Abstract

本实用新型提供一种发光键盘,包括背光模块及按键结构。背光模块包括反射板、导光板、光源以及遮光板。导光板设置于反射板上,其中导光板面向反射板的表面具有多个微结构。光源位于导光板的入光面侧。遮光板设置于导光板上,遮光板具有屏蔽区以及可透光区,而微结构对应设置在可透光区内。按键结构具有多个键帽,且单一键帽的下方相对应设置的多个微结构中,任两相邻的微结构的顶峰至导光板面向反射板的表面的距离不同。本实用新型提供一种具有均匀亮度的发光键盘。

发光键盘
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发光键盘。
背景技术
图1为现有的发光键盘的背光模块的示意图。请参考图1,在现有的背光模块1中,会在导光板2面向设置在导光板2下的反射板3的表面21上设置多个凹入于导光板2中的微结构22,且这些微结构22对应设置在导光板2上的遮光板4的可透光区41分布。
微结构22用来改变由光源5所发出的光的传导路径,使光能够从可透光区41透出,以提供亮度给设置在背光模块1上的按键结构(未示出)。
在上述的发光键盘1中,微结构22的深度都是相同的。
然而,这样的设置方式,离光源5较近的可透光区41所透出的光相对较亮,而离光源5较远的可透光区41所透出的光较暗,让使用者在使用发光键盘的时候,视觉上的感受会觉得发光键盘整体呈现出不均匀亮度的情况。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种具有均匀亮度的发光键盘。
本实用新型的一种发光键盘,包括背光模块及按键结构。背光模块包括反射板、导光板、光源以及遮光板。导光板设置于反射板上,其中导光板面向反射板的表面具有多个微结构。光源位于导光板的入光面侧。遮光板设置于导光板上,遮光板具有屏蔽区以及可透光区,而微结构对应设置在可透光区内。按键结构具有多个键帽,且单一键帽的下方相对应设置的多个微结构中,任两相邻的微结构的顶峰至导光板面向反射板的表面的距离不同。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的微结构面向反射板凹入于导光板内。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的微结构面向反射板突出于导光板。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的微结构的一部分面向反射板突出于导光板,且微结构的另一部分面向反射板凹入于导光板,且突出于导光板的微结构与凹入于导光板的微结构交错设置。
在本实用新型的实施例中,上述的微结构具有表面粗糙度。
在本实用新型的实施例中,任两相邻的键帽下方对应设置的微结构的排列方式不同。
现有的发光键盘的背光模块的导光板的微结构凹入导光板的深度都相同,或者离光源越远而微结构的深度越深。然而,这样的设置方式并不能使现有的发光键盘的键帽上的字符以均匀的亮度呈现。基于上述,本实用新型的发光键盘中将设置在发光键盘的背光模块的导光板面向反射板的表面的微结构因应需求而设计,改变并调整微结构的分布及排列方式,以达到使发光键盘的键帽上的字符呈现均匀的亮度的目的。
为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图2为本实用新型的的发光键盘的分解示意图、图3为发光键盘的局部剖面示意图,而图4为背光模块的示意图。请同时参考图2、图3及图4,发光键盘10包括背光模块11及按键结构12。
按键结构12放置在背光模块11上,且按键结构12具有多个键帽122。背光模块11用以提供亮度给按键结构12,以让使用者可以清楚地看到所有单一键帽122上的字符。
背光模块11包括反射板111、导光板112、光源113以及遮光板114。导光板112设置于反射板111上,其中导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a具有多个微结构112b。光源113位于导光板112的入光面侧。遮光板114设置于导光板112上,遮光板114具有屏蔽区114a以及可透光区114b,而微结构112b对应设置在可透光区114b内。
上述的遮光板114的可透光区114b可以是由明孔形成,或着也可以是在明孔中填入可透光材质以形成,依照需求选用。
键帽122的下方对应至少一个可透光区114b,且单一键帽122的下方相对应设置的多个微结构112b中,任两相邻的微结构112b的顶峰至导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a的距离不同。
具体地说,微结构112b的顶峰至导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a的距离不同可以有多种的实施方式。
图5a至图5c为微结构的不同实施方式的示意图。
请参考图5a,在一种实施方式中,所有的微结构112b面向反射板111凹入于导光板112内,且任两相邻的微结构112b凹入于导光板112内的深度不同。
请参考图5b,在另一种实施方式中,所有的微结构112b面向反射板111突出于导光板112,且任两相邻的微结构112b突出于导光板112的高度不同。
请参考图5c,在又一种实施方式中,微结构112b的一部分面向反射板111突出于导光板112,且微结构112b的另一部分面向反射板111凹入于导光板112,且突出于导光板112的微结构112b与凹入于导光板112的微结构112b交错设置。
此外,上述的微结构112b具有表面粗糙度。微结构112b所具有的表面粗糙度可以是刻意设计的。也因此,微结构112b的顶峰至导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a的距离不同有部分原因也有部分原因是因为表面粗糙度所造成的。
