In some optional embodiments, the thread-off preventing device further comprises: the device comprises a driving motor 12 and a contact switch 13, wherein one end of a rope 6 is suitable for being connected with an output shaft of the driving motor 12, the other end of the rope 6 is suitable for being connected with a heavy object, and the driving motor 12 is used for driving the rope 6 to drive the heavy object to move; the contact switch 13 is arranged on the anti-drop wire block 3 or the movable piece 1 and is electrically connected with the driving motor 12; when the anti-drop block 3 is in contact with the wire casing 2, the contact switch 13 is triggered to cut off the power of the driving motor 12.
By adopting the optional embodiment, the contact switch 13 is arranged on the anti-off line block 3 or the movable part 1, and when the anti-off line block 3 is abutted against the wire groove 2, the contact switch 13 is triggered to cut off the power of the driving motor 12, so that the driving motor 12 can stop rotating after being cut off the power, and the accumulation of the wire rope 6 is favorably reduced.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the thread slipping prevention device includes: the device comprises a base 9, an elastic piece 4, a bracket 8, a rotating piece 7, a top frame 11, a thread rope 6, a driving motor 12, an anti-drop wire block 3, a contact switch 13, an electronic control module, a pressure sensor and an alarm.
The rotating wheel is welded on the output shaft of the driving motor 12, the rotating wheel is provided with a rotating wheel groove and a wire binding hole, one end of the cotton rope 6 penetrates through the wire binding hole and is bound and fixed in the wire binding hole, the cotton rope 6 is wound on the rotating wheel in a roll shape, when the driving motor 12 rotates forwards, the cotton rope 6 can be elongated, when the driving motor 12 rotates backwards, the cotton rope 6 can be wound on the rotating wheel, and thus the driving motor 12 drives the cotton rope 6 to be elongated or wound. The base 9 is provided with a guide groove 10, the guide groove 10 is rectangular, and the bracket 8 is partially positioned in the guide groove 10 and can slide in the guide groove 10. The spring 4 is supported between the bottom wall of the guide groove 10 and the holder 8, the spring 4 being compressed when the holder 8 is moved towards the bottom wall of the guide groove 10, the compressed spring 4 having a tendency to return to its original shape when the holder 8 is moved away from the bottom wall of the guide groove 10. The rotating members 7 are rotatably disposed above the bracket 8 through a rotating shaft, and as shown in fig. 1, there are 2 rotating members 7, it is understood that the number of the rotating members 7 may be 1 or more. The circumferential direction of the side wall of the rotating part 7 is provided with a wire groove 2, the rope 6 is arranged in the wire groove 2, and the other end of the rope 6 lifts a heavy object, so that the rotating part 7 plays a role of a fixed pulley.
As shown in fig. 1, a top frame 11 is arranged above the base 9, the top frame 11 is in an inverted U shape, the rotating member 7 is located between the top frame 11 and the base 9, clamping blocks are arranged on two sides of the base 9, clamping grooves are arranged at positions of the top frame 11 corresponding to the base 9, and the top frame 11 and the base 9 are fixed through the matching of the clamping grooves and the clamping blocks; anticreep line piece 3 is corresponding with wire casing 2 position, and anticreep line piece 3 sets up in roof-rack 11, and anticreep line piece 3 includes bellying 5, and bellying 5 is the arc, and the width of bellying 5 is less than or equal to the width of wire casing 2, and the bellying 5 can block into in the wire casing 2. When the acting force of the cord 6 on the rotating piece 7 and the support 8 is smaller than the set value, the elastic piece 4 can drive the rotating piece 7 and the support 8 to move towards the anti-drop block 3 integrally, so that the bulge part 5 is clamped in the cord slot 2 to lock the cord 6.
The contact switch 13 is arranged on the anti-drop wire block 3, the top block is arranged above the support 8, and when the protruding part 5 is clamped into the wire slot 2, the contact switch 13 is just touched by the top block to cut off the power of the driving motor 12.
According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner comprising the wire separation prevention device of any one of the embodiments of the first aspect. The anti-separation device comprises the anti-separation device in any one of the above embodiments, so that the anti-separation device has all the beneficial effects of the anti-separation device in any one of the above embodiments, and the description is omitted.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-drop wire device, comprising:
the movable piece (1) is provided with a wire groove (2), and a wire rope (6) is suitable to be arranged in the wire groove (2) and used for transmitting the wire rope (6);
the anti-drop wire block (3) corresponds to the position of the wire groove (2);
the elastic piece (4) is matched with the moving piece (1), and when acting force applied to the moving piece (1) by the thread rope (6) is smaller than a set value, the elastic piece (4) can drive the moving piece (1) to move towards the thread-off preventing block (3) so that the thread-off preventing block (3) is abutted to the thread groove (2).
2. The thread-slip prevention device according to claim 1, characterized in that the thread-slip prevention block (3) comprises: the width of the bulge part (5) is smaller than or equal to that of the wire slot (2), so that the bulge part (5) can be clamped into the wire slot (2).
3. The thread-off prevention device according to claim 1, characterized in that the thread rope (6) is adapted to lift a heavy object, the elastic member (4) is located below the movable member (1), and the thread-off prevention block (3) is located above the movable member (1).

when the anti-drop block (3) is in contact with the wire groove (2), the contact switch (13) is triggered to cut off the power of the driving motor (12).
