Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a drying device according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating an installation state of a drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application; referring to fig. 2 and 3, a drying device 30 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a blowing device 30a, a heating device 30b, and an air outlet duct 30 c.
The heating device 30b may be a PTC heating plate, a heating wire, an electric heating tube, an electric heating plate, or the like. In the embodiment of the present application, the heating device 30b can be a PTC heating sheet, the PTC heating sheet is composed of a ceramic heating element and an aluminum tube, the heating body has the advantages of small thermal resistance, high heat exchange efficiency, automatic constant temperature and power saving, and the surface of the heating body such as an electric heating tube heater does not generate a red phenomenon on the PTC heating sheet, so that potential safety hazards such as scalding and fire hazards are caused, and the use safety of household appliances is facilitated.
In this embodiment, the blowing device 30a may be an axial flow fan or a centrifugal fan, the air inlet direction and the air outlet direction of the axial flow fan are both along the axis of the fan, and the centrifugal fan may inlet air along the axial direction and outlet air along the radial direction. The blowing device 30a may be a bladed fan, or a bladeless fan, and the specific form of the blowing device 30a is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The heating device 30b may be located below the blowing opening of the blowing device 30a, and is configured to heat the airflow at the blowing opening, and the air outlet duct 30c is connected to the heating device 30b and the air outlet portion 31, respectively, and is configured to introduce the heated airflow into the air outlet portion 31.
Since the air outlet is connected to the air outlet duct 30c, most of the hot air blown out from the air outlet is discharged to the air outlet duct 30c and blown out from the air outlet portion 31 toward the cleaning member 21. Therefore, by disposing the heating device 30b below the blowing port of the blowing device 30a, most of the air heated by the heating device 30b can be blown to the air outlet duct 30c, which results in less heat waste and higher drying efficiency. Of course, in other embodiments, the heating device 30b may also be located at the air inlet of the air blowing device 30a, the air at the air inlet of the air blowing device 30a is heated by the heating device 30b, and then the air blowing device 30a blows the heated air to the air outlet duct 30c and finally out of the air outlet portion 31. The position of the heating device 30b relative to the blowing device 30a is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application. The heating device 30b and the blowing device 30a cooperate to blow out hot air, thereby effectively improving the drying efficiency and drying effect of the cleaning member 21.
The layout of the drying device 30 and the cleaning member 21 will be described below.
Fig. 5a is a schematic view of a drying device and a cleaning component according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 5b is a cross-sectional view of a drying device and a cleaning member according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; referring to fig. 5a and 5b, in some embodiments, the air outlet direction of the air outlet portion 31 may form an angle with the cleaning surface of the cleaning member 21; wherein the included angle is greater than 0 DEG and less than or equal to 90 deg. By the cleaning surface of the cleaning member 21 is meant the surface of the cleaning member 21 that is in contact with the surface to be cleaned (e.g., the floor). When the cleaning member 21 is a roll brush, the cleaning surface refers to the peripheral wall of the roll brush, and when the cleaning member 21 is a wiper, the cleaning surface refers to the surface of the wiper facing away from the body of the cleaning device.
And the air-out direction of the air-out portion 31 and the clean surface of the cleaning component 21 have an included angle, so that the hot air coming out from the air-out portion 31 can be at least partially directly sprayed to the clean surface of the cleaning component 21, it can be understood that when the air-out direction of the air-out portion 31 is perpendicular to the clean surface of the cleaning component 21, most of the hot air coming out from the air-out portion 31 is sprayed to the surface of the cleaning component 21, so that the drying effect of the hot air coming out from the air-out portion 31 on the cleaning component 21 is better, and the drying efficiency is higher.
In other embodiments, the air outlet direction of the air outlet portion 31 may be parallel to the cleaning surface of the cleaning member 21, for example, when the cleaning member 21 is a cleaning cloth, the cleaning cloth is attached to the bottom surface of the cleaning device 20, and if the air outlet direction of the air outlet portion 31 is perpendicular to the cleaning surface of the cleaning cloth, the air outlet portion 31 needs to be wound under the cleaning cloth, and the air outlet direction is substantially from bottom to top. When the drying device 30 is disposed on the base station, the volume of the base station needs to be increased in the thickness direction, and when the drying device 30 is disposed on the cleaning apparatus, the volume of the cleaning apparatus needs to be increased in the height direction to meet the setting requirement of the air outlet portion 31.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5a and 5b, in an exemplary embodiment, the cleaning member 21 may include a roller brush, and the wind outlet direction of the wind outlet portion 31 (shown as the wind outlet direction at the dotted arrow in fig. 5a and 5 b) may be perpendicular to the axis of the roller brush. Thus, the hot air blown out from the air outlet portion 31 directly impacts the cleaning surface of the roller brush, so that efficient drying of the roller brush can be realized.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5a and 5b, the air outlet portion 31 may include a plurality of air outlet portions 31, and the plurality of air outlet portions 31 may be uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the roller brush. It can be understood that the greater the number of the wind outlet portions 31, the better the drying effect of the roll brush. The air outlet parts 31 are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the rolling brush, so that the drying device 30 can uniformly dry all parts in the length direction of the rolling brush as far as possible.
