Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are exemplarily described below. As will be realized by those skilled in the art, the illustrated embodiments can be modified in various different ways, without departing from the spirit of the utility model. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive. In the following, the same reference numbers generally indicate functionally identical or similar elements.
In the existing light guide assembly, the light guide is generally fixed by providing a mounting leg in a radial direction of the light guide along an extending direction of the light guide, pressing the mounting leg by a convex structure on the bezel, or fixing the mounting leg by a screw. For the above case, the structure of the fixed light guide is lit to form a bright spot. In order for the bright point to affect the final optical effect of the vehicle lamp, another structure is generally used to block the bright point so that it is not visible when viewed against the exit direction of the light.
The prior shielding structure generally adds corresponding shielding on the decorative ring along the extending direction of the light guide, or adds a separate shielding part in front of the mounting foot. With both solutions, the former results in a change in the shape of the vehicle lamp, while the latter results in increased material costs due to the addition of additional components.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention discloses a light guide assembly 100, and a corresponding lighting device and motor vehicle.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a schematic view of a light guide assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is an enlarged view of the light guide assembly 100 shown in fig. 1 at position B. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of light guide assembly 100 according to the present invention at a-a shown in fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic view of an inverted structure 107 of a light guide assembly 100 according to one embodiment of the utility model.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the light guide assembly 100 includes a light guide holder 101 and a light guide 102, wherein the light guide holder 101 has a light guide mounting groove 103, and the light guide mounting groove 103 is for receiving the light guide 102.
As shown in fig. 2, the light guide 102 has a fixing structure 104, the fixing structure 104 being pressed onto the light guide holder 101, and the light guide assembly 100 further comprises a shielding structure 105 for making the fixing structure 104 invisible when viewed against the light exit direction.
Preferably, the fixation structure 104 is located at the end of the light guide 102. More preferably, the fixing structure 104 is located at an end of the light guide 102 away from the light incident surface.
In particular, the light guide holder 101 is provided with a recess in which said fixing structure 104 is pressed. Since the fixing structure 104 is perpendicular to the extending direction of the light guide 102 and parallel to the mounting direction of the light guide 102, the fixing effect of the light guide 102 can be ensured by only providing the fixing structure at the end of the light guide 102. The arrangement mode of the fixing structure can reduce the light dispersion and improve the utilization rate of the light emitted by the light source.
The shielding structure 105 is arranged in front of the fixed structure 104 of the light guide 102 to shield the fixed structure 104 of the light guide 102 such that said fixed structure 104 is not visible when viewed against the light exit direction. That is, when the light guide 101 is lit, a local bright spot caused by the fixed structure 104 is not visible, thereby ensuring a desired optical effect of the vehicle lamp.
In a preferred example, the shielding structure 105 is a side of the light guide holder 101 corresponding to the groove, i.e. the shielding structure 105 is a unitary structure with the light guide holder 101. The shielding structure 105 is preferably formed integrally with the light guide holder 101 and of the same material to simplify the manufacturing process and save costs.
According to one embodiment of the utility model, the fixation structure 104 is located in a radial direction of the light guide 102 and extends towards the opposite direction of the light exit direction.
At least a partial section of the light guide 102 has a light decoupling structure 106 extending along its length on the circumferential outside to disrupt total reflection of light in the light guide 102, so that light entering the light guide 102 from the light source can exit from the side of the light guide 102 opposite the light decoupling structure 106. The light decoupling structure 106 may be in the form of, for example, an optical tooth, i.e., a prism, etc.
The light decoupling structure 106 is preferably disposed proximate to the light guide mounting slot 103.
In a specific embodiment, the light exit surface of the light guide 102 may be micro-structured, for example, designed as an array-type pillow-shaped surface, to facilitate uniformity of light exit.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in case that the light guide 102 has a long length, in order to secure the fixing effect to the light guide 102, an inverse structure 107 is provided on the inner wall of the light guide mounting groove 103 in the length direction of the light guide 102, as shown in fig. 4. The undercut 107 may provide a grip on the light guide 102 to prevent the light guide 102 from escaping from the light guide mounting slot 103.
The light guide assembly only needs to be provided with the fixing structure at the end part of the light guide, and the reduction of the fixing structure can correspondingly reduce the light dispersion and improve the utilization rate of the light emitted by the light source. The arrangement of the shielding structure can effectively shield local bright spots caused by the fixed structure, and the ideal optical effect of the car lamp is realized. In addition, in the light guide assembly, the shielding structure is a part of the light guide support and is of an integrated structure with the light guide support, and no additional part is required, so that the space in the vehicle lamp can be saved. The light guide assembly can effectively save the space inside the car light and reduce the production cost while realizing good optical effect.
The present invention also provides an illumination device comprising the aforementioned light guide assembly 100.
In addition, the utility model also provides a motor vehicle which comprises the lighting device.
The lighting device or motor vehicle according to the utility model has at least the advantages brought by the aforementioned light guide assembly 100.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the utility model is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the utility model being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Any reference sign in a claim should not be construed as limiting the claim concerned. Furthermore, it is to be understood that the word "comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the singular does not exclude the plural. The terms first, second, etc. are used to denote names, but not any particular order.
