Background

The main control box has complex test related parameter setting, needs the skilled worker who operates for a long time on duty to know how to operate, is purely manually operated, and has misdetection risk. In the test process, the phenomenon of the over-charge and over-discharge of the whole vehicle is simulated, the relevant relay is cut off, and long-time waiting and time consuming are needed during the cutting off.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an intelligent testing device for an automobile master control box 5 includes a touch screen 1, a motherboard 2 and a test result indicating device 3, where the motherboard 2 is a Printed Circuit Board Assembly motherboard, referred to as a PCBA motherboard; mainboard 2 connects master control box 5 to detect master control box 5, test result indicating device 3 is used for receiving mainboard 2's testing result and shows the testing result, and touch-sensitive screen 1 is used for setting up the different programs of mainboard 2 operation, makes mainboard 2 carry out different test step and mode to different master control box 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the PCBA motherboard 2 includes a power supply module 21, a control module 22, and a battery management system 23. The power supply module 21 supplies power to the testing device; the control module 22 is provided with a detection program, the detection program simulates the running condition of an automobile, the control module 22 controls the connection and disconnection of the circuits of the main board 2 and the main control box 5, the control module 22 is a general CPU chip, the general CPU chip controls the connection and disconnection of the circuits related to 19PIN and 12PIN, and the input single circuit can be connected with any output circuit through the control of the chip program; the Battery Management System 23 simulates the voltage of a Battery pack of an automobile, the Battery Management System 23 is a centralized Area of a Controller Area Network (CAN) mainboard 2 of the BMS, wherein the BMS is fully called a Battery Management System, the CAN is a short name of a Controller Area Network (CAN), and the Battery Management System 23 is arranged so that no additional Battery pack is needed in the testing process.
The test device controls the test program through the chip control circuit to detect the performance test and the program code of the main machine, the CAN box, the relay, the MSD switch (manual maintenance protection switch), the pentagon relay, the PCBA board and other parts in the main control box 5, and the program code is programmed through a software engineer, the software coding is implemented through a detailed conception, the programmed program is burnt into the chip of the PCB version, the whole vehicle operation CAN be simulated through the program code, and whether the main control box 5 is a good product or not is detected. As shown in fig. 2, the motherboard 2 is connected with an adapter, and the adapter is connected with the 19PIN and 12PIN lines of the master control box 5. Mounted on the motherboard 2 are 19PIN connectors 27 and 12PIN connectors 28 respectively.
As shown in fig. 3, the motherboard 2 is provided with a plurality of data transmission interfaces, and different running programs and CAN programs are input to the motherboard 2 through the data transmission interfaces. The data transmission interface in the embodiment of the present application is a USB interface, and the USB is a Universal Serial Bus, which is a short name for Universal Serial Bus.
As shown in fig. 2, the main board 2 is provided with a start button 24, a reset button 25 and an emergency stop button 26, the start button 24 is used for one-key start of the testing device, the emergency stop button 26 is used for emergency stop of the testing device at the time of detection, and the reset button 25 is used for restoring the initial state of the testing device.
As shown in fig. 2, the testing apparatus further includes a frame 4, and the touch screen 1 and the main board 2 are installed in the frame 4. The outer frame 4 is made of bakelite. The outer frame 4 and the touch screen 1 are combined to form a space for accommodating the mainboard 2, the mainboard 2 is included, and the circuit is protected. The outer frame 4 is provided with a plurality of openings, and the openings comprise openings for connecting the adapter; the openings also include openings for exposing the indicator light 31 and the voice announcer 32; further includes openings to expose a start button 24, a reset button 25 and an emergency stop button 26; the opening also comprises an opening exposing the USB interface, the opening is not only in the position, but also can be used for opening the outer frame according to actual use requirements.
The operator only needs to connect the main control box 5 with the jig, normal test can be realized by starting, and after the test is finished, a test result is given through voice and the indicator lamp 31. The training is not needed, a new person can work on duty, one person can work on multiple machines, and the production quality and the production efficiency are greatly improved. The waste of personnel and materials is reduced. The rapid development of industrialization 4.0 is promoted.
