An automatic medicine feeding system is used for conveying medicines into a livestock shed, a diluent pipeline is included in the livestock shed, the diluent pipeline can be a clear water pipeline, and the diluent can be clear water. The automatic dosing system may include: the system comprises a first pipeline, a mother liquor preparation container, a dosing controller, a dosing valve and a liquid medicine pipeline for mixing mother liquor and diluent. The administration valve may be a three-way administration valve.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a piping structure of an automatic dosing system according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses an automatic drug feeding system for automatically delivering drugs to each column 61 of the animal house 6. It may include: a first line 4, a mother liquor preparation vessel 2, an administration controller 201, and a liquid medicine line 3 for mixing the mother liquor and the diluent. Wherein the stock solution is a high concentration drug solution formed by mixing a drug with a liquid (e.g., water). The input end of the liquid medicine pipeline 3 is connected with the mother liquor preparation container 2 through a first pipeline 4 so as to obtain the mother liquor from the first pipeline 4. In one embodiment, the input of the liquid medicine line 3 needs to be connected to a diluent line to obtain the diluent, which may be a clear water line, and the diluent may be clear water. Therefore, the input end of the liquid medicine pipeline 3 can be connected with the clear water pipeline 1 to obtain clear water in the clear water pipeline 1, the clear water is used as a diluent for diluting the mother liquid, and finally the mother liquid and the diluent are mixed into liquid medicine in the liquid medicine pipeline 3. The output end 35 of the liquid medicine pipeline 3 extends to the upper part of the column 61 in the livestock shed 6, the branch of the clean water pipeline 1 is led out, and the branch also extends to the upper part of the column 61, so that the liquid medicine and the clean water are conveyed to each column 61 for the livestock to drink. A dosing valve 7 is connected between the output end 35 of the liquid medicine pipeline 3 and the clean water pipeline 1. The dosing valve may be a three-way dosing valve 7. In one embodiment, to detect and manage terminal drug administration actions, the automatic drug administration system further comprises a terminal control unit.
The pipeline structure of the automatic medicine adding system of the embodiment of the utility model is exemplified in the above with reference to fig. 1. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that this configuration is exemplary and not limiting, and that those skilled in the art can make modifications as needed. The automatic medicine adding system, the terminal control unit and the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2, 3 and 4. Fig. 2 is a block diagram of a terminal control unit 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a mother liquor preparation vessel 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a block diagram of an auto-medicine system 400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the three-way valve 7 for drug administration is connected to the drug administration controller 201 via a first relay 205. In practical applications, the three-way valve 7 is an electromagnetic three-way valve or an electric three-way valve. The electromagnetic three-way valve or the electric three-way valve is respectively connected with the liquid medicine pipeline 3, the clear water pipeline 1 and the water outlet pipe, wherein the liquid output by the water outlet pipe can be directly drunk by the livestock and poultry. Therefore, under the control of the administration controller 201, the liquid medicine pipeline 3 can be communicated with the water outlet pipe or the clear water pipeline 1 can be communicated with the water outlet pipe, so that clear water or liquid medicine can be output by the water outlet pipe under the control. It can be understood that, the electromagnetic valve is a valve which is controlled by the magnetic force generated by the electrified electromagnetic coil to overcome the pressure of the spring to drive the valve core to act, thereby realizing the on-off control of the valve; the electric valve drives a valve rod through a motor to drive a valve core to act so as to control the opening and closing of the valve. The electric valve includes a shut-off valve and a regulating valve. The adjusting valve is additionally provided with an electric valve positioner on the basis of a common electric valve, and the valve is dynamically stabilized at one position through closed-loop adjustment. Therefore, the flow rate of the liquid medicine flowing into each of the columns 61 can be more accurately adjusted by using the electrically adjustable valve.
