It should be noted that two transportation lines are adopted to shunt different types of carbon black particles, the structure is simple, the maintenance is convenient, different unqualified types of carbon black only enter related processing equipment, unnecessary processing equipment is not needed, the processing efficiency is improved, the service life of the related equipment is prolonged, the use amount of tail gas caused by processing operation is saved, the power consumption is reduced, the energy is saved, the effects of saving energy and reducing consumption are achieved, and the finished product rate after processing of unqualified products such as heating reduction, scrap iron, ash content and the like is also improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the first transfer line 100 includes a reprocessing tank 110, a pulverizer 120, a first drying device 130, and a first pipeline.
The reprocessing box body 110, the pulverizer 120 and the first drying device 130 are sequentially arranged from the first end to the second end of the first conveying line 100, and the three devices are communicated through a first pipeline.
The reprocessing tank 110 is disposed at the first end, and the carbon black pellets having a breakage strength greater than the maximum allowable value are transported into the reprocessing tank 110, and the carbon black pellets enter the treatment system from the reprocessing tank 110.
The pulverizer 120 is configured to pulverize the carbon black particles, and the carbon black particles in the reprocessing tank 110 enter the pulverizer 120 through the first pipeline to be pulverized, and then enter the first dryer through the first pipeline to be dried.

A valve 230 is disposed at the outlet below the hopper 220 for adjusting the opening and closing of the outlet to control the passage and passing speed of the carbon black particles.
