Description

Pressure cooker lid and pressure cooker with uncap protect function
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of pressure cookers of kitchen appliances, in particular to a pressure cooker cover with an uncovering protection function.
Background
Pressure cookers are common cooking utensils in daily life, and are popular among consumers due to the characteristics of quick and efficient cooking. In recent years, with the progress of technology, a pressure type electric cooker, namely an electric pressure cooker, which is more energy-saving and safer, has been developed, and has basically replaced the conventional pressure cooker at present.
The principle of cooking food of the traditional pressure cooker or the current popular electric pressure cooker (hereinafter collectively referred to as the pressure cooker) adopts the physical characteristic that the boiling point of water is influenced by air pressure, when the air pressure is increased, the boiling point of liquid is increased along with the increase of the air pressure, and the water can be boiled after reaching higher temperature by applying pressure to the water. Therefore, the same water is used, and the boiling point is increased due to the pressure rise in the pressure cooker, so that the food in the cooker is not boiled during heating, and can reach a temperature exceeding 100 ℃, which enables the food which is not easy to cook originally to be cooked fully. In addition, since the evaporation of water is less, the deliciousness of the food can be maintained, and the efficiency of stewing the food can be accelerated. In order to ensure the safety of the pressure cooker, the pressure cooker cover and the pressure cooker body are required to be in a sealed state before the pressure inside the pressure cooker is pressurized, during the heating process and before the pressure is not completely released after the heating. Wherein the coupling and decoupling of the pressure cooker lid and the pressure cooker body is usually effected by a rotational movement relative to each other.
In the electric pressure cooker of the prior art, for example, during the cooking of the food material by heating or immediately after the cooking, the pressure in the cooker body is maintained at a high level, which enables the fastening ring fastening rib in the cooker cover and the cooker body fastening rib of the cooker body to be pressed up and down. In this case, when a user tries to rotate to open the lid with a normal or small force, the frictional force between the lid body and the lid body becomes large due to a high up-down pressing force, so that the lid is not easily opened in general. However, if the user tries to open the lid by rotating with a large force due to carelessness or carelessness, the lid may be opened due to a large force applied by the user even though the relative friction between the lid and the lid is large, and the high-pressure gas in the pot may be instantly gushed out or even ejected to injure the user, thereby causing a great safety hazard.
Therefore, a reasonably and safely designed pot cover needs to be provided for the pressure cooker so as to avoid the potential safety hazard.

Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The description of the exemplary embodiments is merely illustrative and is in no way intended to limit the utility model, its application, or uses. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the utility model to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of parts and steps, numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments should be construed as merely exemplary, and not as limiting, unless otherwise specifically stated.
It should also be noted that in the following description of the embodiments, directional descriptive words used when two rotations of "first rotation direction" and "second rotation direction" are used repeatedly, and the "second rotation direction" is defined as a rotation direction opposite to the "first rotation direction" when the body of the object is described to make a rotation around a specific axis. In a preferred embodiment, the "first direction of rotation" is defined as a counterclockwise direction of rotation and the "second direction of rotation" is defined as a clockwise direction of rotation.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, wherein fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of the pressure cooker in an exploded state; FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing an opening/closing stopper of the lid of the pressure cooker; fig. 3 shows a top view of the pressure cooker lid in the closed state. According to the utility model, the pressure cooker cover with the cover opening protection function is provided and is applied to pressure cooker products. The pressure cooker cover comprises a lining 1, a float valve 2, an opening and closing limiting sheet 3 and a buckling ring 5. The buckling ring 5 is movably sleeved on the peripheral edge of the lower surface of the inner liner 1, can rotate relative to the inner liner 1, and realizes an opening and closing mechanism of the pressure cooker cover through the buckling ring 5 relative to the rotation of the inner liner 1. On the upper surface of the liner 1, a float valve hole 1a and a snap ring rod first sliding groove 1d are arranged. The float valve hole 1a is provided with a columnar hollow structure and is longitudinally arranged in the inner liner 1 and longitudinally penetrates through the height of the inner liner 1, and the specific arrangement position of the float valve hole 1a can be seen in a top view of fig. 2. The purpose of the float valve bore 1a is to accommodate the float valve 2 and to allow the float valve 2 to move up and/or down in response to an increase or decrease in pressure within the pressure vessel. Since the float valve 2 is required to be able to freely move upward and/or downward without being interfered by frictional resistance in the float valve hole 1a, in order to prevent the mutual friction between the float valve 2 and the float valve hole 1a, the diameter of the float valve hole 1a must be larger than the diameter of the float valve 2. In a preferred embodiment, the relationship between the diameter of the float valve hole and the diameter of the float valve is not changed due to micro-deformation caused by temperature difference after the pressure cooker is heated or cooled.
