一种光伏支架的基础加固件,包括一平面底盘,平面底盘的一边缘处垂直设置有套管,并且该套管的侧壁上设置有若干安装孔;本实用新型结构简单,地桩基础打到地下后,本实用新型加固件的套管贴上地桩圆管,平面底盘贴到地面,自攻钉通过预留的安装孔固定打到地桩上,这样加固件跟地桩成为一个整体,通过平面底盘支撑着地面来增加抗压能力,操作简单便捷。

本实用新型属于太阳能光伏支架配件技术领域,具体涉及一种光伏支架的基础加固件。
背景技术
太阳能光伏支架,是太阳能光伏发电系统中为了摆放、安装、固定太阳能面板设计的特殊的支架;光伏支架的基础可以分成两大类,一种是水泥基础,一种是打桩基础,由于打桩的成本更低,施工效率更高,所以打桩基础的占比在80%以上。打桩基础的抗压或者抗拔能力取决于土壤的松紧度,针对土壤比较松的地方,为了确保基础的稳定,需要针对地桩进行加固,一种方式是增加地桩基础的数量,这样相应每根地桩的受力变小来实现,这样方式成本增加比较多,另外一种方式就是本实用新型的加固方式,可以通过增加配件的方式来提高基础的抗压能力,成本增加相对较少。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种提高支架地桩基础承载能力的光伏支架的基础加固件。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种光伏支架的基础加固件,包括一平面底盘,其特征在于,在所述的平面底盘的一边缘处垂直设置有套管,并且该套管的侧壁上设置有若干安装孔。
所述的套管为弧形套管。
所述的套管为半圆柱形套管。
所述的套管与平面底盘相互垂直一体设置而成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,地桩基础打到地下后,本实用新型加固件的套管贴上地桩圆管,平面底盘贴到地面,自攻钉通过预留的安装孔固定打到地桩上,这样加固件跟地桩成为一个整体,通过平面底盘支撑着地面来增加抗压能力,操作简单便捷。

所述的套管为弧形套管或者为半圆柱形套管,所述套管的弧度与地桩的圆管弧度相一致,方便套管开口裹腹在地桩的圆管外壁上。
所述的套管2与平面底盘1相互垂直一体设置而成。
如图2所示,当地桩4打入地面以内后,将本实用新型加固件的平面底盘1贴合在地面上,并且使得套管2恰好裹腹在地桩的圆管外壁上,进一步通过螺丝将套管2与地桩的圆管外壁紧贴起来。由于在地桩与地表面处增加一加固件后,加固件与地桩4成为一个整体,通过平面底盘1支撑着地面来增加抗压能力,从而保证了地桩4安装的牢固性。
