The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a lamp, which includes a lamp cover 100, a frame 200, a light source module 300, and a clamping element 600. In the present embodiment, the light fixture may be of various types, such as a panel light, a bar light, a shaped flat panel light, and the like.
The frame 200 is a base member of the lamp, and the frame 200 can provide a mounting support base for other structures of the lamp and can also play a certain protection role for other structures of the lamp. The frame 200 can be an aluminum product with light weight and excellent heat dissipation performance, and is beneficial to prolonging the service life of internal devices of the lamp.
The light source module 300 is an optical component of the lamp, and the light source module 300 can emit light to realize the illumination function of the lamp. The light source module 300 includes a light emitting body, which can be an LED light emitting body, and the LED light emitting body has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, long service life, and the like.
The lampshade 100 has a light emitting portion 110, and the light emitted from the light source module 300 can be emitted out of the lamp through the light emitting portion 110. In general, the light source module 300 is disposed opposite to the light emitting portion 110, and the light emitted from the light source module 300 can be directly projected on the light emitting portion 110 and emitted through the light emitting portion 110; of course, an auxiliary light distribution assembly may be further disposed in the lamp, and the auxiliary light distribution assembly may adjust a light path of the light emitted from the light source module 300, and finally, the light is projected onto the light emitting portion 110 and then emitted through the light emitting portion 110. In other embodiments, the light source module 300 may also be disposed on the sidewall, a part of the light is directly projected on the light-emitting portion 110, and a part of the light is reflected by the bottom and then emitted through the light-emitting portion 110.
In this embodiment, the lamp cover 100 is detachably connected to the frame 200, the lamp cover 100 and the frame 200 form an accommodating cavity, and the light source module 300 is disposed in the accommodating cavity, that is, the lamp cover 100 and the frame 200 provide an installation space for the light source module 300, and the lamp cover 100 also plays a certain role in protection. The lamp cover 100 may be formed by various molding methods, for example, the lamp cover 100 may be an injection molded part, a blow molded part, or the like.
Specifically, the lamp cover 100 further includes a connecting portion 120, the connecting portion 120 is formed by bending and extending from the peripheral edge of the light emergent portion 110, the connecting portion 120 extends along the thickness direction of the lamp, and the outer peripheral surface of the connecting portion 120 is flush with the outer peripheral surface of the frame 200. In this way, the connection portion 120 does not extend out of the lampshade 100 when being disposed, that is, the connection portion 120 does not bend and extend out of the edge of the light emergent portion 110, but is completely covered by the light emergent portion 110. Meanwhile, it should be understood that, in this case, the edge contour of the frame 200 does not exceed the coverage of the light-emitting portion 110, so when the lamp disclosed in this embodiment emits light, the light-emitting portion 110 is entirely lighted, and the light-emitting surface of the lamp only includes the contour of the light-emitting portion 110, but does not include the contour of the frame 200, thereby achieving the effect of full-screen light emission, as shown in fig. 1.
The lampshade 100 further includes a first combining portion 130, the first combining portion 130 is formed at an end of the connecting portion 120 away from the light-emitting portion 110, and thus, due to the fact that the end of the connecting portion 120 away from the light-emitting portion 110 has a sufficient arrangement space, interference between the first combining portion 130 and the light-emitting portion 110 can be avoided.
The frame 200 is provided with a second connecting portion 211 extending in the same direction as the first connecting portion 130, and the clamping element 600 is wrapped around the first connecting portion 130 and the second connecting portion 211 and clamps and fixes the first connecting portion 130 and the second connecting portion 211 together. It should be understood that the lamp shade 100 and the frame 200 can be securely connected by the clamping fixing action of the clamping member 600.
Meanwhile, the light emitting part 110 covers the first coupling part 130, the second coupling part 211, and the clamping member 600 in the thickness direction of the lamp. Specifically, under such a configuration, the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 do not extend out of the edge of the light-emitting portion 110, and the clamping element 600 is not located outside the outline of the light-emitting portion 110, so that when the lamp is used for illumination, the first combining portion 130, the second combining portion 211, and the clamping element 600 do not damage the overall screen light-emitting effect of the lamp.
As can be seen from the above description, in the lamp disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the lampshade 100 includes the light-emitting portion 110 and the connecting portion 120, the connecting portion 120 is formed by bending and extending from the peripheral edge of the light-emitting portion 110, and the connecting portion 120 extends along the thickness direction of the lamp, and the peripheral surface of the connecting portion 120 is flush with the peripheral surface of the frame 200, so that the light-emitting portion 110 completely covers the connecting portion 120 and the frame 200 in the thickness direction of the lamp.
