The application provides a pair of perforating device for building engineering of unloading in automation adopts following technical scheme: a perforating device for building engineering capable of automatically feeding and discharging comprises a feeding device, a rack, a first belt conveyor, a drilling device and a supporting device for supporting plates, wherein the rack is provided with two side plates which are oppositely arranged, the first belt conveyor is horizontally arranged, two sides of the first belt conveyor are respectively connected with the two side plates, the feeding device is positioned at one end of the first belt conveyor, the feeding device comprises a feeding frame, a feeding plate, a first electric cylinder, a push plate and a telescopic cylinder, the feeding plate is horizontally arranged and is connected with the feeding frame in a sliding manner in the vertical direction, the bottom of the feeding plate is connected with the first electric cylinder, the first electric cylinder is connected with the bottom of the feeding frame, the push plate is horizontally connected with the top of the feeding frame in a sliding manner, the bottom of the push plate and the conveying surface of the first belt conveyor are arranged on the same horizontal plane, and the telescopic cylinder is connected to one side of the push plate, the telescopic cylinder is connected with the feeding frame, the supporting device is arranged at the other end of the first belt conveyor, the supporting device is connected between the two side plates, the drilling device is connected to the tops of the two side plates, and the drilling device is arranged above the supporting device.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the flitch upward movement is promoted to the first electronic jar that goes up flitch bottom connection, and telescopic cylinder drive push pedal pushes away the panel at last work or material rest top to first band conveyer, carries drilling equipment department to punch by first band conveyer with panel, reaches automatic feeding's purpose, and it is more convenient to make the material loading of panel when adding man-hour, reduces workman intensity of labour, reduces the human cost.
Preferably, the supporting device comprises two supporting rolls for supporting the plate, two ends of each supporting roll are rotatably supported on the side plates on two sides of the rack, and the supporting rolls are parallel to each other and horizontally arranged.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the backing roll is used for supporting panel, thereby avoids panel when punching because perforating device's extrusion arouses panel sunken, and backing roll self can rotate simultaneously, cooperates first band conveyer to carry panel, reduces the wearing and tearing to panel, promotes panel finished product quality, reduces first band conveyer energy consumption.

Preferably, a second belt conveyor which is horizontally placed is arranged on the other side of the supporting device, and two sides of the second belt conveyor are respectively connected to the two side plates.

The embodiment of the application discloses automatic go up perforating device for building engineering of unloading. Referring to fig. 1, the perforating device for the building engineering with automatic feeding and discharging comprises a frame 1, a feeding device 2, a first belt conveyor 3, a supporting device 5, a drilling device 51, a plate fixing device 6, a scrap collecting device 7, a second belt conveyor 8 and a containing device 9.
Two sides of the frame 1 are provided with two side plates 4 which are oppositely arranged.
Loading attachment 2 includes material loading frame 10, material loading board 11, first electronic jar 12, push pedal 13, telescoping cylinder 14, material loading frame 10 includes material loading bottom plate 15 and four material loading support columns 16, material loading support column 16 top is provided with two relative and the horizontally placed bracing piece 17, spout 18 has all been seted up to two bracing piece 17 relative one sides, material loading board 11 level is placed and vertical direction sliding connection in four material loading support columns 16, the bottom of material loading board 11 is connected with first electronic jar 12, first electronic jar 12 is installed in the top of material loading bottom plate 15, push pedal 13 level is placed and both ends difference sliding connection in spout 18, one side and the telescoping cylinder 14 of push pedal 13 are connected, telescoping cylinder 14 is connected in material loading frame 10.
The plate to be processed is placed on the feeding plate 11 in the feeding frame 10, the feeding plate 11 is driven by the first electric cylinder 12 at the bottom of the feeding plate 11 to move upwards, and the pushing plate 13 is driven by the telescopic cylinder 14 to push out the plate at the top, so that the effect of automatic feeding is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first belt conveyor 3 is disposed between the feeding device 2 and the supporting device 5, the second belt conveyor 8 is disposed between the supporting device 5 and the receiving device 9, and the supporting device 5 includes two supporting rollers 19 which are parallel to each other, horizontally disposed, and rotatably supported by the two side plates 4.
The drilling device 51 is arranged above the supporting roller 19, the drilling device 51 comprises a support 20, a drill bit 21, a sliding plate 22, a sliding block 23, a driving motor 24, a second electric cylinder 25 and a third electric cylinder 26, grooves 27 are formed in two sides of the support 20 along the vertical direction, the sliding plate 22 is horizontally arranged, protrusions are arranged at two ends of the sliding plate 22 and are connected in the grooves 27 in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, the top of two ends of the sliding plate 22 is connected with the third electric cylinder 26, the third electric cylinders 26 are respectively connected to two sides of the support 20, a through hole 28 is formed in the sliding block 23 in the vertical direction, one end of the drill bit 21 penetrates through the through hole 28 and is connected with the driving motor 24, the driving motor 24 is fixedly installed at the top of the sliding block 23, a sliding groove 29 is formed in the top of the sliding plate 22, the sliding block 23 is connected with the sliding groove 29 in the horizontal direction in a sliding mode, a groove penetrating through the up and down is formed in the sliding groove 29, a protrusion is arranged on one side of the sliding block 23, the protrusion is connected with the second electric cylinder 25, a second electric cylinder 25 is attached to one end of the slide plate 22 and the drill 21 is positioned above the gap between the two support rollers 19.