The clasp 5 further comprises a clasp first rod 5b, which in the preferred embodiment is in the form of a flat convex structure 5b and is convex upwards. In order to match the protrusion of the first buckle loop rod 5b, a first buckle loop rod sliding groove 1d is correspondingly arranged in the inner liner to accommodate the first buckle loop rod 5b, and the first buckle loop rod 5b penetrates through the first buckle loop rod sliding groove 1 d. When the buckle ring 5 rotates relative to the liner 1, the buckle ring first rod 5b fixed on the buckle ring 5 can slide in the buckle ring first rod sliding groove 1d along with the rotation therebetween, and does not interfere with the movement of the liner 1 relative to the buckle ring 5. In a preferred embodiment, the snap ring first rod runner 1d is designed in the shape of an arc, as shown in the snap ring structure in fig. 1, the snap ring first rod 5b is arranged above the snap ring, and the pressure cooker lid is circular, so that when the pressure cooker snap ring 5 is rotated relative to the pressure cooker liner 1, the rotation of the snap ring first rod 5b with the snap ring 5 is necessarily a circular movement. The pressure cooker is opened when the collar 5 is turned in a first direction of rotation, in a preferred embodiment counter-clockwise, relative to the liner 1. Therefore, the grommet first lever 5b is rotated in the first rotational direction together with the grommet 5.
As shown in fig. 1, the upper surface of the liner 1 is further provided with an opening and closing limiting piece 3, and the opening and closing limiting piece 3 is rotatably and movably fixed on the upper surface of the liner 1. Further, as shown in the schematic structural diagram of the open-close spacing piece 3 in fig. 2, the open-close spacing piece 3 further includes an open-close spacing piece positioning hole 3a and an open-close spacing piece side 3 c. The purpose of the opening and closing limiting piece positioning hole 3a is to movably fix the opening and closing limiting piece positioning hole on the upper surface of the lining 1, correspondingly, an opening and closing limiting piece column 1b (the corresponding position is shown in fig. 3) is arranged at the corresponding position on the upper surface of the lining 1, and the opening and closing limiting piece 3 can rotate around the opening and closing limiting piece column 1b in a mode that the opening and closing limiting piece positioning hole 3a is sleeved on the opening and closing limiting piece column 1 b. Meanwhile, when the first buckle ring rod 5b rotates along with the buckle ring 5 to the first rotation direction, the first buckle ring rod 5b contacts with the side edge 3c of the opening and closing limiting piece, and when the buckle ring 5 continues to rotate to the first rotation direction, the first buckle ring rod can push the opening and closing limiting piece 3 to rotate to the first rotation direction.
In addition, the opening and closing limiting piece 3 further comprises a float valve groove 3d, as shown in fig. 2, the float valve groove 3d is arc-shaped, and the design is designed to be matched with the float valve 2 when in mutual contact, namely: when the float valve 2 is ejected out of the float valve hole 1a due to pressure, and the opening and closing limiting piece 3 rotates along the first rotating direction due to the pushing of the buckle ring first rod 5b, the opening and closing limiting piece 3 finally contacts with the protruded float valve 2 and is locked, and the rotation along the first rotating direction is stopped. If the arc design is not adopted, the straight side edge of the contact side of the opening and closing limiting sheet 3 and the float valve 2 can only be in mutual contact with the cylindrical outer surface of the float valve under the condition of extremely small contact area of the tangent part, so that the pressure of the contact surface is overlarge, and if a user uses large force when opening, the float valve is damaged even because the force application point is too small. In a preferred embodiment, the float valve groove 3d is designed to be arc-shaped, when the opening and closing limiting piece rotates towards the first rotating direction until the opening and closing limiting piece contacts with the raised float valve 2, the arc-shaped groove and the cylindrical surface of the float valve can obtain a larger contact area, the acting force applied during the contact is evenly distributed at the arc-shaped groove, the pressure is reduced, and the possibility that a user applies a larger opening force to damage the internal structure of the float valve or the cooker cover when rotating in the first rotating direction is reduced.
