SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In a first aspect, the present invention provides an elastic waist feature comprising an elastically stretchable panel member and a waist panel member integrated with the panel member and having the same stretching direction, wherein the panel member and the waist panel member share an inelastic fabric layer and are superposed.

3. An elastic waist feature according to claim 2, wherein said first bond (12) and said second bond (17) are formed by heat pressing or ultrasonic heat fusing.

4. An elastic waist feature according to claim 1 wherein said first sheet (13) and said second sheet (14) are non-woven fabrics having constituent fibers of fineness of 1.0dtex to 6.0dtex and basis weight of 15g/m2 to 25g/m 2.

A wearing article is a pants-type disposable wearing article, and the pants-type disposable wearing article includes: an absorbent main body (110) having an abdomen part, a crotch part, and a back part extending from the front body part to the rear body part over the crotch part; a left elastic waist band (120) and a right elastic waist band (130) which are installed at both sides of the abdomen and the back; a first joint portion B1 and a second joint portion B2 formed by joining the left elastic waist portion (120) and the right elastic waist portion (130) at both sides of the abdomen and the back, respectively; and a waist opening (102) and a pair of leg openings (101), wherein the left elastic waist band (120) and the right elastic waist band (130) have an elastic waist structure of any one of the modes 1 to 4.

The wearing article as claimed in claim 5, wherein said left elastic waist unit (120) and said right elastic waist unit (130) are superposed on each other on both sides of the absorbent surface of said absorbent main body (110), and the peripheral portion thereof is provided with a concave arc H1 for passing the legs therethrough, and said absorbent main body is provided on both sides of the crotch portion thereof with a concave arc H2 for passing the legs therethrough, and both ends and outer sides of said left elastic waist unit (120) and said right elastic waist unit (130) coincide with both ends and outer side edges of said absorbent main body (110).