Therefore, when the light emitted from the light source module 300 exits through the light exit part 110, the outlines of the connecting part 120 and the frame 200 are not displayed around the light exit part 110, and the overall screen overall light emitting effect can be further realized; compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the utility model discloses a lamps and lanterns undoubtedly possess better aesthetic property.
Please refer to fig. 3 to fig. 9 again:
in this embodiment, the shapes of the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 can be matched, and the opposite surfaces of the two are attached to each other. Under the condition, the connection degree of the first combining part 130 and the second combining part 211 is tighter, and no moving and dislocating gap space exists between the first combining part 130 and the second combining part 211, so that the connection reliability between the first combining part and the second combining part is favorably improved; meanwhile, the shapes of the first combining part 130 and the second combining part 211 are matched, so that the two parts are completely attached, the configuration of the clamping element 600 is facilitated, and the first combining part, the second combining part and the third combining part are symmetrical and uniform in hand when being fixed.
In this embodiment, the extending directions of the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 are various, for example, the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 can both extend in a direction away from the accommodating cavity, so that the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 can be clamped and fixed outside the accommodating cavity more conveniently, which is favorable for convenience of assembly and disassembly. Of course, this embodiment is less secure and anyone can remove the entire light fixture by removing the clip element 600; meanwhile, the clamping element 600, the first combining part 130 and the second combining part 211 are easily corroded by impurities at the outside, the service life is shorter, and the connection relation between the lampshade 100 and the frame 200 has the potential of unreliable and unstable.
Based on this, in a specific embodiment, the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 may both extend toward the inside of the receiving cavity. Specifically, since the first coupling portion 130 extends toward the direction inside the accommodating cavity, and the first coupling portion 130 is connected to the connecting portion 120, and in combination with the above, the connecting portion 120 is completely covered by the light-emitting portion 110, it can be seen that the first coupling portion 130 does not extend toward the outside of the lampshade 100, that is, the first coupling portion 130 does not extend beyond the edge of the light-emitting portion 110, but is completely covered by the light-emitting portion 110; because the edge profile of the frame 200 does not exceed the coverage of the light-emitting portion 110, and the second combining portion 211 also extends toward the receiving cavity, the second combining portion 211 does not extend toward the outside of the frame 200, that is, the second combining portion 211 does not extend beyond the edge of the light-emitting portion 110 and is completely covered by the light-emitting portion 110; therefore, with such an arrangement, it is more beneficial to realize that the first combining portion 130, the second combining portion 211 and the clamping element 600 are covered by the light emitting portion 110.
Meanwhile, in this arrangement, the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 are both located inside the receiving cavity, and during the installation process, the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 need to be clamped and fixed by the clamping element 600 inside the receiving cavity; similarly, the lamp can be prevented from being illegally disassembled, and the clamping element 600, the first combining part 130 and the second combining part 211 can be prevented from being corroded by external impurities, so that the service life of the lamp can be prolonged. In this embodiment, the connection between the globe 100 and the frame 200 can be released by providing an openable/closable operating window, opening the operating window to expose the accommodating cavity, and removing the holding member 600.
In this embodiment, the clamping element 600 may include a first fastening portion 610, a bending portion 620, and a second fastening portion 630, the first fastening portion 610 is fixed to a surface of the first combining portion 130 away from the second combining portion 211 in a pressing manner, one end of the bending portion 620 is connected to the first fastening portion 610, the bending portion 620 extends from a free end of the first combining portion 130 to a free end of the second combining portion 211, the other end of the bending portion 620 is connected to the second fastening portion 630, and the second fastening portion 630 is fixed to a surface of the second combining portion 211 away from the first combining portion 130 in a pressing manner.
It should be understood that the first fastening portion 610 can apply a force to the first combining portion 130 when being fixed to the first combining portion 130 in a pressing manner, and accordingly, the second fastening portion 630 can apply a force to the second combining portion 211 when being fixed to the second combining portion 211 in a pressing manner, so that the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 can be attached more closely; meanwhile, the clamping member 600 is not separated from the first coupling portion 130 and the second coupling portion 211 due to sliding friction; furthermore, due to the clamping and fixing function of the clamping element 600, the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 are prevented from relative displacement and dislocation, and the connection stability of the lampshade 100 and the frame 200 is further ensured.