The two sides of the drilling device 51 are respectively provided with a plate fixing device 6, the plate fixing device 6 comprises a fixing frame 30, a fourth electric cylinder 31 and a pressing block 32, the fourth electric cylinder 31 is connected to the top of the fixing frame 30, and the bottom of the fourth electric cylinder 31 is connected with the pressing block 32.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the storage device 9 includes a storage rack 33, a storage plate 34, an elastic member 35, and a limiting plate 36, the storage rack 33 includes four storage support columns 37 and a storage base plate 38, the storage plate 34 is horizontally disposed and is slidably connected to the four storage support columns 37 along the vertical direction, the elastic member 35 is connected between the storage plate 34 and the storage base plate 38, a horizontally disposed fixing rod 39 is disposed at the top of one side of the storage rack 33 away from the second belt conveyor 8, clamping slots 40 penetrating along the horizontal direction are symmetrically formed in the opposite side of the fixing rod 39 and the storage base plate 38, and the limiting plate 36 is slidably connected between the two clamping slots 40.
On second belt conveyor 8 carried storage plate 34 with panel, storage plate 34 bottom was connected with elastic component 35, and progressively descends along with the interpolation of panel, reaches the purpose of storage plate 34 material, and the limiting plate 36 that sets up reaches a spacing purpose, avoids panel at the in-process departure skew of carrying on storage plate 34, accomodates simultaneously and can dismantle limiting plate 36 after the completion, conveniently takes out the panel of accomodating.
Referring to fig. 2, the scrap collecting device 7 includes a storage box 41, two baffles 42, a dust collector 43, and a dust cover 44, the two baffles 42 are respectively disposed on two sides of the supporting device 5, two ends of the two baffles are respectively connected to the side plate 4, the side plate 4 is located between the two baffles 42 and is provided with an inlet and an outlet 45, two horizontal slideways 46 are disposed on inner sides of the two baffles 42, the storage box 41 is slidably connected to the two horizontal slideways 46 through the inlet and the outlet 45, the dust cover 44 is connected to the drill bit 21, a spring 47 is connected between the dust cover 44 and the slider 23, the dust collector 43 includes a dust collecting pipe 48, a negative pressure fan 49 and a dust discharging pipe 50, the dust collecting pipe 48 is communicated with the dust cover 44, the dust discharging pipe 50 is connected to the storage box 41, and both the dust collecting pipe 48 and the dust discharging pipe 50 are connected to the negative pressure fan 49.
One part of the waste chips generated in the drilling process drops into the containing box 41, the other part of the waste chips is located on the top surface of the plate, the dust cover 44 is buckled above the containing box, the waste chips are prevented from scattering, meanwhile, the waste chips are sucked out through the dust suction pipe 48 through the negative pressure fan 49 and are discharged into the containing box 41 through the dust discharge pipe 50, the purpose of collecting the waste chips is achieved, the spring 47 is connected between the dust cover 44 and the sliding block 23, the dust cover 44 can be self-adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, the dust cover 44 is guaranteed to be buckled on the surface of the plate all the time, and the containing box 41 can be pulled out through the inlet and outlet 45 to clean the stored waste chips.
The implementation principle of the perforating device for the building engineering, which is capable of automatically feeding and discharging materials, is as follows: the plate to be processed is placed in the feeding device 2, the first electric cylinder 12 in the feeding device 2 drives the feeding plate 11 to push the plate upwards, the telescopic cylinder 14 drives the push plate 13 to push the plate at the top to the first belt conveyor 3, the first belt conveyor 3 transports the plate to the drilling device 51 for drilling, the fourth electric cylinder 31 drives the press block 32 to fix the plate during drilling, the drill bit 21 is driven by the second electric cylinder 25 to adjust the position, the third electric cylinder 26 drives the drill bit 21 to drill downwards after adjustment is completed, meanwhile, the arranged scrap collecting device 7 is matched to collect the scrap, the plate is transported to the accommodating device 9 by the second belt conveyor 8 after processing is completed, the spring 47 pieces connected with the accommodating plate 34 in the accommodating device 9 in a matching mode gradually descend along with the increase of the plate to achieve the purpose of accommodation, the limiting plate 36 arranged on the accommodating device 9 limits the accommodated plate, avoid panel departure, but the panel of accomodating is taken out to the detachable unloading simultaneously.
