The following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an eye massager adapted to be worn on a head of a human body for massaging eyes of the human body. The eye massage apparatus includes a main body 10, temples 20, and massage heads 30.
Wherein the length of the main body 10 is L1, and the main body 10 has an inner side surface 103 (shown in fig. 7) for being close to the eyes of the user; the two temples 20 are respectively and rotatably arranged at two ends of the main machine 10 in the length direction, the length of the temples 20 is L2, wherein L2 is greater than L1, and the temples 20 rotate towards the inner side surface 103 to a storage position which is abutted against the main machine 10; the plurality of massage heads 30 are provided protruding from the inner side surface 103 and avoiding a region through which the mirror legs 20 pass when rotated.
It should be noted that the length L1 of the host 10 in this embodiment refers to a distance between two ends of the host 10, that is, a distance between two ends of the host 10 when the host 10 is projected on a horizontal plane, and can be specifically shown by reference numerals in fig. 3. Correspondingly, the length L2 of the temple 20 in the present embodiment refers to the distance between the two ends of the temple 20, that is, the distance between the two ends of the temple 20 when the temple 20 is horizontally placed on a horizontal plane, and can be specifically seen from the indication in fig. 2.
Since the length L2 of the two temples 20 in this embodiment is greater than the length L1 of the main body 10, when the two temples 20 rotate towards the inner side 103 close to the main body 10 to the storage position, the ends of the temples 20 can abut against the main body 10, and at this time, the free ends (i.e. the ends not connected to the main body 10) of the temples 20 can extend out of the outer edge of the main body 10, and meanwhile, the massage head 30 disposed on the main body 10 can avoid the area through which the temples 20 pass when rotating, that is, when the temples 20 rotate to the storage position, the free ends of the temples 20 can pass over the main body 10, so as to ensure that the free ends of the temples 20 do not contact with the massage head 30 or the lenses on the main body 10, and thus the effect of protecting the lenses on the massage head 30 and the main body 10 can be achieved, and the service life of the eye massage apparatus in this embodiment can be prolonged.
Alternatively, the temple 20 in the present embodiment has a length L2 of 15cm to 17cm, such as 15cm, 15.5cm, 16cm, 16.5cm, 17cm, etc., and the main unit 10 has a length L1 of 13cm to 14.9cm, such as 13cm, 13.4cm, 13.8cm, 14.4cm, 14.8cm, 14.9cm, etc. By making the length L2 of the temple 20 and the length L1 of the main unit 10 satisfy the above-mentioned ranges, it is possible to prevent the temple 20 from interfering with the massage head 30 and the lenses on the main unit 10, and to adapt to the head circumference of most users, and it is possible to improve the versatility of the eye massage apparatus in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1, the two temples 20 in the present embodiment have the same shape as the temples of the glasses, that is, the temples 20 have a rod-like structure with one end bent. For the sake of convenience of distinction, the two temples 20 are respectively identified as a first temple 20a and a second temple 20b in the present embodiment. Wherein the first temple 20a is rotatably coupled to a first end of the main body 10 and the second temple 20b is rotatably coupled to a second end of the main body 10 opposite to the first end. When the first leg 20a and the second leg 20b rotate towards the inner side surface 103 of the main machine 10 to be attached to the main machine 10, the overall appearance volume of the whole eye massage apparatus is smaller, and the eye massage apparatus is convenient to store; when the first leg 20a and the second leg 20b rotate towards the outside of the main frame 10 to be approximately vertical to the main frame 10, the first leg 20a, the second leg 20b and the main frame 10 can enclose a space matched with the head of a human body, at the moment, the first leg 20a and the second leg 20b are respectively hung on two ears of the human body, wearing of an eye massage instrument can be achieved, then the massage head 30 is controlled to work, the eyes of the human body can be massaged, the operation is simple, and the use by a user is convenient.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the temple 20 in this embodiment is sequentially provided with an installation section 21 and a deformation section 22 in the length direction, wherein the installation section 21 is used for connecting with the main body 10, at least one of the battery 40 and the circuit board 70 is arranged in the installation section 21 (fig. 4 and 5 show the case when the battery 40 is arranged in the installation section 21 and the circuit board 70 is arranged in the main body 10), and the deformation section 22 is used for hanging on the ear of the human body.
