According to some exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the lamp panel bracket 400 and the panel 200 are hermetically connected by a second lamp panel sealing member. Specifically, the lamp panel bracket 400 may further include a third groove 422, where the third groove 422 extends along a circumferential direction of the panel bracket 300 and is disposed on an upper surface (i.e., a side surface facing the panel 200) of the lamp panel bracket 400. The number of the third grooves 422 may be one or more. As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the number of the third grooves 422 is two, wherein one of the third grooves 422 surrounds the outside of the other third groove 422. In some embodiments, adhesive may be applied to the third groove 422. Silicone gel is a paste-like material that cures to a tough, rubbery solid upon exposure to air moisture. Therefore, the panel 200 can be pressed on the panel bracket 300 under the condition that the silicone adhesive is not cured, and the lamp panel bracket 400 and the panel 200 can be effectively sealed after the silicone adhesive is cured. It is understood that in other embodiments not shown, the second lamp panel sealing member may be a sealing ring made of foamed silica gel, fumed silica gel or precipitated silica gel. Through this kind of setting, can carry out sealing connection between lamp plate support and the panel to can prevent that steam from getting into lamp plate subassembly place region from the clearance between lamp plate support and the panel.

With this arrangement, the lamp panel bracket 400 is connected to the edge of the lamp panel accommodating cavity 120 by the connecting member, so that the lamp panel bracket 400 is clamped between the panel 200 and the cover assembly 100, and can receive a downward acting force from the panel 200 and an upward acting force from the cover assembly 100; adapting unit not only can provide the ascending effort in upper and lower side, still can provide for lamp plate support 400 in the ascending effort of panel 200 side, plays the effect that promotes lamp plate assembly 600 connection stability and prevent lamp plate assembly 600 translation.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connection member may include: and a lug 510 projecting from an outer peripheral side wall of the second frame 420 toward an outer peripheral side, the lug 510 being provided with a connecting portion 520. The lugs 510 may be configured in a sheet shape to fit the thickness of the second frame 420. Face lid subassembly 100 is equipped with the connection cooperation portion 530 that corresponds with connecting portion 520 near the marginal position department of lamp plate accommodation cavity 120, and connecting portion 520 connects in connection cooperation portion 530. With this arrangement, the lug 510 is provided on the outer circumferential side of the lamp panel holder 400 to connect with the panel cover assembly 100, and the structure is simple and easy to assemble.
Specifically, the connecting portion 520 may be a first screw hole or a stud penetrating through the lug 510, and the connecting mating portion 530 may be a second screw hole opened on the face cover assembly 100. Fasteners are arranged in the first screw holes or the studs and the second screw holes in a penetrating manner, so that the connecting part 520 is connected with the connecting matching part 530. The connecting mode has simple structure and convenient assembly. It will be understood that, in the embodiment not shown, the connection between the connection part 520 and the connection fitting 530 may be a snap connection or any other suitable connection.
For example, a tongue 540 extending from an inner circumferential sidewall of the second frame 420 into the lamp panel receiving cavity 120 may be provided on the second frame 420, and an edge of the lamp panel receiving cavity 120 may be provided with a tongue fitting 550 corresponding to the tongue 540, and the tongue 540 is snapped into the tongue fitting groove 550. Through the arrangement, the lugs 510 arranged on the outer periphery of the second frame 420 can be connected with the panel cover assembly 100, and the tongue 540 arranged on the inner periphery side wall of the second frame 420 can be matched and connected with the tongue adapting part 550 on the panel cover assembly 100, so that the connection stability of the lamp panel support 400 is improved; and the tongue 540 extends into the light panel receiving cavity 120, so that the light panel bracket 400 can be limited in the direction parallel to the panel 200. In addition, when the light panel bracket 400 is assembled to the face cover assembly 100, the tongue 540 and the tongue adapter 550 can also align the light panel bracket 400, which is convenient for assembly.
Further, according to some exemplary embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lug 510 extends along the peripheral sidewall of the second frame 420, and at least two connection portions 520 are provided on the lug 510 at intervals along the extending direction thereof. That is, the lug 510 may be an elongated sheet-like structure. A plurality of connection portions 520 may be distributed on the long sheet. In other embodiments, not shown, a plurality of lugs 510 may be further disposed on the same side of the peripheral sidewall of the second frame 420, and each lug 510 is provided with a connecting portion 520. The tongue 540 is located intermediate at least two connections 520. Through the arrangement, the connecting parts 520 arranged on the outer periphery of the second frame 420 and the tongue 540 arranged on the inner periphery of the second frame 420 can be arranged in a staggered manner, so that the two connecting parts 520 and one tongue 540 positioned between the two connecting parts 520 are not collinear, a three-point fixing structure is formed, the fixing stability is improved, the position of the lamp panel support 400 is prevented from being changed, the downward acting force applied by the lamp panel support 400 to the first lamp panel sealing element 800 is improved, and the circumferential sealing performance of the lamp panel assembly 600 is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lamp panel bracket 400 surrounds the peripheral edge of the lamp panel assembly 600, the lamp panel bracket 400 may be substantially rectangular with rounded corners and includes a plurality of sides, a connecting member may be disposed on one side of the plurality of sides near the center of the panel cover assembly 100, and the other sides near the peripheral edge of the panel cover assembly 100 may be respectively disposed with a limiting portion 410. With this arrangement, the face cover assembly 100 has a sufficient space for arranging the connection parts in the central position, which is easy to implement; and, through this kind of setting, each side of lamp plate support 400 all can effectively be utilized, fixes and spacing lamp plate support 400, and lamp plate support 400 is more difficult for taking place to shift.
