技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种鲜切水果便利包装盒。
背景技术
鲜切水果又称轻加工水果,是新鲜水果经处理后,供消费者或餐饮业即食和使用的一种水果产品形式。
由于在加工处理过程中鲜切水果的机械处理使水果的组织受到了损伤,因此鲜切水果产品存在明显的缺点,最常见的是褐变及流汁发生的现象比较严重。首先,由于水果的天然保护层受到了破坏,鲜切产品易受到微生物侵害而引起腐败,失水速率明显增加,货架期比完整水果短得多;其次,加工过程中的机械压力使果实细胞破裂、细胞间分离,酶和底物发生移位混合,产生酶促褐变。流汁是指鲜切水果贮藏期间果肉内部汁液渗出,通常呈现于包装的底部,影响产品的质量。流汁主要是由于切割导致果肉细胞破损,而组织细胞无法愈伤,细胞内部汁液失去保护屏障而流失。另一方面随着衰老代谢的进行,细胞壁或膜组分发生降解,导致组织液渗出。比较容易发生汁液流失的鲜切水果种类有西瓜、菠萝、甜瓜及芒果等。
鲜切水果的包装通常采用盒式或袋式包装。采用盒式包装时通常采用托盘覆膜方式,可充气也可不充气,充气包装又称为气调包装(即MAP包装),目前市场上的包装主要还是不充气包装。不充气包装时,亦可采用托盘覆保鲜膜方式或扣盖盒式包装。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种鲜切水果便利包装盒,其存放的鲜切水果的流汁不会积聚在底部影响鲜切水果的口感。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种鲜切水果便利包装盒,包括底层、鲜切水果放置层和盖体,该鲜切水果放置层包括数个分隔的容纳空间,在该鲜切水果放置层的底壁上开设数个与该底层连通的通孔,该鲜切水果放置层位于底层的上方,该盖体盖设在鲜切水果放置层上并与该底层连接。
所述底层中放置保鲜剂。
所述鲜切水果放置层的上方设置粒状水果放置层,该粒状水果放置层包括数个分隔的容纳槽。
所述鲜切水果放置层的各容纳空间中可分别放置西瓜、菠萝、哈密瓜和芒果中的任意种类。
所述粒状水果放置层的各容纳槽中可分别放置葡萄、草莓、蓝莓和圣女果中的任意种类。
所述盖体与所述底层密封连接。
所述包装盒的材质采用聚乙烯。
本实用新型的有益效果:在鲜切水果层的底壁上开设通孔,以使得鲜切后的水果少许汁液不积聚在底部影响鲜切水果的口感,同时在底层放置保鲜剂,通过该通孔进行流通,延长了鲜切水果的保鲜时间;将不需鲜切的水果和鲜切的水果分层放置在同一包装盒中,可同时满足消费者对多种类水果的需求。

以下仅以实施例说明本实用新型可能的实施态样,然并非用以限制本实用新型所欲保护的范畴,合先叙明。
如图1所示,为本实用新型的优选实施方式,一种鲜切水果便利包装盒,该包装的材质采用PE(聚乙烯),包括底层1、鲜切水果放置层2、粒状水果放置层3和盖体4,所述底层1中可放置保鲜剂,以防止在存储过程中鲜切水果的软化,该鲜切水果放置2层包括数个分隔的容纳空间,各容纳空间中可分别放置西瓜、菠萝、哈密瓜、芒果和猕猴桃等的任意种类,在该鲜切水果放置层2的底壁上开设数个与该底层1连通的通孔21,该鲜切水果放置层2位于底层1的上方,该粒状水果放置层位于所述鲜切水果放置层的上方,该粒状水果放置层包括数个分隔的容纳槽,各容纳槽中可分别放置葡萄、草莓、蓝莓和圣女果等的任意种类,该盖体3盖设在鲜切水果放置层2和粒状水果放置层3并与该底层1密封连接。
具体地,在该底层1的顶壁内圈设有放置槽,该鲜切水果放置层的底部外圈位于放置槽上,该鲜切水果放置层的隔板顶壁低于外壁,该粒状水果放置层压在隔板顶壁上,在该盖体的底圈上设有密封圈,该盖体盖住粒状水果放置层和鲜切水果放置层并与底层为卡扣密封连接。
本实用新型的改进点一是:在该鲜切水果放置层的底壁上开设穿孔,该穿孔的直径为0.3-0.5mm,该穿孔的首先是便于鲜切后的少许汁液积聚在底部影响口感,另外便于底层的保鲜剂能够透过穿孔从而延长鲜切水果的货架期。二是:设置上下两层水果放置层,鲜切的水果和不鲜切的粒状水果放置在同一个包装盒,以满足消费者对多种水果的需求。
本实用新型能够将多种水果混合包装,水果的风味不易掺杂在一起,同时将少许汁液导流到底层不留在鲜切水果放置层的底部,不影响其风味。

1.一种鲜切水果便利包装盒,其特征在于:包括底层、鲜切水果放置层和盖体,该鲜切水果放置层包括数个分隔的容纳空间,在该鲜切水果放置层的底壁上开设数个与该底层连通的通孔,该鲜切水果放置层位于底层的上方,该盖体盖设在鲜切水果放置层上并与该底层连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鲜切水果便利包装盒,其特征在于:所述底层中放置食品保鲜剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的鲜切水果便利包装盒,其特征在于:所述鲜切水果放置层的上方设置粒状水果放置层,该粒状水果放置层包括数个分隔的容纳槽。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的鲜切水果便利包装盒,其特征在于:所述鲜切水果放置层的各容纳空间中可分别放置西瓜、菠萝、哈密瓜和芒果中的任意种类。
5.根据权利要求3所述的鲜切水果便利包装盒,其特征在于:所述粒状水果放置层的各容纳槽中可分别放置葡萄、草莓、蓝莓和圣女果中的任意种类。
6.根据权利要求1所述的鲜切水果便利包装盒,其特征在于:所述盖体与所述底层密封连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的鲜切水果便利包装盒,其特征在于:所述包装盒的材质采用聚乙烯。
8.根据权利要求3所述的鲜切水果便利包装盒,其特征在于:所述鲜切水果放置层的各容纳空间中可分别放置西瓜、菠萝、哈密瓜和芒果中的任意种类。