That is, in the present embodiment, the temple 20 is provided in two segments, wherein at least one of the battery 40 and the circuit board 70 is disposed in a segment close to the main body 10, and at least one of the battery 40 and the circuit board 70 is disposed inside the temple 20, so that the structure inside the main body 10 can be reduced, and thus, the structure of the main body 10 can be set to be lighter and thinner, and the overall weight distribution of the eye massager is more uniform, the wearing is more stable, and the problem of the front falling caused by the fact that the main body 10 is heavier due to the fact that the battery 40 and the circuit board 70 are simultaneously disposed inside the main body 10 does not occur. Further, at least one of the battery 40 and the circuit board 70 is disposed inside the temples 20, and when the massage head 30 moves and transmits its vibration to the temples 20, the battery 40 and the circuit board 70 located on the temples 20 can increase the overall weight of the temples 20, so that the amplitude of the temples 20 can be reduced and the eye massage apparatus can be prevented from falling off when in use.
During the use, through the effect of the deformation section 22, can wear the whole eye massage appearance in user's head, this deformation section 22 is in the direction of keeping away from installation section 21 and is set up towards the below of host computer 10 (see fig. 1). It can be understood that the lower side of the main body 10 in the present embodiment refers to the lower side of the eye massager worn on the head. Through making the setting of warping section 22 in the direction of keeping away from installation section 21 and bending towards the below of host computer 10, be convenient for adapt to the shape of human ear, and then be convenient for collude warping section 22 at user's ear. That is, the deformation section 22 has a deformation capability, and can be adapted to be closely attached to different head types, when in the storage position, the deformation section 22 is in contact with the main machine 10, and the deformation section 22 extends downwards in a direction away from the installation section 21, so that when the glasses are rotatably stored, the deformation sections 22 on the two glasses legs 20 do not interfere with the installation section 21 on the other glasses leg 20, the structure is more stable, and the storage is more convenient.
Alternatively, the deformation segment 22 in this embodiment is made of a soft material. The soft material can be, for example, a soft rubber material or a combination of a soft material with a metal wire inside and a soft rubber covering the outer surface. Through making deformation section 22 adopt soft materials to prepare, mirror leg 20 can not take place hard collision when accomodating with host computer 10 when contacting, and the noise is little, also is difficult for scraping colored mirror leg 20 or host computer 10 and the structure on it, can also play the cushioning effect, can not cause the influence to the structural stability of battery 40 in mirror leg 20 and circuit board 70.
Further, when the eye massager is in the storage position, one of the two temples 20 is overlapped on the other, and the end of the deformation section 22 of each temple 20 protrudes out of the outer edge of the main machine 10 and forms a support part for supporting the eye massager together with the lower edge 104 of the main machine 10. That is, when the eye massager needs to be stored, one of the two temples 20 is rotated toward the inner side 103 to be attached to the main body 10, and then the other temple 20 is rotated toward the inner side 103 to be attached to the previously rotated temple 20, and at this time, the two temples 20 are arranged in a crossing shape. At this time, if the eye massager is placed on a desktop or the like, only the lower edge 104 of the main frame 10 of the eye massager needs to be downward (i.e. close to the desktop), and then the eye massager is placed downward, when the lower edge 104 of the main frame 10 contacts with the desktop, the ends of the deformation sections 22 of the two temples 20 can also contact with the desktop, and together with the lower edge 104, the whole eye massager is stably supported on the desktop, so that the massage heads 30 protruding from the inner side surface 103 of the main frame 10 can be prevented from being worn due to the contact with the desktop.
Referring to fig. 4, the mounting section 21 in the present embodiment includes a first housing 211 and a second housing 212, and the first housing 211 and the second housing 212 are fixedly connected together by means of snap, screws, welding, or the like. The first housing 211 and the second housing 212 together enclose a cavity, and when the battery 40 and the circuit board 70 are actually mounted, at least one of the battery 40 and the circuit board is mounted in the cavity (fig. 5 shows a situation when the battery 40 is mounted in the cavity).
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 again, the main body 10 of the present embodiment includes a massage part 101 and connecting parts 102 disposed at two ends of the massage part 101, wherein the connecting parts 102 are convexly disposed on the massage part 101, the connecting parts 102 are used for connecting with the temples 20, and the massage part 101 is used for connecting with the massage heads 30. It should be understood that the connection portion 102 protruding from the connection portion 102 in the present embodiment means an arrangement manner of the connection portion 102 protruding from the massage portion 101 along an extending direction of the massage portion 101, and as shown in fig. 3 in detail. Since the massage head 30 is provided in the massage part 101 and the connecting part 102 is provided to protrude from the massage part 101 in the present embodiment, when the temple 20 is attached to the connecting part 102, the temple 20 is less likely to interfere with the massage head 30, and the attachment is easy and quick.
