Technical Field

The present application relates to a tray support, and more particularly to a tray support structure that is installed at a pillar of a headrest of a seat in a vehicle and can be stored or deployed for use.

Background

The automobile is a transportation tool commonly used in the mass life of the society, a portable electronic product (such as a smart phone, a tablet computer and the like) is a tool for communication or entertainment of most people, a driver uses the portable electronic product during the driving of the automobile, the portable electronic product is a dangerous behavior, and a passenger can get bored while taking a bus when using the portable electronic product in the automobile.

In order to provide more comfortable riding space, some manufacturers have designed some sets of brackets for use on the seat back of a rear seat passenger. Some support groups are specially used for fixing portable electronic products, so that passengers can watch videos conveniently, and some support groups provide foldable dinner plates or cup seats, so that the passengers can place food or beverage bottles temporarily during eating. Therefore, the applicant thinks to design a multipurpose support structure, meets various requirements of the rear seat passengers, and brings excellent convenience to the rear seat passengers in the riding process.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The main object of the present application is to provide a tray support for a vehicle seat back, which can be easily fixed to a plurality of pillars, which are located on a seat in a vehicle to support a headrest. Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the vehicle seat back tray support according to the embodiment of the present invention is a perspective view at different angles. The tray support of this application embodiment includes fixed unit 1, hangs board 2, tray 3 and arrangement unit 4. The fixing unit 1 is used for fixing to a plurality of pillars. The suspension plate 2 is provided with a back area 21 and a front area 22 which are opposite in position, the back area 21 forms a plurality of groups of adjusting components 23 with different heights, the fixing unit 1 is combined with at least one group of adjusting components 23, and a plurality of clamping pieces 24 are distributed on the front area 22; the tray 3 is pivoted to the bottom of the hanging plate 2, the tray 3 is tightly attached to the hanging plate 2 in a folded state, and can be horizontally arranged and perpendicular to the hanging plate 2 after being pulled open; the setting unit 4 is provided on the other side of the tray 3 facing the hanging plate 2, and the setting unit 4 can mount a paper cassette between the setting unit 4 and the tray 3. The hanger plate 2 has a plurality of projecting clips 24 distributed over the front plate region 22. The clip 24 has elasticity and is partially connected to the hanging plate 2, and the opening of the clip 24 is upward, so that the portable electronic product 7 can be placed into the clip 24 from top to bottom, and the portable electronic product 7 can be tightly attached to the surface of the front plate area 22. The portable electronic product 7 can be a mobile phone, a tablet computer or other video and audio playing devices. In the present embodiment, the clips 24 are distributed in the front panel region 22 at equal intervals. To secure a tablet computer, two or three clips 24 may be used. The cup holder 25 is pivotally connected to the hanging plate 2 and located in the front plate area 22, as shown in fig. 1, the cup holder 25 is opened and then horizontally and vertically located on the hanging plate 2, as shown in fig. 3, when the cup holder 25 is not in use, the cup holder 25 can be pulled to fit the hanging plate 2, so as to save space.

In addition, the suspension plate 2 has a hook 26 on each of the two vertical walls. The hook 26 can be used for hanging a bag and used as a temporary article hanging place.

The tray 3 is pivoted to the bottom of the hanging plate 2, can be horizontally opened and is perpendicular to the hanging plate 2, and as shown in fig. 4, the tray 3 is tightly attached to the hanging plate 2 in a folded state. As shown in fig. 1, the tray 3 has surrounding walls 31 at both sides and is higher than the middle area, so that the center of the tray 3 can be used for placing food or beverage cans, notebook computers or other articles, and is not easy to fall out. The wall 31 further has at least one notch 311 and at least one catch 312, the catch 312 is located inside the wall 31 and protrudes toward the center of the tray 3, which is configured to mount and fix the mounting unit 4.

The setting unit 4 is disposed on the other side of the tray 3 facing the hanging plate 2, and the setting unit 4 is used to install a paper cassette between the setting unit 4 and the tray 3. In this embodiment, the elastic band 41 is in a ring shape, and partial sections of the elastic band 41 are fixed to the cover plate 42, so that the elastic band 41 forms lifting loops at two sides of the cover plate 42, as shown in fig. 1, the elastic band 41 passes through the notch 311, and the plurality of clips 312 hook the partial sections of the elastic band 41, thereby achieving the purpose of combining the installation unit 4 with the tray 3. When a paper box is to be mounted, the distance between the cover plate 42 and the tray 3 is adjusted by the stretchable characteristic of the elastic bands 41, so that paper boxes of different sizes and types, such as facial tissue boxes, toilet paper boxes and wet tissue boxes, can be mounted on the paper box.

