In the earphone provided by the present application, the elastic force of the elastic member 40 makes the hole wall of the connection hole 31 fit with the outer wall of the earphone head 10. As shown in fig. 14(a), the earphone is in the first connection state, the elastic member 40 is relaxed, the earphone handle 20 is perfectly connected to the earphone head 10, and the earphone handle 20 is extended in the first direction. As shown in fig. 14(b), under the action of an external force, the elastic member 40 contracts, and the hole wall of the connection hole 31 moves outwards relative to the earphone head 10, so that the adaptor body 30 moves outwards from the earphone head 10 for a certain space, so that the earphone handle 20 can rotate around the adaptor body 30. When the earphone handle 20 is rotated by 90 ° with respect to the earphone head 10, as shown in fig. 14(c), the earphone handle 20 extends in the contraction direction of the elastic member 40. Continuing to rotate, when the earphone handle 20 is rotated 180 ° with respect to the earphone head 10, as shown in fig. 14(d), the earphone handle 20 extends in the second direction of the earphone head 10. When the external force is released, the elastic member 40 relaxes and resets, as shown in fig. 14(e), the hole wall of the connection hole 31 is kept attached to the outer wall of the earphone head 10 under the action of the elastic member 40, so that the earphone handle 20 is fixed to the earphone head 10, and the left-ear earphone is converted into the right-ear earphone.
The application provides an earphone, rotate through adaptor 30 between earphone head 10 and earphone handle 20 and link to each other, built-in elastic component 40 in adaptor 30 to realize the reliable connection between earphone head 10 and earphone handle 20, switch the back that targets in place between left ear earphone and right ear earphone when the earphone, elastic component 40 can make earphone head 10 and earphone handle 20 keep relatively fixed, avoid earphone handle 20 to rotate at will relatively earphone head 10.

A battery and/or a circuit board are mounted in the earphone handle 20, and the electric connection between the earphone handle 20 and the earphone head 10 is realized through the electric connection between the first metal surface and the second metal surface. In contrast to the wire connection, the manner in which the first metal surface and the second metal surface are fitted in abutment to achieve electrical connection ensures that the shaft 50 maintains good electrical connection during rotation in the shaft hole 32.
Specifically, the first metal surface and the second metal surface are both annular and are respectively provided with a plurality of circles, the plurality of circles of first metal surfaces are arranged at equal intervals along the axial direction of the rotating shaft hole 32, and the plurality of circles of second metal surfaces are distributed at equal intervals along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 50 and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of circles of first metal surfaces.
The adapter body 30 is provided with a connecting hole 31, and the connecting hole 31 is a square hole. As shown in fig. 15, the headphone head 10 is provided with two jacks 13. Two opposite hole walls of the square hole are inserted into the insertion holes 13 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. It will be appreciated that when the adaptor body 30 is fixedly mounted to the earpiece head 10, the walls of the square bore are interference fitted to the receptacle 13. When the adapter 30 is installed in the earphone head 10 in a stretchable manner, the wall of the square hole is movably inserted into the insertion hole 13.
The earphone head 10 comprises two abutting shells which are mounted onto the adaptor body 30 from opposite sides of the adaptor body 30 during assembly, as shown in fig. 16, such that the wall of the connection hole 31 is inserted through the insertion hole 13. As shown in fig. 13, the adaptor 30 is a square block, and the adaptor 30 is provided with a connecting hole 31 and a rotating shaft hole 32, wherein the connecting hole 31 is a square hole, the rotating shaft hole 32 is a circular hole, and a hole axis of the rotating shaft hole 32 is parallel to a hole axis of the connecting hole 31.
Specifically, the elastic member 40 is a compression spring, and one end of the compression spring is fixedly bonded to the hole wall of the connection hole 31. The expansion and contraction direction of the compression spring is perpendicular to the hole axis direction of the connection hole 31. As shown in fig. 17, when the headphone head 10 and the headphone handle 20 are in the first connection state or the second connection state, the compression spring is in a micro-compression state or a natural state; when it is desired to turn the earphone handle 20, the compression spring is compressed as shown in fig. 18.