Further, the massage part 101 and the connection parts 102 form an arc shape, and the distance between the two connection parts 102 located at the two ends of the massage part 101 is gradually increased in the direction away from the middle surface of the main body 10. That is to say, the distance of connecting portion 102 to the host computer 10 middle surface is grow gradually, and the whole arc setting that is of host computer 10, like this, when host computer 10 atress takes place to warp, this host computer 10 can adapt to the head type of different sizes, can further improve the commonality of the eye massage appearance in this embodiment, and user experience is better. Meanwhile, for the structure that the main body 10 is linear, the main body 10 is curved in this embodiment, so that more massage heads 30 can be installed, and the size of the eye massage apparatus can be reduced to a certain extent, which is beneficial to reducing the size of the eye massage apparatus, and is convenient for realizing the miniaturized design of the eye massage apparatus.
Optionally, the length D of the connecting portion 102 protruding from the massaging portion 101 in this embodiment is 1.7cm to 2.3 cm. For example 1.7cm, 1.8cm, 1.9cm, 1.92cm, 2.0cm, 2.1cm, 2.2cm or 2.3 cm. When the length D of the connecting part 102 protruding from the massage part 101 is less than 1.7cm, it is inconvenient to install the temples 20, and when the length D of the connecting part 102 protruding from the massage part 101 is more than 2.3cm, the length of the entire main body 10 is large, which is inconvenient to implement the miniaturized design of the main body 10. That is, in the present embodiment, the length of the connecting portion 102 protruding from the massage portion 101 is 1.7cm to 2.3cm, so that not only the temples 20 can be quickly mounted, but also the main body 10 can be easily designed in a compact size.
Further, the main body 10 of the present embodiment includes a first ring portion 11, a second ring portion 12 and an elastic connection portion 13, the elastic connection portion 13 is connected between the first ring portion 11 and the second ring portion 12, and a plurality of massage heads 30 are protruded on both the first ring portion 11 and the second ring portion 12. That is, the main body 10 in this embodiment is a frame-shaped structure, and when the eye massager is actually installed, the plurality of massage heads 30 are protruded from the first ring portion 11 and the second ring portion 12, when the eye massager is worn on the head of the user, the first ring portion 11 and the second ring portion 12 respectively correspond to two eyes of the human body, and the massage heads 30 arranged on the first ring portion 11 and the second ring portion 12 can be used for massaging the eyes of the user.
In addition, since the first ring part 11 and the second ring part 12 are connected by the elastic connection part 13, when a force is applied to both ends of the main body 10 in the longitudinal direction, the elastic connection part 13 is easily deformed (the arm of force is long), the distance between the two temples 20 is increased, and the temples 20 have a clamping force (the resilient force of the elastic connection part 13 is given), so that the wearing stability can be further improved, and the glasses can be suitable for human bodies with different head circumferences.
Illustratively, the elastic connection 13 in this embodiment is a soft glue connection. Thus, the first ring part 11 and the second ring part 12 can be prevented from resonance, and the influence of the massage head 30 on the temple 20 when vibrating can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, the main unit 10 is assembled by an inner shell 111 and an outer shell 112, the inner shell 111 is located at one side of the outer shell 112 for approaching a human body, the inner shell 111 is fixedly connected with the outer shell 112 and encloses to form an installation cavity, and the inner shell 111 and the outer shell 112 can be fixedly connected together by means of a snap assembly, welding, screws, pins, rivets, and the like. Optionally, the outer shell 112 in this embodiment is a hard outer shell, such as a plastic outer shell or a metal outer shell, which is convenient for supporting the external shape of the main machine 10 of the eye massager, and the inner shell 111 may be a flexible inner shell, such as a silicon inner shell, or a hard inner shell, such as a plastic inner shell or a metal inner shell, which is selected according to actual use and design requirements, and is not limited in this embodiment.
Illustratively, the inner shell 111 and the outer shell 112 in this embodiment are fixedly connected by a snap assembly. Optionally, the clip assembly in this embodiment includes a clip and a clip groove, wherein the clip is disposed in a protruding manner on one of the inner shell 111 and the outer shell 112, and the clip groove is disposed in a recessed manner on the other of the inner shell 111 and the outer shell 112. That is, when the buckle is protruded on the inner shell 111, the slot is recessed on the outer shell 112; when the buckle is protruded from the outer shell 112, the slot is recessed in the inner shell 111. With such an arrangement, after the inner shell 111 and the outer shell 112 are fastened and fixed together, the overall thickness of the host 10 is not increased due to the fastening assembly, which facilitates the thin design of the host 10.
Illustratively, the plurality of snap assemblies in this embodiment are spaced along the peripheral edges of the inner shell 111 and the outer shell 112 to facilitate stable connection of the inner shell 111 and the outer shell 112 together.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the thickness of the main body 10 is not changed after being gradually thinned along the direction from the two ends to the middle surface, or the thickness of the main body 10 is gradually thinned along the direction from the two ends to the middle surface.