In a preferred embodiment, the pressure cooker lid with the lid opening protection function of the utility model has a reset mechanism besides the opening limit function. As shown in fig. 2, the opening and closing limiting piece 3 further includes a spring fixing hole 3b and a float valve groove 3 d; as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the liner 1 further includes a spacing rib 1e of the opening/closing spacing piece. Preferably, the spacing muscle 1e of the spacing piece that opens and shuts on inside lining 1 is "L" shape, one side of the spacing muscle 1e of the spacing piece that opens and shuts contacts with spacing piece side 3c that opens and shuts on the spacing piece 3 that opens and shuts.
In a preferred embodiment, the return mechanism is realized by a switching spring 4, said switching spring 4 preferably being a torsion spring and being provided with a switching spring first end 4a and a switching spring second end 4 b. During assembly, the coil part of the spring of the opening and closing spring 4 is sleeved on the outer surface of the opening and closing limiting sheet column 1b, and then the opening and closing limiting sheet positioning hole (3a) is sleeved outside the opening and closing limiting sheet column 1b, so that the opening and closing limiting sheet 3 is assembled on the upper end surface of the opening and closing spring 4. In this way, the opening and closing spring 4 is sandwiched and fixed between the upper surface of the liner 1 and the lower surface of the opening and closing limiting sheet 3. And, the first end 4a of the opening and closing spring is detachably inserted into the spring fixing hole 3b, and the second end 4b of the opening and closing spring is detachably and fixedly connected with the limiting rib 1e of the opening and closing limiting sheet. Based on the elastic characteristic of the torsion spring, the fixed connection mode of the second end 4b of the opening and closing spring and the limiting rib 1e of the opening and closing limiting sheet can be various, for example, the limiting rib 1e of the opening and closing limiting sheet can be provided with a hole through which the second end 4b of the opening and closing spring can pass on the side edge, so that the second end 4b of the opening and closing spring can be realized by inserting the hole into the hole, or the tail end of the second end 4b of the opening and closing spring is bent to form a hook shape and is hung on the limiting rib 1e of the opening and closing limiting sheet.
Due to the elastic property of the torsion spring, the torsion spring tends to contract when being stretched, so that when the opening and closing limiting piece 3 rotates along the first rotating direction, the first end 4a of the opening and closing spring is pulled away from the second end 4b of the opening and closing spring. However, since the torsion spring with small size is adopted in the preferred embodiment, when the opening-closing spring 4 is stretched outwards by a pulling force, the reaction force of the spring itself is not enough to resist the force applied by the user to rotate in the first rotating direction, but only when the pressure cooker lid is rotated in the second rotating direction (preferably clockwise) to achieve closing, the opening-closing limiting piece 3 can be pulled to move in the second rotating direction together until the opening-closing limiting piece 3 contacts with the opening-closing limiting piece limiting rib 1 e.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the liner 1 is further provided with a second sliding groove 1c of a buckle ring rod, the second sliding groove 1c of the buckle ring rod is also provided in an arc shape and is disposed at a position opposite to the first sliding groove 1d of the buckle ring rod, and accordingly, the buckle ring 5 further includes a second rod 5a of the buckle ring, the second rod 5a of the buckle ring protrudes upward and passes through the second sliding groove 1c of the buckle ring rod, and the second rod 5a of the buckle ring can slide in the second sliding groove 1c of the buckle ring rod. The first pole 5a of knot circle pole is connected (the handle is not shown in the figure) with the handle of pressure cooker, and when the user handheld handle rotated along first direction of rotation, the handle will pass through the knot circle second pole 5a drives the knot circle 5 rotates along first direction of rotation in step, the knot circle 5 further drives the first pole 5b of knot circle rotates along first direction of rotation, promote when the first pole 5b of knot circle rotates open and shut spacing piece 3 rotate along first direction of rotation extremely float valve 2 is located, this moment: if the float valve 2 is jacked upwards due to the pressure in the cooker, the opening and closing limiting piece 3 cannot continue to rotate further along the first rotating direction, so that the cooker cover cannot be opened; if the float valve 2 is not jacked up due to the pressure in the cooker, the opening and closing limiting piece 3 can continue to rotate further along the first rotating direction, and the cooker cover can be opened smoothly.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention further provides a pressure cooker comprising the pressure cooker cover, the pressure cooker further comprises an outer cooker 6 and an inner container 8, and the upper edge of the outer cooker 6 is further provided with an outer cooker edge protrusion 6a, when assembled, the outer cooker 6 accommodates the inner container 8, and the upper edge of the inner container 8 is in contact with the outer cooker edge protrusion 6a of the outer cooker 6. The pressure cooker also comprises a pressure cover component 7 which bears pressure and is fixedly arranged between the inner container 8 and the buckling ring 5, when the pressure cooker operates, an airtight cavity is formed between the pressure cover component 7 and the inner container 8, but a small hole communicated with the float valve is reserved at the upper end of the pressure cover component, so that the pressure in the cooker can be transmitted to the float valve 2, and the float valve can correspondingly rise and/or sink due to the pressure. In addition, in order to fix and lock the cover and the body of the pressure cooker with each other and bear the extreme pressure, a plurality of buckle ring buckles 5c are further included on the outer edge of the upper end of the buckle ring 5, so when the pressure cooker is closed, the buckle ring buckles 5c are connected with the outer cooker edge protrusions 6a through the staggered notches when the pressure cooker is closed, the sealing of the pressure cooker is realized when the buckle ring buckles 5c are overlapped with the outer cooker edge protrusions 6a, and the sealing of the pressure cooker is released when the notches are staggered with each other.
