SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the present invention is to provide a lens protection device having characteristics of repeated use and protection for a single lens, which can achieve more flexible aesthetic effects in addition to avoiding waste.
An object of the present invention is to provide a lens protection device, which includes an annular step frame and a protection sticker, wherein the annular step frame and the protection sticker can be used separately or together.

In order to achieve at least one of the above objectives, the present invention provides a lens protection device for at least one lens of an intelligent mobile communication device, comprising:

As shown in fig. 1 to 9B, a lens protection apparatus 1 according to a preferred first embodiment of the present invention is adapted to at least one lens 200 of an intelligent mobile communication device 100 to protect the lens 200 alone, and has reusability and replaceability, and is more flexible in use. Moreover, since the lens protection apparatus 1 is installed for a single lens, more different aesthetic combinations can be created for the smart mobile communication device 100 having multiple lenses. In particular, the lens protection device 1 of the present invention can directly or indirectly protect the lens 200, so that the present invention has more flexible characteristics in use. Further, the lens protection device 1 of the present invention is suitable for being mounted or attached to the lens 200 to achieve the protection, waterproof and dustproof effects.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lens protection device 1 includes an annular step frame 10 and a protection paste 20. The protection sticker 20 is disposed on a top inner edge 101 of the annular stepped rim 10. The annular stepped frame 10 is disposed opposite to the side frame 202 of the lens 200. Further, when the protection sticker 20 is attached to the upper surface 201 of the lens 200, the annular stepped frame 10 is attached to the upper surface edge 203 of the lens 200 and the side frame 202 of the lens 200 at the same time. Further, when the lens protection device 1 is disposed on the lens 200, the lens 200 is directly protected by the annular step frame 10 and the protection sticker 20. In addition, the protection sticker 20 may be implemented as a sapphire lens, a glass lens, or a plastic lens.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the annular stepped rim 10 includes a lens protection portion 11 and a lens protection portion 12 located below the lens protection portion 11. When the protection sticker 20 is disposed on the upper surface 201 of the lens 200, the lens protection part 12 is located on the side frame 202 and the upper surface edge 203 of the lens 200, and the lens protection part 11 is located on the side frame 22 of the protection sticker 20.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the annular stepped frame 10 includes two upright portions 13 and two transverse portions 14, wherein a first transverse portion 14a extends horizontally from the first upright portion 13a to the center, a second upright portion 13b extends vertically upward from the first transverse portion 14a, and a second transverse portion 14b extends horizontally from the second upright portion 13b to the center. The protector 20 is located at an inner edge of the second lateral portion 14 b. It is worth mentioning that the protection sticker 20 does not protrude from the upper surface 141 of the second transverse portion 14 b. In other words, the upper surface 121 of the second transverse portion 14b is slightly higher than the upper surface 41 of the protection patch 20 or the upper surface 141 of the second transverse portion 14b and the upper surface 21 of the protection patch 20 are kept at the same level for the purpose of protecting the protection patch 20. That is, the annular stepped bezel 10 is intended to protect the protection sticker 20 in addition to the lens 200.