In order to reduce manual intervention, the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 is required to achieve automatic mother liquor preparation. As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 may further comprise a liquid inlet valve 307, a mother liquor flow meter 304, and a mother liquor preparation controller 301. The liquid inlet valve 307 is provided at the liquid inlet of the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 for opening and closing the liquid inlet. When the drug is put into the mother liquor preparation container 2, the switch of the liquid inlet valve 307 can be opened to inject the liquid into the mother liquor preparation container 2. Wherein the mother liquor flowmeter 304 is also arranged at the liquid inlet of the mother liquor preparation container 2 and is used for counting the amount of the liquid injected into the mother liquor preparation container 2. The mother liquor preparation controller 301 is connected with the liquid inlet valve 307 and the mother liquor flowmeter 304 to control the on-off state of the liquid inlet valve 307 according to the amount of the liquid injected into the mother liquor preparation container 2 fed back by the mother liquor flowmeter 304. When the mother liquor preparation controller 301 judges that the amount of the liquid is the same as the amount of the liquid required for dispensing, the liquid inlet valve 307 is closed. And wherein the amount of liquid required for dispensing is derived from the dispensing information. The dispensing information can be manually input into the mother liquor preparation controller 301 through a display screen, and can also be from a superior control device. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the above-mentioned automatic drug-adding system may further include a general controller 402 (upper control device) connected with the mother liquor preparation controller 301 and the drug administration controller 201 to send the dosing information and the drug administration information to the mother liquor preparation controller 301 and to send the drug administration information to the drug administration controller 201. The dispensing information and the administration information may be automatically generated by the general controller 402 based on the drug declaration information (for example, the symptom of the stock raising, the number of stock raising presenting the symptom, etc.) inputted to the general controller 402.
After the operation of injecting the liquid into the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 is completed as described above, the preparation of the mother liquor is substantially completed. In order to make the drug content of the mother liquor formed more uniform, in one embodiment, the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 further comprises an agitator 308 for agitating the mother liquor. The stirrer 308 may be connected to the mother liquor preparation controller 301, and when the mother liquor preparation controller 301 judges that the operation of injecting the liquid into the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 has been completed, the stirrer 308 may be controlled to start stirring. After stirring, mother liquor preparation controller 301 can send the signal that mother liquor preparation was accomplished to master controller 402, alright then can get into the link that the mother liquor diluted, prepared liquid medicine.
In one embodiment, a clean water flow meter 31 and a clean water solenoid valve 32 are disposed at the connection between the liquid medicine pipeline 3 and the clean water pipeline 1, and both the clean water flow meter 31 and the clean water solenoid valve 32 are connected to the general controller 402. Wherein the clear water flow meter 31 is used for detecting the amount of the diluent (clear water) injected into the liquid medicine pipeline 3, and the clear water electromagnetic valve 32 is used for controlling whether to flow the diluent into the liquid medicine pipeline 3. When the medicinal liquid line 3 needs the diluent, the clean water solenoid valve 32 is opened. The clear water flow meter 31 feeds back the detected amount of the diluent injected into the liquid medicine pipeline 3 to the master controller 402 in real time, and when the master controller 402 judges that the amount of the diluent is the same as the amount of the diluent in the dispensing information, the clear water electromagnetic valve 32 is closed. In an embodiment, the automatic medicine adding system may further include a detection circuit for detecting an operating state of the clean water solenoid valve 32, and the operating state of the clean water solenoid valve 32 may include: normal operation, overcurrent fault and open circuit fault. When the detection circuit detects that the clear water solenoid valve 32 has a fault, a fault signal is sent to the master controller 402, so that the staff can overhaul the valve in time.
When the diluent is injected into the liquid medicine pipeline 3, the mother liquor can be synchronously conveyed to the liquid medicine pipeline 3 from the mother liquor preparation container 2 through the first pipeline 4, so that the mother liquor and the diluent are mixed, and the preparation of the liquid medicine is completed. In an application scenario, the liquid medicine pipeline 3 may further include a liquid medicine chamber for containing and temporarily storing liquid medicine. In one embodiment, a mother liquor valve 42 is connected to the first pipeline 4 for controlling the communication state of the first pipeline 4 and the medicine liquor pipeline 3, and the mother liquor valve 42 is connected to the mother liquor preparation controller 301. Therefore, after entering the administration segment, the mother liquor valve 42 can be controlled by the mother liquor preparation controller 301 to open so as to communicate the first pipeline 4 with the liquid medicine pipeline 3. In another embodiment, the first line 4 is also connected to a metering pump 41. The metering pump 41 is also connected to the mother liquor preparation controller 301. After the mother liquor preparation controller 301 receives the dosing instruction sent by the master controller 402, the mother liquor preparation controller 301 will start the metering pump 41. And the metering pump 41 pumps the mother liquor from the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 to the liquid medicine line 3. The metering pump 41, also called a dosing pump or a proportional pump, can be steplessly adjusted in the flow rate range of 0-100%. Which can simultaneously perform the functions of conveying, metering and regulating. The number of times of pumping by the metering pump 41 and the flow rate per pumping are herein calculated from the amount of liquid injected into the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 measured by the above-described mother liquor flow meter 304. For example, if the amount of the liquid to be injected into the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 is 5 liters, the metering pump 41 may be made to pump 5 times for 1 liter at a time. In addition, in order to avoid the poor circulation caused by insufficient hydraulic pressure during the mother liquor transportation process, a booster pump may be disposed in the mother liquor preparation container 2, and the mother liquor preparation controller 301 may be connected to each valve through a second relay 305.