It should be noted that, the plurality of air outlet portions 31 are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the rolling brush, which means that the arrangement intervals between the air outlet portions 31 are substantially equal, and the shape of each air outlet portion 31 is not limited to be the same, in some embodiments, the shapes of the air outlet portions 31 may be the same, in other embodiments, the shapes of some air outlet portions 31 may be the same, and the shapes of other air outlet portions 31 may be different.
With continued reference to fig. 5a and 5b, the cross-sectional area of the end of the air outlet portion 31 close to the cleaning member 21 may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the end of the air outlet portion 31 far from the cleaning member 21. In some embodiments, the shape of the air outlet 31 may include a trumpet shape or a semi-trumpet shape. In the exemplary embodiment of fig. 5a and 5b, the cleaning member 21 is a roller brush. The cross sectional area of one end of the air outlet part 31 close to the cleaning component 21 is larger than that of one end of the air outlet part 31 far away from the cleaning component 21, so that hot air can be quickly introduced into the air outlet part 31 at the end with the small cross sectional area and can be discharged from the end with the large cross sectional area in a large quantity. The cross sectional area of the air outlet part 31 close to one end of the cleaning component 21 is larger, so that the contact area of the hot air and the cleaning component 21 is larger, and the drying efficiency of the drying device 30 on the cleaning component 21 is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the base 10 further includes a drying tub 11, a gap is formed between the cleaning member 21 and a bottom of the drying tub 11 in a state where the cleaning device 20 is fitted to the base 10, the air outlet portion 31 communicates with the drying tub 11, and the air flow blown out from the air outlet portion 31 is injected into the gap. Wherein, the whole casing of the base 10 can be injection molded by plastic parts, and the drying slot 11 can be a concave part formed by injection molding on the base 10. The cleaning member 21 is usually wet after use, and is often prone to dripping, or when the cleaning device 20 is placed on the base 10, a self-cleaning operation may be performed, during which the cleaning device sprays water onto the cleaning member 21 to clean the cleaning member 21, so that the drying tub 11 may be used to contain dripping at the cleaning member 21 or sprayed liquid of the cleaning device 20. And a gap is formed between the bottom of the drying tank 11 and the cleaning part 21, so that water in the gap can be prevented from wetting the cleaning part 21 reversely, the drying time of the cleaning part 21 is prolonged, or the drying effect of the cleaning part 21 is reduced. And, when the cleaning part 21 is the rolling brush, the gap between the groove bottom and the cleaning part 21 supplies hot air to blow to the bottom surface of the rolling brush from the gap, thereby increasing the contact area of the air outlet part 31 and the rolling brush and ensuring the drying efficiency of the rolling brush.
Further, since the air outlet portion 31 communicates with the drying tub 11, the air flow blown out from the air outlet portion 31 is injected into the gap. The hot air blown out from the air outlet part 31 can dry the drying groove 11, and the base 10 is prevented from being in a wet state for a long time.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a drying system, including: a cleaning member 21, a drying device 30 and a driving device 40.
The drying device 30 includes an air outlet portion 31 for performing drying processing on the cleaning member 21; the driving device 40 is connected with the cleaning member 21 and/or the air outlet portion 31 of the drying device 30, and is used for driving at least one of the cleaning member 21 and the air outlet portion 31 to move so as to change the surface of the cleaning member 21 opposite to the air outlet portion 31. The cleaning component 21 can be detached from the cleaning device 20 and then placed at the drying device 30 for drying, and during the drying process, the driving device 40 can drive the cleaning component 21 and/or the air outlet portion 31 of the drying device 30 to move so as to change the surface of the cleaning component 21 opposite to the air outlet portion 31, thereby achieving uniform drying of the cleaning component 21 by the drying device 30.
It should be noted that, in the drying system provided in the embodiment of the present application, the description of the embodiment of the cleaning system may be referred to for related structures and functions of the drying device 30 and the cleaning component 21, and the description of the embodiment is not repeated.
An embodiment of the present application also provides a base for supporting a cleaning device 20, the cleaning device 20 including a cleaning member 21, as shown in fig. 3 and 5a, the base 10 including: a housing 12 and a drying device 30. The drying device 30 comprises an air outlet part 31, and the air outlet part 31 is used for drying the cleaning component 21; during the drying process of the drying device 30, at least one of the cleaning member 21 and/or the air outlet portion 31 of the drying device 30 can move to change the surface of the cleaning member 21 opposite to the air outlet portion 31.
Specifically, the cleaning member 21 may be detachable from the cleaning device 20 and disposed on the base 10, or may be disposed at a predetermined position of the base 10 in a state of being mounted on the cleaning device 20, and the cleaning member 21 may be actively moved during the drying process, for example, when the cleaning member 21 is a roller brush, the roller brush is rotated. And/or the air outlet portion 31 moves to move relative to the surface of the cleaning member 21.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, reference may be made to the description in the embodiment of the cleaning system for the related structures and functions of the drying device 30 and the cleaning component 21 in the base 10, and no further description is given in this embodiment.