Furthermore, according to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cover body 10 further includes a steam valve 700 and a steam valve sealing ring 900. Steam valve 700 is disposed on the front cover assembly 100, and steam valve 700 is spaced apart from the lamp panel bracket 400. In some embodiments, steam valve 700 may be integrally formed on face cap assembly 100. The steam valve 700 may be disposed at the other side of the face cover assembly 100 with respect to the lamp panel assembly 600, i.e., at a position close to the rear side of the face cover assembly 100. Alternatively, steam valve 700 may be a separate component and may be removably mounted to face cap assembly 100.
The steam hole 210 is formed on the panel 200, and the steam valve 700 extends to the steam hole 210 through the panel bracket 300. The steam valve sealing ring 900 is disposed around the outer circumference of the steam valve 700, and the steam valve sealing ring 900 is clamped and fixed between the edge of the steam hole 210 and the steam valve 700. The steam valve 700 may protrude from an outer surface (an upper surface in fig. 1 to 3) of the panel 200, and the steam discharge port of the steam valve 700 may be disposed at a side surface. The steam in the cooking space of the cooking appliance can be discharged to the external air through the steam discharge port of the steam valve 700. The steam discharge port is located at a position closer to the rear side of the steam valve 700, which is closer to the rear side of the cover body 10 in the closed position, so that the steam discharged from the steam valve 700 can be farther from the operator to avoid burning the operator.
With this arrangement, the steam valve 700 provided on the face cover assembly 100 may directly extend through the opening area of the first frame 310 in the panel bracket 300 into the steam hole 210 of the panel 200 and press the steam valve sealing ring 900 directly through the panel 200. Specifically, steam valve sealing ring 900 is pressed by the inner wall of steam hole 210 on panel 200 to achieve the purpose of sealing steam valve 700 circumferentially. The panel bracket 300 can realize good circumferential sealing effect of the steam valve 700 without separately designing a through hole for the steam valve 700 to pass through, so that the structure of the panel bracket 300 can be simplified and the assembly process can be simplified while the circumferential sealing effect of the steam valve 700 is ensured.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, a boss 710 surrounding the steam valve 700 is provided on the outer peripheral sidewall of the steam valve 700, the boss 710 is located between the face cover assembly 100 and the face plate 200, and the steam valve sealing ring 900 is clamped and fixed between the boss 710 and the edge of the steam hole 210. In the area where the steam valve 700 is located, since the through hole for the steam valve 700 to pass through is not separately designed on the panel bracket 300, and there is a certain gap between the panel 200 and the face cover assembly 100 in the direction perpendicular to the panel 200, the thickness of the steam valve sealing ring 900 in the direction perpendicular to the panel 200 is preferably large enough to receive sufficient up-and-down spacing and up-and-down clamping force between the panel 200 and the face cover assembly 100 to ensure good sealing. Through the arrangement of the boss 710, the thickness requirement of the steam valve sealing ring 900 can be reduced, the existing steam valve sealing ring 900 can still be adopted, and the improved design cost of the steam valve sealing ring 900 is reduced. In addition, the boss 710 can improve the limit of the steam valve sealing ring 900, improve the pressing force applied to the steam valve sealing ring 900, and further improve the circumferential sealing effect of the steam valve 700. It should be noted that fig. 4 only schematically shows the structure of the steam valve sealing ring 900, and in practice, when the panel 200 is mounted on the panel cover assembly 100, the steam valve sealing ring 900 is compressed and deformed under the force applied by the steam holes 210 and the bosses 710 to perform a sealing function.
It should be noted that the above is only an exemplary embodiment, and in other embodiments, the panel bracket 300 may also be provided with a through hole for the steam valve 700 to pass through, and the steam valve 700 passes through the through hole and the steam hole 210 and protrudes from the upper surface of the panel 200. In other embodiments, a limiting ring may be separately sleeved around the steam valve 700 at the periphery of the steam valve 700, so as to reduce the modification cost of the steam valve sealing ring 900 and improve the sealing effect of the steam valve sealing ring 900. However, the arrangement of the boss 710 is simpler in structure and better in stability than a method of forming a through hole or a limiting ring on the panel bracket 300.

a panel covering an outer face of the face cover assembly; and

the panel cover component comprises a panel support and a lamp panel support, the panel support is arranged in a split mode, the panel passes through the panel support and is fixed on the panel cover component, and the lamp panel component circumferentially seals the panel and the panel cover component.
