panel assembly.
10. The liquid heater of claim 8, wherein the panel assembly is disposed at the opening and axially disposed along an outer wall of the glass liner, and the panel assembly is used for connecting two sides of the opening of the annular bracket; or, the panel component comprises a connecting piece and an operation panel component, the connecting piece is connected with the parts of the annular bracket on the two sides of the opening, and the operation panel component covers the connecting piece.
