Referring to fig. 6, in order to prevent the screen of the shaker 42 from being clogged with mud, a shower 423 is provided on the shaker 42; one end of the spray pipe 423 is provided with a spray head 425, and the other end is used for being communicated with an external pressurized water source; a fifth electromagnetic valve 424 is arranged on the spray pipe 423; the spray header 425 is used to spray water onto the screen of the shaker 42; the fifth solenoid valve 424 is electrically connected to the controller 5; when the device is used, one end of the spraying pipe 423 is communicated with an external pressurized water source, the controller 5 controls the opening of the fifth electromagnetic valve 424 at regular time, and water is sprayed onto the screen of the vibrating screen 42 through the spraying head 425.
Referring to fig. 1, a guard rail 418 is detachably provided on the top of the mounting bracket 41, and a hanging ladder 416 is detachably provided on one side of the mounting bracket 41, so that a user can conveniently climb on the top of the mounting bracket 41.
In this embodiment, the transport truck 1 is further provided with a generator set 2 for supplying power to the vehicle-mounted mud purification and distribution system.
The use method of the vehicle-mounted mud purification and blending system in the embodiment is as follows:
when the mud in the well drilling needs to be purified and allocated, the vehicle-mounted mud purification and allocation system is transferred and transported to a well drilling site through the transport truck 1, the wellhead cofferdam 7 is arranged at the wellhead of the well drilling to collect the mud in the well drilling, the mud in the wellhead cofferdam 7 is connected with the feed inlet of the wellhead slurry pump 3 through the slurry pumping pipeline 6, and the mud in the wellhead cofferdam 7 is transported to the vibrating screen 42 through the wellhead slurry pump 3; the vibrating screen 42 screens out the particles with larger volume, and the screened mud flows into the buffer tank 411 to realize the first purification; the desanding and pumping pump 43 pumps the slurry in the buffer tank 411 into the desander 44, and the desander 44 performs second purification on the slurry in the buffer tank 411; wherein the slurry containing larger particles flows back to the buffer tank 411 from the slag discharge slurry outlet of the desander 44, and the purified slurry flows into the slurry storage tank 413 from the purified slurry outlet; when slurry needs to be supplemented into the slurry storage tank 413, the controller 5 controls the third electromagnetic valve 463 to be opened, and slurry in the slurry preparation tank 46 enters the slurry storage tank 413 through the slurry supplementing pipeline 462; when the performance parameters of the slurry in the slurry storage tank 413 need to be adjusted, the controller 5 controls the first feeding device 48 and/or the second feeding device 49 and the fourth electromagnetic valve 472 to be opened, and the slurry mixing raw materials such as bentonite, barite, chemical additives and the like are supplemented into the slurry storage tank 413 through the jet flow slurry mixing device 47; finally, the cleaned and conditioned mud in the mud tank 413 is delivered to the well via the mud outlet 417.
It should be noted that the vibrating screen 42, the sand remover 44, the jet flow mixing device 47, the first feeding device 48, the second feeding device 49, the slurry storage stirrer 415 and the slurry preparation stirrer 461 are all in the prior art, and therefore, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.

the slurry solid control unit comprises a vibrating screen, a sand removing and slurry pumping pump, a sand remover and a slurry storage stirrer; the vibrating screen is arranged at the top of the mounting frame, is communicated with the interior of the cache tank and is used for conveying slurry conveyed by the wellhead slurry pumping pump into the cache tank after being screened; the sand removing and pumping pump and the sand remover are both arranged at the top of the mounting frame; the sand removing and slurry pumping pump is electrically connected with the controller; the desanding and pumping pump is used for conveying the slurry in the cache tank to the desander; the purified slurry outlet of the desander is communicated with the slurry storage tank and is used for conveying the slurry purified by the desander to the slurry storage tank; a slag discharge slurry outlet of the desander is communicated with the cache tank; the slurry storage stirrer is arranged at the top of the slurry storage tank and used for stirring slurry in the slurry storage tank.

The vehicle-mounted mud purification and blending system of claim 2, further comprising an offline slurry blending unit; the offline slurry mixing unit comprises a clean water pump, a slurry mixing tank and a slurry mixing stirrer; the clean water pump and the slurry preparation tank are both arranged at the top of the mounting frame; the water outlet of the clean water pump is respectively communicated with the pulp storage tank and the pulp distribution tank, and the water inlet of the clean water pump is used for being communicated with an external water source; a first electromagnetic valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the water outlet of the clean water pump and the pulp storage tank; a second electromagnetic valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline between the water outlet of the clean water pump and the slurry preparation tank; the slurry mixing stirrer is arranged at the top of the slurry mixing tank and is used for stirring slurry mixing materials in the slurry mixing tank; the bottom of the slurry preparation tank is communicated with the slurry storage tank through a slurry supplementing pipeline; a third electromagnetic valve is arranged on the slurry supplementing pipeline; the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve, the third electromagnetic valve and the clean water pump are respectively electrically connected with the controller.