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the annular stepped bezel 10 has three inner diameters and two outer diameters, wherein the second inner diameter is located between the first inner diameter, which is the largest in size, and the third inner diameter, which is the next smallest in size. The protective patch 20 is located at the third inner diameter. Further, the annular stepped frame 10 has three accommodation spaces 15 formed by two of the upright portions 13 and two of the lateral portions 14 in a stepped manner. The second accommodation space 15b is located between the first accommodation space 15a, which has the largest cross-sectional size, and the third accommodation space 15c, which has the next largest cross-sectional size, of the second accommodation space 15b, and the third accommodation space 15c, which has the smallest cross-sectional size. The protection sticker 20 is located in the third accommodating space 15c, and the lens 200 is located in the first accommodating space 15a and the second accommodating space 15 b. Further, the inner edge of the annular stepped frame 10 formed by the two upright portions 13 and the two transverse portions 14 has three upright surfaces 16 and two transverse surfaces 17, wherein a first upright surface 16a and a first transverse surface 17a constitute the first accommodation space 15a, a second upright surface 16b and a second transverse surface 17b constitute the second accommodation space 15b, and a third upright surface 16c constitutes the third accommodation space 15 c. Preferably, a repeatable adhesive material 30 is disposed on the second lateral surface 17b, and an adhesive material 23 is disposed on the bottom of the protective sticker 20, so that when the protective sticker 20 is adhered to the upper surface of the lens 200 by the adhesive material 23, the second lateral surface 17b is also adhered to the upper surface of the lens 200 by the repeatable adhesive material 30, and the second vertical surface 16b is engaged with the side frame 202 of the lens 200. Specifically, the user can directly detach and replace the annular stepped rim 10, and the protection sticker 20 is still disposed on the upper surface of the lens 200. In other words, the annular stepped rim 10 and the protector 20 are relatively separable. The user or user may choose to replace only the annular stepped rim 10 or replace both the annular stepped rim 10 and the protector 20. Specifically, when the repeatable adhesion material 30 and the adhesion material 23 are integrally disposed at the bottom of the second transverse face 17b and the protection sticker 20, respectively, the user or user will replace the annular step frame 10 and the protection sticker 20 at the same time. More particularly, the annular stepped rim 10 has various colors, and the user can replace the annular stepped rim 10 according to the mood or the requirement. It can be understood that the outer edge surface of the annular stepped frame 10 may be smooth or have various patterns to enhance the aesthetic effect. In addition, the adhesive material 23 may be disposed on the bottom edge of the protection sticker 20 or the adhesive material 23 may be disposed on the entire bottom of the protection sticker 20, which is not a limitation of the present invention. In addition, the adhesive material 23 may be disposable or reusable, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, as a first modified example of the first embodiment, the protection sticker 20 may also be formed in a step shape and disposed in the second accommodating space 15b and the third accommodating space 15c, and the lens 200 is only located in the first accommodating space. Preferably, a repeatable adhesive material 30 is disposed on the first lateral surface 17a, and an adhesive material 23 is disposed on the bottom of the protection sticker 20, so that when the protection sticker 20 is disposed on the upper surface of the lens 200, the first lateral surface 17a is also adhered to the upper surface of the lens 200. It is understood that the present invention can be applied to the lens 200 with different sizes by using different accommodating spaces and different types of the protection paste 20, so as to increase the practicability of the present invention.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, it is a second modified embodiment of the first embodiment, in which the lens protection apparatus 1 does not include the protection sticker 20. In other words, the lens protection device 1 includes only one annular step frame 10. Further, the protection sticker 20 may be the lens 200 that is used independently for the smart mobile communication device 100, and then the protection sticker 20 and the lens 200 are respectively protected by the lens protection apparatus 1.