After the preparation of the liquid medicine is finished, the liquid medicine can enter a drug administration link at any time according to the actual drug administration requirement. Of course, it is also possible to prepare the liquid medicine and administer the liquid medicine simultaneously, for example, when the diluent is injected into the liquid medicine pipeline 3, the mother liquor is conveyed from the mother liquor preparation container 2 to the liquid medicine pipeline 3 through the first pipeline 4, the administration three-way valve 7 is switched to the input mode of the liquid medicine pipeline 3, the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine pipeline 3 flows into the target columns 61 (the clear water pipeline 1 and the liquid medicine pipeline 3 are arranged above each column 61, the clear water pipeline 1 and the liquid medicine pipeline 3 above each column 61 are respectively connected with two inlets of the administration three-way valve 7, and the liquid output from the outlet of the administration three-way valve 7 can be directly drunk by the livestock and poultry in the corresponding column 61). In one embodiment, a liquid medicine valve 33 and a liquid medicine pump 34 may be further disposed between the connection of the liquid medicine line 3 and the first line 4 and the three-way administration valve 7. The liquid medicine valve 33 is used for controlling whether to convey liquid medicine to the livestock shed 6, and the liquid medicine pump 34 can increase the power for conveying the liquid medicine, so that the liquid medicine can flow more smoothly.
After the liquid medicine preparation and administration links are completed as above, the medicine is inevitably remained in the mother liquor preparation container 2. Therefore, in one embodiment, when it is determined that the mother liquor in the mother liquor preparation container 2 is discharged (for example, when the pumping-out flow fed back by the metering pump 41 is equal to the amount of the liquid fed back by the mother liquor flow meter 304 into the mother liquor preparation container 2), or after all the liquid medicine in the liquid medicine pipeline 3 is output to the column 61, the mother liquor preparation controller 301 automatically opens the liquid inlet valve 307 and closes the liquid outlet valve 306 of the mother liquor preparation container 2, so that the mother liquor preparation container 2 is filled with water to clean the mother liquor preparation container 2. The liquid after washing the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 is a washing liquid containing a small amount of the drug. In order to avoid drug residues and prevent the dosage of the cleaning solution taken by the livestock and poultry from being insufficient, the cleaning solution can be conveyed into the livestock and poultry house 6 for the livestock and poultry to drink. If the liquid medicine is transferred to the liquid medicine line 3 through the first line 4, it needs to be pumped through the metering pump 41, and the efficiency is too low. Therefore, in one implementation scenario, the bottom of the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 may also be connected to a second pipe 5 dedicated to conveying cleaning liquid. The other end of the second pipeline 5 is connected with the liquid medicine pipeline 3 so as to input the cleaning liquid into the liquid medicine pipeline 3 and finally convey the cleaning liquid into the livestock shed 6, and meanwhile, a cleaning valve 51 is further arranged in the second pipeline 5 and connected with the mother liquid preparation controller 301 and used for controlling the conveying state of the cleaning liquid from the mother liquid preparation container 2 to the liquid medicine pipeline 3.
In one embodiment, a liquid level sensor 303 connected to the mother liquor preparation controller 301 is further disposed in the mother liquor preparation container 2, so that the mother liquor preparation controller 301 controls the on-off states of the liquid inlet valve 307 and the metering pump 41 according to liquid level information sent by the liquid level sensor 303. In one implementation scenario, the level sensor 303 may include a low level probe and a high level probe. Wherein, the low liquid level probe is used for detecting whether the mother liquor in the mother liquor preparation container 2 is completely discharged or whether the cleaning liquid for cleaning the mother liquor preparation container 2 is completely discharged. The high level probe is used to monitor whether the liquid in the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 reaches a predetermined high level. Therefore, if the mother liquor flow meter 304 is out of order (for example, the metering function is lost, or metering is inaccurate), when the liquid in the mother liquor preparation container 2 reaches a high liquid level, the liquid inlet valve 307 is still in an open state, so that the liquid is continuously injected into the mother liquor preparation container 2, and finally the liquid in the mother liquor preparation container 2 overflows. The condition that the liquid in the mother liquor preparation container 2 reaches the high liquid level can be monitored in time through the high liquid level probe, and the signal is fed back to the mother liquor preparation controller 301, so that the mother liquor preparation controller 301 closes the liquid inlet valve 307.