Further, the clamping element 600 may be in snap fit with at least one of the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211, that is, the clamping element 600 may be in snap fit with only the first combining portion 130, only the second combining portion 211, and may also be in snap fit with both the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the embodiment in which the clamping element 600 is only snap-fitted with the second combining portion 211, the free end of the second combining portion 211 may be provided with a snap projection 211a, and the snap projection 211a is provided on the end surface of the second combining portion 211 facing away from the first combining portion 130; the second is detained and is held portion 630 and be provided with spacing arch 631, and spacing arch 631 sets up in the second and detains a side end face of 630 orientation second joint portion 211, and spacing arch 631, second are detained and are held portion 630 and the portion 620 of bending form buckle recess 640, and buckle protrusion 211a cooperates with buckle recess 640 joint. It should be understood that, in a specific clamping process, the first fastening portion 610 and the second fastening portion 630 may be first manually opened to a certain angle, and the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 are inserted into the clamping element 600, while the fastening protrusion 211a is inserted into the fastening recess 640, so that the limiting engagement between the fastening protrusion 211a and the limiting protrusion 631 is completed, and finally, the acting force on the first fastening portion 610 and the second fastening portion 630 is removed, so that the clamping fixation of the clamping element 600 on the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 is completed.
Of course, in the embodiment where the clamping element 600 is also snap-fitted with the first combining portion 130, the free end of the first combining portion 130 and the first latching portion 610 may also have a snap structure provided thereon, and the clamping of the clamping element 600 and the first combining portion 130 is realized through the snap fit relationship of the snap structure.
In order to facilitate the snap-in of the snap-in projection 211a into the snap-in recess 640, in an alternative solution, the snap-in projection 211a may include a first guiding chamfer for the snap-in of the limit projection 631, and the limit projection 631 includes a second guiding chamfer for the snap-in of the snap-in projection 211 a. It should be understood that, based on the structural features of the first guide chamfer and the second guide chamfer, the extrusion of the buckle protrusion 211a on the limit protrusion 631 can be undoubtedly reduced, and the buckle protrusion 211a can be conveniently embedded into the buckle recess 640 along the profile extending direction of the two guide chamfers to realize the buckle fit, thereby improving the installation convenience.
In general, the clamping element 600 may be U-shaped. Of course, the specific shape of the clamping element 600 may be varied, such as V-shaped, C-shaped, etc.
In order to improve the convenience of assembling and disassembling the lamp, in an alternative scheme, the frame 200 may include a middle frame 210 and a bottom case 220, the middle frame 210 is detachably connected to the bottom case 220, the lamp shade 100 is detachably connected to the middle frame 210, and the lamp shade 100, the middle frame 210 and the bottom case 220 form a receiving cavity. In a specific installation process, the sequential installation order of the lampshade 100, the middle frame 210 and the bottom case 220 may not be limited, and generally, the lampshade 100 may be installed on the middle frame 210 first, and then the middle frame 210 may be installed on the bottom case 220.
Of course, the above-mentioned embodiment that the frame 200 includes the middle frame 210 and the bottom case 220 is also beneficial to realize the assembly and disassembly of the lamp disclosed in the present embodiment, specifically, when the lamp is assembled, the lamp shade 100 and the middle frame 210 may be installed first, and due to the vacancy of the bottom case 220, the installation operation can be performed inside the receiving cavity, that is, the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 are clamped and fixed by the clamping element 600, and then the bottom case 220 is installed on the middle frame 210, thereby completing the assembly of the lamp; when the lamp is disassembled, the bottom case 220 and the middle frame 210 can be separated and disassembled, and then the clamping element 600 can be conveniently disassembled inside the accommodating cavity, at this time, the first combining part 130 and the second combining part 211 do not have a fixed connection relationship, so that the middle frame 210 and the lampshade 100 can be separated and disassembled, and the lamp is disassembled.
The lamp may further include other components, such as a driving power supply assembly 400 and a light distribution assembly 500, which may be disposed on the bottom casing 220 and integrated with the bottom casing 220 into a single module, so as to improve the efficiency of the assembling, disassembling, transferring and other processes.
In general, the second coupling portion 211 may be disposed on the middle frame 210. Because the lampshade 100 and the middle frame 210 are arranged adjacently, the clamping fit of the first combining part 130 and the second combining part 211 is more convenient, and the connection distance is shorter, so that the processing difficulty is reduced. Of course, the second combining portion 211 may also be disposed on the bottom case 220, and after the first combining portion 130 and the second combining portion 211 are in snap fit, the middle frame 210 may be pressed and fixed between the lamp shade 100 and the bottom case 220.
