The dual output motor 110 can be placed at both ends of the driving shaft, i.e. both left and right sides are feasible, and of course, it can be placed in the middle, but the dual output motor 110 is to be a dual output motor 110 for outputting from both left and right sides, and the driving shaft is also placed at both left and right sides of the dual output motor 110.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the rope winding device 200 includes a plurality of cover plates 250, each cover plate 250 is correspondingly sleeved on the first rope winding drum 210 or the second rope winding drum 230, the cover plates 250 are arranged to be sleeved on the first rope winding drum 210 or the second rope winding drum 230, so that the first rope 300 or the second rope 400 is prevented from being subjected to an excessive impact force to cause rope overlapping winding during the winding and unwinding processes, the distance between the cover plates 250 and the first rope winding drum 210 or the second rope winding drum 230 is in a range of 1 to 3 times of the diameter of the first rope 300 or the second rope 400, the rope is limited to cling to the first rope winding drum 210 or the second rope winding drum 230 when being wound around the first rope winding drum 210 or the second rope winding drum 230, one surface of the cover plates 250 close to the first rope winding drum 210 or the second rope winding drum 230 is a smooth surface, therefore, when the rope is wound, the damage of friction is reduced when the rope is in contact with the cover plate 250, and the service life of the rope are prolonged.
As shown in fig. 4, the first rope reel 210 and the second rope reel 230 on the same row are arranged in a staggered manner, and the first rope-arranging element 212 on the first rope reel 210 and the second rope-arranging element 232 on the second rope reel 230 have different distances from the driving device 100, so that when the first rope 300 and the second rope 400 are reeled in by the first rope reel 210 and the second rope reel 230, the first rope 300 and the second rope 400 are prevented from being wound and knotted due to the close distance between the first rope 300 and the second rope 400.
As shown in fig. 6, the present application further discloses a motorized window shade, comprising the window shade cord reel 200 and the window shade as described above; wherein the window covering includes a day curtain placed between the first or second drive shaft 220 or 240 and the first rail 500, and a night curtain placed between the first and second rails 500 and 600; the first driving shaft 220 rotates to simultaneously drive the two first rope winding drums 210 to rotate so as to control the two first ropes 300 to be wound and unwound so as to control the contraction of the daily curtain, the two first ropes 300 are respectively connected with the two sides of the first track 500, the second driving shaft 240 rotates to simultaneously drive the two second rope winding drums 230 to rotate so as to control the two second ropes 400 to be wound and unwound so as to control the contraction of the night curtain, and the two second ropes 400 are respectively connected with the two sides of the second track 600 so as to control the opening and closing of the electric curtain.
Specifically, when the dual-output motor works, the dual-output motor can respectively control the rotation of the first driving shaft and the second driving shaft, if the sun curtain is used alone, the first rope winding drum rotates to stretch the first rope, the first rail descends, the sun curtain is stretched at the same time, and the second rope winding drum does not rotate at the moment; in addition, if the night curtain is used independently, the second rope winding drum rotates to stretch the second rope, the second rail descends and the night curtain is stretched at the same time, and the second rope winding drum does not rotate at the moment; of course, the first rope winding drum and the second rope winding drum rotate simultaneously to stretch the first rope and the second rope, the first rail and the second rail descend, the distance between the first rail and the second rail is increased, the day curtain and the night curtain stretch simultaneously, and when the total length of the day curtain and the night curtain after stretching is equal to the length of the curtain, the stretching of the second rope is stopped.
Of course, a plurality of driving shafts can be arranged, a plurality of rope winders can be correspondingly arranged, and the corresponding driving devices can respectively control the corresponding driving shafts to rotate in a clutch mode, so that a third rail, even a fourth rail, a fifth rail and the like can be sequentially arranged below the second rail, and thus, as long as the driving devices are independently driven, the whole curtain can be still pulled open or folded, and the switching among different curtains can also be realized.
As another embodiment of the present application, different from the above embodiments, the electric window curtain further includes a transformer or a battery, the transformer or the battery is disposed opposite to the dual output motor and located at the other end of the first driving shaft or the second driving shaft, the transformer or the battery is electrically connected to the dual output motor respectively, a bidirectional output motor is disposed at one end of the first driving shaft or the second driving shaft, the other end of the first driving shaft or the second driving shaft is disposed with the transformer or the battery, the battery is disposed in a battery box to be corroded and damaged by the outside, and when the electric window curtain works, the battery can directly supply power to the dual output motor, so that the electric window curtain can normally work, wherein the battery can be charged, and when the battery is used up, the battery can be detached to be charged; certainly, except for supplying power to the dual-output motor through a battery, the dual-output motor can also be supplied with power through an external transformer, it should be noted that the transformer is a 220V direct plug, and the power supply mode can be switched according to a specific use scene.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the present application in connection with specific alternative embodiments, and the specific implementations of the present application are not to be considered limited to these descriptions. For those skilled in the art to which the present application pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions may be made without departing from the concept of the present application, and all should be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the present application.