Fig. 6 and 7 are schematic views showing an actual use of the seatback holder according to the embodiment of the present invention. The tray support of the embodiment of the present application is installed at the back of a seat 62 in a vehicle, and the headrest 63 is fixed to the seat 62 by at least one pillar 61. The fixing unit 1 firstly uses the strap 11 to mount the adjusting component 23 of the relative height of the suspension plate 2, and then the strap 11 is wound on the periphery of the pillar 61, so as to fix the suspension plate 2 behind the seat 62 and the headrest 63. As shown in fig. 6, when the tray 3 is pulled down horizontally and the cup holder 25 is pulled horizontally, the tray 3 can receive an article to be placed. The cup holder 25 can be used for holding beverage cups or cans. The portable electronic product 7, such as a tablet computer or a mobile phone, can be clamped at the bottom edge by the clamping piece 24, so that the portable electronic product 7 is attached to the front panel area 22, and a user can watch a film or use a mobile phone conveniently. The removable paper box 8 can be fixed on the bottom surface of the tray 3 by the mounting unit 4, and the paper box 8 with different thicknesses can be expanded by the stretchable characteristic of the elastic band 41. As shown in fig. 7, in a state where the tray 3 is folded and attached to the hanging plate 2, it can be seen that the user can easily draw out the paper in the paper box 8 for use regardless of whether the tray 3 is vertical or horizontal.

As shown in fig. 8, which is a second embodiment of the present application, another mounting unit 4A is used in the present embodiment. The mounting unit 4A includes at least one elastic band 41 and a cloth bag 43, the cloth bag 43 is combined with the elastic band 41, the elastic band 41 is in a shape of a lifting-lug band and is located on two sides of the cloth bag 43, the cloth bag 43 may be a cloth or a bag with elastic and retractable property, in this embodiment, the elastic band 41 is also used to fix the surrounding walls 31 on two sides of the tray 3. The cloth bag 43 has an opening 431 in the center, as shown in fig. 9, and the paper box 8 can be covered by the cloth bag 43 and fixed on the bottom of the tray 3 when in use.

As shown in fig. 10, which is a diagram of a third embodiment of the present application, another mounting unit 4B is used in the present embodiment. The mounting unit 4B includes at least one elastic band 41 and a stretchable and elastic mesh bag 44, the elastic band 41 is in the shape of a lifting-lug band and is located on two sides of the mesh bag 44, the mesh bag 44 is a stretchable and elastic mesh, and the elastic band 41 is also fixed to the surrounding walls 31 on two sides of the tray 3. The mesh bag 44 has an opening 441 at the center, as shown in fig. 11, and the paper box 8 can be covered by the mesh bag 44 and fixed on the tray 3 when in use. In summary, the setting unit 4 according to the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a single embodiment, and any configuration capable of fixing the paper cassette to the tray 3 can be used as the setting unit according to the embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 12, at least one docking seat, such as a first docking seat 33 and a second docking seat 34, may be formed on the outer wall of the tray 3, and the structures of the first docking seat 33 and the second docking seat 34 may be opposite to each other according to the structure of the accessory 9 itself, in this embodiment, the accessory 9 is a socket set capable of extending as a power source, and is installed to provide power for the portable electronic product 7, although three sets are shown in the figure, only one set of accessories is actually used in the usage. The plurality of different first docking cradles 33, 34 facilitate the user to install in the most advantageous position. The vehicle seat back tray support according to claim 1, wherein a cup holder pivotally connected to the hanging panel and located in the front panel area, the cup holder having at least one frame body, the cup holder being attachable to the hanging panel when not in use, and being pulled out to be horizontal and perpendicular to the hanging panel.

The seatback tray support according to claim 1, wherein the seating unit includes at least one elastic band and a cloth bag, the cloth bag is connected to the tray via the elastic band, the cloth bag has an opening at a center thereof, and the paper box is wrapped by the cloth bag and fixed to the tray.

The seatback tray support for vehicles according to claim 1, wherein the seating unit includes at least one elastic band and a mesh bag having an elastic, stretched and expandable size, the mesh bag being connected to the tray via the elastic band, the mesh bag being within which the paper box is placed.

9. The seatback tray support for vehicles according to claim 1, wherein said tray outer wall is provided with at least one docking seat for accessories to be mounted thereto.

10. The vehicle seat back tray support according to claim 1, wherein the hanging plate forms at least one hook on a vertical side wall.