In one embodiment, the auto-medicine system may further include a display screen 302 connected to the mother liquor preparation controller 301 for displaying the operation status of the mother liquor preparation vessel 2, and the display screen 302 may be used for receiving user-input dosage information, such as the amount of medicine to be administered into the mother liquor preparation vessel 2, and the amount of liquid to be injected into the mother liquor preparation vessel 2. It is also possible to receive administration data (for example, administration time, administration amount, etc.) and automatic cleaning data (automatic cleaning time, automatic cleaning frequency, volume of liquid injected into the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 at the time of automatic cleaning, etc.) input by the user.
In one embodiment, the drug administration controller 201 is further connected with a buzzer 203 and an indicator lamp 204, the buzzer 203 is used for emitting a prompt sound, and the indicator lamp 204 is used for prompting the running state of the drug administration three-way valve 7. If the indicator lamp 204 is normally on, it indicates that the three-way administration valve 7 is in a normal state. In practical applications, the administration controller 201 may also be connected to a terminal administration detection circuit for detecting the operating state of the administration three-way valve 7. The working state is divided into: normal state, open circuit fault, locked rotor fault. After the terminal detection circuitry that doses detects certain three-way valve 7 that doses and breaks down, can send the alarm sound through bee calling organ 203, can send mother liquor preparation controller 301 through controller 201 with the number of the three-way valve 7 that doses that breaks down simultaneously, the number of the three-way valve 7 that doses that finally shows the trouble on display screen 302, the staff of being convenient for seeks the three-way valve 7 that doses that breaks down, and then does benefit to in time maintenance. Further, in response to a possible error in the administration process (for example, a drug has an error or a drug amount has an error), the administration controller 201 may further connect a button 202 for controlling the on-off state of the three-way administration valve 7, so that the three-way administration valve 7 may be closed in time when a drug administration error occurs, thereby preventing the error from spreading, and thus, the loss of the error may be minimized.
The automatic drug feeding system, the terminal control unit and the mother liquor preparation container 2 according to the embodiment of the present invention are described in detail above with reference to fig. 2, 3 and 4, and the automatic drug feeding process is exemplified below. Firstly, after a breeder or a patrol robot finds that a swinery is abnormal, a diagnosis result is automatically obtained, a prescription made according to the diagnosis result is sent to the control platform 401, and a medicine dispensing person dispenses medicines according to the prescription sent by the control platform 401. And secondly, a breeder takes the medicine from the medicine dispensing personnel and then adds the medicine into the mother liquor preparation container 2, after the breeder inputs related parameters through the display screen 302, the control platform 401 calculates the total dosage of the livestock and the poultry on the same day according to the number and the average weight of the livestock and the poultry taking the medicine, and automatically calculates the water inflow of the mother liquor preparation container 2 according to the dilution requirement of the medicine. When the amount of the liquid injected into the mother liquor preparation vessel 2 reaches the calculated water inflow amount of the mother liquor preparation vessel 2, the liquid inlet valve 307 is automatically closed, and the stirring is started.
And thirdly, after stirring is finished, automatically adding chemicals into the system, injecting the mother liquor into the liquid medicine pipeline 3 through the metering pump 41, conveying the liquid medicine to each column 61 under the action of the liquid medicine pump 34, and opening a terminal electromagnetic valve of each column 61 to start adding chemicals into the livestock and poultry. And fourthly, cleaning the equipment. When the mother liquor is detected to be used up today (namely when no liquid medicine exists in the mother liquor preparation container 2), an automatic cleaning program is started, the mother liquor preparation container 2 is filled with clear water, then the cleaning water in the mother liquor preparation container 2 is conveyed into the liquid medicine pipeline 3 through the second pipeline 5 and finally conveyed into the livestock house 6, and after the steps are repeated for three times, the cleaning stage is finished, and the display screen 302 displays that the dosing is finished. Then, the dosing three-way valve 7 is switched to the conducting state of the clear water pipeline 1 through the dosing controller 201, and then the electricity of the automatic dosing system is cut off, so that the dosing process is completed. In one embodiment, the master controller 402 can also collect data information of the mother liquor preparation controller 301 and the dosing controller 201, and is used for recording dosing information to realize the whole dosing process traceability.