或者,微结构112b所具有的表面粗糙度也可能是在制作过程中,因为导光板112脱模而非刻意造成的。
特别的是,当发现发光键盘10的整体亮度有不均匀的时候,便重新对微结构112b的设计方式重新调整,其中设计方式包含微结构112b的顶峰相对于导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a的关系、微结构112b的顶峰至导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a的距离及任两相邻的微结构112b的排列方式…等。
附带一提,在本实用新型的实施例中,微结构112b的顶峰至导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a的距离分布与微结构112b至光源113的距离无关。换言之,距离光源113越远的微结构112b,其顶峰至导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a的距离不见得越高。
这是因为通过对应设置在同一个可透光区114b内的任两相邻的微结构112b的顶峰至导光板112面向反射板111的表面112a的距离不同,改变了由光在导光板112中的传递路径,进而使透出可透光区114b的光给了使用者有背光模块11呈现均匀亮度的视觉感受。
图6a为一种规格的发光键盘中,背光模块的微结构与光源的距离的示意图。图6b示出对应图6a的位置,微结构的顶峰至导光板面向反射板的表面的距离的示意图。
请同时参考图6a及图6b,在一种规格的发光键盘中,可以看出,微结构的分布方式如图5c所示,突出于导光板的微结构与凹入于导光板的微结构交错设置,且微结构具有表面粗糙度。此外,在不同位置的微结构,其结构设计(凹入于导光板的深度及/或突出于导光板的高度)、分布及排列方式也都不完全相同。
图7a为另一种规格的发光键盘中,背光模块的微结构与光源的距离的示意图。图7b为自图7a中选出几个位置,微结构的顶峰至导光板面向反射板的表面的距离的示意图。
请同时参考图7a及图7b,可以看出,在另一种规格的发光键盘中,微结构的分布方式可如图5c所示,与图6a及图6b相应的发光键盘相同的是,在此发光键盘中突出于导光板的微结构与凹入于导光板的微结构也是交错设置,且微结构也同样具有表面粗糙度。然而,将图6b与图7b相比较可知,不同的发光键盘,即使检测的位置相同,但相对应的位置处的微结构设计也会截然不同。
简单地说,即是不同规格的发光键盘中的相同位置处的微结构的结构设计、分布及排列方式不会相同。更进一步而言,即使是相同规格的两个发光键盘中,相同位置处的微结构设计、分布及排列方式也可能不相同,但能达到相同的目的:使背光模块提供均匀亮度。
由上述可知,因应本实用新型的目的:使发光键盘的单一键帽122上的多个字符都以均匀的亮度呈现,因此相对应于所述单一键帽的微结构的结构设计、分布及排列方式等具备设计弹性,能够因应需求而改变及调整。
此外,为了达到使发光键盘的所有键帽122上的多个字符都能够以均匀的亮度呈现,也因此,还可以调整单一键帽122下方对应设置的微结构112b的排列方式。也就是说,即是任两相邻的键帽122下方对应设置的微结构112b的排列方式可以不同。
综上所述,由于现有的发光键盘的背光模块的导光板的微结构凹入导光板的深度都相同,而这样的设置方式使得现有的发光键盘的键帽上的字符并不以均匀的亮度呈现,其中离光源越远的键帽相对应被提供的亮度越暗。相比之下,本实用新型的发光键盘中,因为将设置在发光键盘的背光模块的导光板面向反射板的表面的微结构因应需求而设计、改变并调整微结构的结构设计(凹入于导光板或突出于导光板)、分布及排列方式,因此能够避免离光源越远的键帽相对应被提供的亮度越暗的问题,使得同一发光键盘上的所有键帽被提供相同的亮度,而同一发光键盘上的所有键帽上的所有字符以相同的亮度呈现。此外,发光键盘上的单一键帽上的所有字符也能够以均匀的亮度呈现。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种发光键盘,其特征在于,包括:
背光模块,包括:
反射板:
导光板,设置于所述反射板上,其中所述导光板面向所述反射板的表面具有多个微结构;
光源,位于所述导光板的入光面侧;
遮光板,设置于所述导光板上,所述遮光板具有屏蔽区以及可透光区,而所述微结构对应设置在所述可透光区内;以及
按键结构,具有多个键帽,且单一所述键帽的下方相对应设置的所述多个微结构中,任两相邻的所述微结构的顶峰至所述导光板面向所述反射板的表面的距离不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述微结构面向所述反射板凹入于所述导光板内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述微结构面向所述反射板突出于所述导光板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述微结构的一部分面向所述反射板突出于所述导光板,且所述微结构的另一部分面向所述反射板凹入于所述导光板,且突出于所述导光板的所述微结构与凹入于所述导光板的所述微结构交错设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述微结构具有表面粗糙度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,任两相邻的所述键帽下方对应设置的所述微结构的排列方式不同。
