The mounting ring 32 is a thin ring formed by protruding the outer periphery of one end of the connecting column 31. The mounting ring 32 comprises a resting surface 321 facing towards the connecting post 31. The connecting column 31 and the mounting ring 32 are inserted into the mounting hole 210C, and the mounting ring 32 deforms until the mounting ring returns to the original shape after passing through the mounting hole 210C, so that the mounting of the mounting part 30 and the inner shell 210 is facilitated; meanwhile, the abutting surface of the mounting ring 32 is clamped with the inner surface 210A around the mounting hole 210C of the inner housing 210, so that the massage head 100 is limited on the inner housing 210, and the mounting ring 32 has elasticity, so that the elastic deformation of the mounting ring 32 can buffer the pulling force generated between the massage head 100 and the inner housing 210 when the massage head 100 vibrates or deflects, and the mounting stability of the massage head 100 and the inner housing 210 can be ensured. The outer diameter of the mounting ring 32 is larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 210C, so that the attachment area of the mounting ring 32 that can be attached to the inner surface 210A of the periphery of the mounting hole 210C is increased, and the stable connection between the massage head 100 and the inner shell 210 is ensured.
The heating film 26 may increase the ambient temperature during operation, which may cause the mounting portion 30 made of flexible material to soften, and may cause the supporting effect of the connecting column 31 to decrease after a long period of use. Therefore, the heating film 26 is clamped between the head 21 and the mounting end 23 and is positioned on one side of the massage element 25, which is far away from the inner shell 210, so that the temperature rising effect of the heating film 26 on the connecting column 31 is relatively weakened, and the service life of the connecting column 31 is prolonged. At the same time, the connecting column 31 better maintains its original shape. In some embodiments, the heating film 26 is attached to the outer surface of the head, so that the heat generated by the heating film 26 can be transferred to the surface of the human body through the shortest distance, and the heating effect is improved. It is understood that the heating film 26 can also be electrically connected to a controller through a wire, and the controller is used for controlling the temperature of the heating film 26.
In the present embodiment, the head 20 is implemented using a vibration motor. I.e. the massage element 25 is a vibration motor, and the massage element 25 is mounted in the receiving groove 24 and is fixedly connected to the head 21. The massage element 25 is operable to generate a vibratory effect, which is transmitted through the head 21 to the location of the body surface to which it is attached, thereby providing a massage effect to the user. On the other hand, the connecting post 31 of the mounting portion 30 can also be used to partially accommodate the massage element 25, i.e. the massage element 25 can also partially extend into the connecting post 31 of the mounting portion 30, so as to shorten the outer dimension of the head portion 21 by the structure of the mounting portion 30.
The massage element 25 will vibrate relative to the housing 10 during operation. Since the massage element 25 is connected to the inner housing 210 through the connection post 31 of the mounting portion 30 and the connection post 31 has elasticity, the connection post 231 can be elastically deformed to buffer the massage element 25, thereby preventing the inner housing 210 from being directly impacted by the vibration of the massage element 25. Meanwhile, when the vibration impact of the massage element 25 is isolated, the connection column 31 can be abutted against the inner shell 210, so that the connection column 31 is prevented from extending into the inner shell 210 to cause the extrusion phenomenon.
The massage element 25 may have its own control unit and battery, which is fixed in the housing groove 24 and can be operated independently to perform a massage function. In other embodiments, a controller (not shown) may be disposed within the inner housing 210 for controlling the operation of the massage element 25. And, a battery (not shown) may be further disposed in the inner housing 210, and the controller and the battery are respectively connected to the massage element 25 through wires and are respectively used for controlling the operation of the vibration motor and supplying power.