It is understood that in each of the above embodiments, the first lateral surface 17a and the second lateral surface 17b can be provided with the repeatable adhesion material 30, please refer to fig. 11. Moreover, a layer of transparent isolation mold can be arranged on the repeatable adhesion material 30, and the transparent isolation mold can be torn off when in use. Further, the first transverse surface 17a and the second transverse surface 17b are both provided with the re-attachable material 30 and the transparent separation mold, so that the annular step frame 10 can be used with different protection stickers 20, and at the same time, only one of the transparent separation molds can be selectively torn off during use, and when the adhesion degree of the opposite re-attachable material 30 is insufficient, the other transparent separation mold can be selectively torn off, so as to prolong the service life of the annular step frame 10 during re-use.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 12, a lens protection apparatus 1 according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is adapted to protect at least one lens 200 of an intelligent mobile communication device 100, wherein the lens protection apparatus 1 is replaceable for repeated use. In particular, since the lens protection apparatus 1 is installed for a single lens, there is a more different aesthetic combination for the smart mobile communication device 100 having multiple lenses. That is, the outer shape of the lens protection apparatus 1 may be provided with different colors and patterns to be replaced according to the user's needs. It should be noted that the lens protection device 1 of the present invention can directly or indirectly protect the lens 200, so that the present invention has more flexible characteristics in use. In addition, the lens protection device 1 is mounted or attached to the lens 200, so that the lens 200 can be effectively protected, and the waterproof and dustproof effects are achieved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the lens protection device 1 includes an annular step frame 10 and a protection paste 20. The protection sticker 20 is disposed on a top inner edge 101 of the annular stepped frame 10, a bottom inner edge 102 of the annular stepped frame 10 is disposed opposite to a side frame 202 of the lens 200, and at this time, the protection sticker 20 is attached to an upper surface of the lens 200, so that the annular stepped frame 10 protects the lens 200 and the protection sticker 20 at the same time. In other words, when the lens protection device 1 is disposed on the lens 200, the lens 200 is directly protected by the annular step frame 10 and the protection sticker 20.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the annular stepped rim 10 includes two upright portions 13 and a transverse portion 14, wherein a first transverse portion 14a extends horizontally from the first upright portion 13a to the center, and a second upright portion 13b extends vertically and upwardly from the first transverse portion 14 a. The protector 20 is located at an inner edge of the second upright portion 13 b. It should be noted that the protection sticker 20 does not protrude from the upper surface 131 of the second upright portion 13 b. In other words, the upper surface 131 of the second upright portion 13b is slightly higher than the upper surface 21 of the protection patch 20, or the upper surface 131 of the second upright portion 13b and the upper surface 21 of the protection patch 20 are kept at the same level, so as to protect the protection patch 20. That is, the annular stepped bezel 10 is intended to protect the protection sticker 20 in addition to the lens 200.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the annular stepped bezel 10 has two inner diameters and two outer diameters, wherein the first inner diameter is the largest in size and the second inner diameter is the smallest in size. The protection sticker 20 is located at the second inner diameter, and the lens 200 is located at the first inner diameter. Further, the annular stepped peripheral frame 10 has two accommodation spaces 15 formed in a stepped manner by two of the upright portions 13 and one of the lateral portions 14. The first accommodation space 15a has a large cross-sectional area, and the second accommodation space 15b has a small cross-sectional area. The protection sticker 20 is located in the second accommodating space 15b, and the lens 200 is located in the first accommodating space 15 a. More specifically, the inner edge of the annular stepped frame 10 formed by the two upright portions 13 and the one transverse portion 14 has two upright surfaces 16 and one transverse surface 17, wherein the first upright surface 16a and the first transverse surface 17a constitute the first accommodation space 15a, and the second upright surface 16b constitutes the second accommodation space 15 b. Preferably, a repeatable adhesive material is disposed on the first lateral surface 17a, and an adhesive material is disposed on the protection sticker 20, so that when the protection sticker 20 is disposed on the upper surface of the lens 200, the first lateral surface 17a is also adhered to the upper surface of the lens 200, and the first vertical surface 16a is engaged with the side frame 202 of the lens 200. Specifically, the user can directly detach and replace the annular stepped rim 10, and the protection sticker 20 is still disposed on the upper surface of the lens 200. In other words, the annular stepped rim 10 and the protector 20 are relatively separable. The user or user may choose to replace only the annular stepped rim 10 or replace both the annular stepped rim 10 and the protector 20. More particularly, the annular stepped rim 10 has various colors, and the user can replace the annular stepped rim 10 according to the mood or the requirement. It can be understood that the outer edge surface of the annular stepped frame 10 may be smooth or have various patterns to enhance the aesthetic effect.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the lens protection device 1 is a modified embodiment of the second embodiment, in which the protection sticker 20 is not included. In other words, the lens protection device 1 includes only one annular step frame 10. Further, the protection sticker 20 may be the lens 200 that is used independently for the smart mobile communication device 100, and then the protection sticker 20 and the lens 200 are respectively protected by the lens protection apparatus 1.
