The driver can adjust the heat dissipation capacity by adjusting the opening degree between the air inlet grille blades in due time according to the actual operation working condition so as to ensure that the engine always operates at a proper temperature. For example, during cold engine start, the active grille shutter blades are closed so that the engine reaches an optimum condition as soon as possible; during the running process of the vehicle, the opening degree between the active air inlet grille blades is reduced, so that the effects of reducing air resistance and reducing oil consumption are achieved.

Claims (10)

1. The active air intake grille device of the heavy-duty car is characterized by comprising a first active air intake grille module and a second active air intake grille module;
the first active air inlet grille module is arranged at the rear part of the automobile mask, the second active air inlet grille module is arranged at the bumper bracket, and the first active air inlet grille module is arranged at the upper part of the second active air inlet grille module;
the first active grille shutter module and the second active grille shutter module both comprise a grille shutter frame; the air inlet grille framework is provided with air inlet grille blades, an air inlet grille connecting rod mechanism, an air inlet grille soft body and an actuator.

The active grille shutter arrangement for heavy-duty vehicles of claim 1 wherein a longitudinal support beam is provided in the center of the grille shutter frame, the longitudinal support beam dividing the grille shutter frame into two symmetrical parts, a first grille shutter unit and a second grille shutter unit;
the air inlet grille blades are symmetrically arranged in the first air inlet grille unit and the second air inlet grille unit and are uniformly distributed along the longitudinal direction of the air inlet grille frame;
the first air inlet grille unit and the second air inlet grille unit are arranged in the air inlet grille frame through mounting holes;
the air inlet grille connecting rod mechanism is vertically arranged in the middle of the air inlet grille frame and is parallel to the longitudinal supporting beam, and the actuator is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the air inlet grille frame and is arranged at the right upper part of the air inlet grille connecting rod mechanism;
the actuator is provided with a driving rotating shaft, each air inlet grille blade is provided with a driven rotating shaft, and the air inlet grille connecting rod mechanism is provided with a first rotating hole matched with the driving rotating shaft and a second rotating hole matched with the driven rotating shaft.
3. The active grille shutter arrangement of a heavy-duty vehicle as claimed in claim 2, wherein air intake gaps are provided between the upper and lower longitudinally disposed air intake grille vanes, each air intake gap forming a wind guide passage perpendicular to the air intake grille frame;
the air guide channels of the first active air inlet grille module and the second active air inlet grille module are rectangular.
4. The active grille shutter arrangement of a heavy-duty vehicle of claim 3 wherein the grille shutter soft body is made of TPV material and is disposed outside the grille shutter frame;
the flexible air inlet grille body of the first active air inlet grille module faces the automobile mask and is attached and sealed with the automobile mask;
the air inlet grille soft body of the second active air inlet grille module faces the bumper support and is attached and sealed with the bumper support.
5. The active grille shutter arrangement of a heavy vehicle of claim 4 wherein the first active grille shutter module further comprises connecting brackets evenly distributed on the flexible body of the grille shutter;
the air inlet grille soft body of the first active air inlet grille module is fixed on the automobile face cover through a connecting support.
6. The active grille shutter arrangement of a heavy vehicle of claim 2 wherein the number of the grille vanes of the first active grille shutter module is twelve, and wherein the grille vanes of the first and second grille shutter units are six, respectively, and are symmetrical to each other;
the air inlet grille blades of the first air inlet grille unit are sequentially a first left grille blade, a second left grille blade, a third left grille blade, a fourth left grille blade, a fifth left grille blade and a sixth left grille blade from top to bottom, and the air inlet gaps of the six air inlet grille blades are equal in interval;
the first left grid blade, the second left grid blade and the third left grid blade are identical in structure and aligned at two ends;
the fourth left grid blade and the fifth left grid blade are identical in structure and aligned at two ends;
the first left grille vane, the second left grille vane and the third left grille vane have lengths less than the lengths of the fourth left grille vane and the fifth left grille vane and are aligned with the first ends of the fourth left grille vane and the fifth left grille vane;
the sixth left grille vane has a length less than the fourth left grille vane and the fifth left grille vane and is aligned with the fourth left grille vane and the fifth left grille vane second ends;
