Example 1
The liquid medicine adding system of the embodiment is shown in fig. 1 and 2, and comprises a liquid supplementing box liquid inlet pipe 1, a mother liquid box 2, a mother liquid pipe 3, a water supplementing box liquid outlet pipe 4 and a diluent adding pipe 6 which are sequentially arranged. The system also includes a controller that can select a PLC chip, a PC, or a server.
The inlet of the mother liquor tank 2 is arranged at the bottom of the mother liquor tank 2, and the liquor inlet pipe 1 of the liquor replenishing tank is communicated with the inlet of the mother liquor tank 2. The outlet of the mother liquor tank 2 is arranged at the bottom of the mother liquor tank 2, and the mother liquor pipe 3 is communicated with the outlet of the mother liquor tank 2. An air inlet pipeline is arranged at the top of the mother liquor tank 2, and a first normally open electromagnetic valve 201 is arranged on the air inlet pipeline. When the system is powered off, the first normally open solenoid valve 201 is opened to supplement air into the mother liquor tank 2 to maintain the air pressure, so that the mother liquor in the mother liquor tank 2 can be conveyed to the rear-end process under the action of gravity.
The in-line dilution device 5 comprises a first mixer 505, preferably the first mixer 505 is a tubular mixer. The front end of the first mixer 505 is provided with a mother liquor inlet pipe 501 and a dilution water inlet pipe 503, and the rear end is communicated with a dilution liquor dosing pipe 6. The front end of the mother liquid inlet pipe 501 is communicated with a mother liquid pipe 3. The mother liquor inlet pipe 501 is sequentially provided with a first shutoff valve 5011, a mother liquor inlet flow valve 5012, a mother liquor inlet flow meter 5013 and a second shutoff valve 5014. A fourth shutoff valve 5031, a dilution water flow valve 5032, a dilution water flow meter 5033 and a fifth shutoff valve 5034 are sequentially arranged on the dilution water inlet pipe 503.

(3) Inputting mother liquor from a mother liquor box 2 into an online diluting device 5 and an emergency medicine adding device (namely an emergency mother liquor pipe 7), and adjusting the opening degree of a flow valve to maintain the flow of the mother liquor allowed to pass through a mother liquor inlet pipe 501 and the emergency mother liquor pipe 7 to be the same in real time, wherein the emergency medicine adding device is cut off or communicated through a normally open electromagnetic valve; in practical conditions, at least one of the mother liquor inlet pipe 501 and the emergency mother liquor pipe 7 is usually cut off by other valves. Thus, the "permitted mother liquor flow rate" refers to the flow rate of the mother liquor in the mother liquor inlet pipe 501 or the emergency mother liquor pipe 7, provided that no other valve cuts off the piping.
(4) Under the condition of non-emergency dosing, the first normally open electromagnetic valve 201 and the second normally open electromagnetic valve 702 are powered off, and the mother liquor is diluted by the online diluting device 5 to complete the dosing of the liquid medicine;
under the condition of emergency medicine adding, after power failure, the first normally open electromagnetic valve 201 and the second normally open electromagnetic valve 702 are opened, the closing valves are closed, the opening degree of each flow valve at the power failure moment is maintained, and liquid medicine adding is completed through the emergency mother liquid pipe 7 and the emergency medicine feeding pipe 10. The system of the embodiment has a simple structure, and under the emergency dosing condition, mother liquor with the same flow rate as the power-off time is directly added into the water treatment tank, so that the accuracy of the emergency dosing speed is ensured.
Example 2
The structure of the liquid medicine dosing system of this embodiment is shown in fig. 3 and 4, and the basic structure is the same as that of embodiment 1, except that: this embodiment is also provided with an emergency makeup tank 11. The entry setting of emergent moisturizing case 11 is at the top of emergent moisturizing case 11, the export setting of emergent moisturizing case 11 is in emergent moisturizing case 11 bottoms, the exit linkage of emergent moisturizing case 11 has moisturizing case drain pipe 4, moisturizing case drain pipe 4 rear end with dilution water inlet tube 503 intercommunication, moisturizing case drain pipe 4 rear end still is connected with emergent water pipe 8. An air inlet pipeline is arranged at the top of the emergency water replenishing tank 11, and a fourth normally-open electromagnetic valve 1101 is arranged on the air inlet pipeline.
The rear end of the emergency mother liquor pipe 7 and the rear end of the emergency water pipe 8 are connected with the emergency dilution device 9, the emergency dilution device 9 comprises a second mixer 901, and the second mixer 901 is a mixer which does not use electric energy, such as a pipe mixer. An emergency dosing pipe 10 for adding medicine into the water treatment tank is arranged at the rear end of the second mixer 901.
The dilution water flow meter 5033 is electrically connected to the input end of the controller, and the dilution water flow valve 5032 and the emergency water flow valve 801 are electrically connected to the output end of the controller. In order to make the opening degrees of the dilution water flow valve 5032 and the emergency water flow valve 801 have the same correspondence with the flow rate of the dilution water, in the present embodiment, the dilution water inlet pipe 503 and the emergency water pipe 8 are provided by using pipes having the same pipe diameter.
By adopting the system, the liquid medicine adding method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:

(4) Under the condition of non-emergency dosing, the first normally open electromagnetic valve 201, the second normally open electromagnetic valve 702, the third normally open electromagnetic valve 802 and the fourth normally open electromagnetic valve 1101 are electrified and closed, and the dosing of the liquid medicine is completed after the mother liquid is diluted by the online diluting device 5;
under the condition of emergency medicine adding, after power failure, the first normally open electromagnetic valve 201, the second normally open electromagnetic valve 702, the third normally open electromagnetic valve 802 and the fourth normally open electromagnetic valve 1101 are opened, each shut-off valve is closed, each flow valve maintains the opening degree at the power failure moment, and liquid medicine adding is completed after mother liquor is diluted through the emergency dilution device 9.