The opening protection function is further described below based on fig. 4 to 7:
as shown in fig. 4 and 5, when the user holds the handle to rotate the pressure cooker lid in the first rotation direction (preferably counterclockwise), the handle drives the second rod 5a of the retaining ring and further drives the retaining ring 5 to rotate in the first rotation direction (at this time, the pressure cover assembly 7 is fixedly arranged above the inner container 8 and between the retaining ring 5), the retaining ring 5c is staggered with the notch of the edge protrusion 6a of the outer cooker and is not overlapped, and the lid is rotated to open the lid. At this time, since the pressure applied to the bottom surface of the float valve 2 is smaller than the self weight of the float valve, the float valve 2 installed in the float valve hole 1a sinks downward due to the self weight, and when the opening and closing stopper piece 3 rotates in the first rotation direction along with the retainer ring 5, the float valve groove 3d thereof does not contact with the side surface of the float valve 2 in the float valve hole 1 a.
Further referring to fig. 5, when the user holds the handle to rotate the pressure cooker cover to the first direction, the first rod 5b of the buckle ring synchronously rotates counterclockwise along the first chute 1d of the buckle ring rod, at this time, the side edge of the first rod 5b of the buckle ring contacts with the side edge 3c of the opening and closing limiting piece on the opening and closing limiting piece 3, and the opening and closing limiting piece 3 is pushed by the rotating force to further rotate along the first direction by taking the opening and closing limiting piece column 1b as the axial center.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the pressure cooker is in an operating state, the float valve 2 located in the float valve hole 1a moves upward until it protrudes out of the float valve hole 1a due to the pressure in the cooker and the pressure applied to the bottom surface of the float valve is greater than the weight of the float valve itself.
With further reference to fig. 7, when the user holds the handle to rotate the lid on the pressure cooker lid in the first rotational direction, the first rod 5b of the snap ring rotates in the first rotational direction along the first sliding slot 1d of the first rod of the snap ring; the side of the first pole 5b of buckle ring contacts with the spacing piece side 3c that opens and shuts on the spacing piece 3 and because of the revolving force promotes to open and shut spacing piece 3 and further uses spacing piece post 1b that opens and shuts as the axle center, continues to follow the rotation of first direction. However, at this time, since the float valve 2 protrudes from the float valve hole 1a due to pressure, the float valve groove 3d contacts with the side surface of the float valve 2, so that the opening/closing limiting piece cannot further rotate in the first rotation direction, and accordingly, the handle connected to the snap ring 5 cannot continue to rotate in the first rotation direction, so that the user cannot rotate the snap ring 5c and the outer cooker edge protrusion 6a to an angle at which the snap ring and the outer cooker edge are not overlapped and can be opened, thereby preventing the pressure cooker from being opened when pressure is present in the pressure cooker.
Therefore, the pressure cooker has the advantages that the float valve 2, the opening and closing limiting piece 3 matched with the float valve 2 and the buckling ring first rod 5b are arranged, so that the cooker cover can be locked when the pressure cooker is cooked or the pressure in the cooker is over, the pressure cooker cover is prevented from being opened by force of a user, and potential safety hazards are avoided.
Although the present invention has been described in terms of the preferred embodiments, the description is only for the convenience of understanding the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. It will be apparent to persons skilled in the relevant art that various modifications and variations can be made in the form and details of the above-described embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as disclosed.