the air inlet grille blades of the second air inlet grille unit are sequentially a first right grille blade, a second right grille blade, a third right grille blade, a fourth right grille blade, a fifth right grille blade and a sixth right grille blade from top to bottom, and the air inlet gaps of the six air inlet grille blades are equal in interval;
the first right grid blade, the second right grid blade and the third right grid blade are identical in structure and aligned at two ends;
the fourth right grid blade and the fifth right grid blade are identical in structure and aligned at two ends;
the first right grille vane, the right left grille vane and the right left grille vane are shorter than the fourth right grille vane and the fifth right grille vane in length and are aligned with the second ends of the fourth right grille vane and the fifth right grille vane;
the sixth right grill vane length is less than the fourth right grill vane and the fifth right grill vane length and is aligned with the fourth right grill vane and the fifth right grill vane first end.
7. The active grille shutter arrangement of a heavy vehicle of claim 6 wherein the grille link mechanism of the first active grille shutter module is "T" shaped including an upper wide link portion and a lower narrow link portion;
the upper wide connecting rod part is rectangular, three second rotating holes matched with the driven rotating shafts of the first left grid blade, the second left grid blade and the third left grid blade are longitudinally formed in the first side edge of the upper wide connecting rod part, and three second rotating holes matched with the driven rotating shafts of the first right grid blade, the second right grid blade and the third right grid blade are longitudinally formed in the second side edge of the upper wide connecting rod part;
a first rotating hole matched with the driving rotating shaft of the actuator is formed in the middle of the upper wide connecting rod part;
the lower narrow connecting rod portion is rectangular, three second rotating holes matched with the driven rotating shafts of the fourth left grid blade, the fifth left grid blade and the sixth left grid blade are longitudinally formed in the first side edge of the lower narrow connecting rod portion, and three second rotating holes matched with the driven rotating shafts of the fourth right grid blade, the fifth right grid blade and the sixth right grid blade are longitudinally formed in the second side edge of the lower narrow connecting rod portion.
8. The active grille shutter arrangement of a heavy vehicle of claim 2 wherein the number of the grille vanes of the second active grille shutter module is eight, and wherein the grille vanes of the first and second grille shutter units are four in number and are symmetrical to each other;
the air inlet grille blades of the first air inlet grille unit are sequentially a seventh left grille blade, an eighth left grille blade, a ninth left grille blade and a tenth left grille blade from top to bottom;
the seventh left grid blade and the eighth left grid blade have the same structure and two ends are aligned;
the ninth left grid blade and the tenth left grid blade are identical in structure and aligned at two ends;
the seventh left grille vane and the eighth left grille vane have lengths less than the ninth left grille vane and the tenth left grille vane and are aligned with the first ends of the ninth left grille vane and the tenth left grille vane;
the distance between the air inlet gaps of the eighth left grid blade and the ninth left grid blade is larger than the distance between the seventh left grid blade and the eighth left grid blade, and is larger than the distance between the ninth left grid blade and the tenth left grid blade;
the air inlet grille blades of the second air inlet grille unit are sequentially a seventh right grille blade, an eighth right grille blade, a ninth right grille blade and a tenth right grille blade from top to bottom;
the seventh right grating blade and the eighth right grating blade are identical in structure and aligned at two ends;
the ninth right grid blade and the tenth right grid blade are identical in structure and aligned at two ends;
the seventh right grille vane and the eighth right grille vane are shorter than the ninth right grille vane and the tenth right grille vane and are aligned with the second ends of the ninth right grille vane and the tenth right grille vane;
the longitudinal distance between the eighth right grid blade and the ninth right grid blade is greater than the distance between the seventh right grid blade and the eighth right grid blade, and greater than the distance between the ninth right grid blade and the tenth right grid blade.

two second rotating holes matched with the driven rotating shafts of the seventh left grid blade and the eighth left grid blade are longitudinally formed in the first upper connecting rod part, and two second rotating holes matched with the driven rotating shafts of the seventh right grid blade and the eighth right grid blade are longitudinally formed in the second upper connecting rod part;
a first rotating hole matched with the driving rotating shaft of the actuator is arranged inside the triangular supporting part;
