A heat shrink machine for an end mill shank to facilitate cooling as recited in claim 6 wherein: the heat insulation layer (20) is coaxially provided with a heat conduction ring (22) at a position corresponding to the vent hole A (24), the heat conduction ring (22) is arranged in an annular positioning groove (23) formed in the heat insulation layer (20), the inner diameter of the heat conduction ring (22) is equal to that of the heat insulation layer (20), and the vent hole A (24) penetrates through a matched vent hole C formed in the heat conduction ring (22) at a position corresponding to the vent hole A and is communicated with the interior of the heat insulation layer (20).
