Both ends of the protective frame 44 are connected to the front ends of the two grab bars 42, respectively.
The hand rack 50 is substantially in the shape of an inverted U. The middle part of the handle frame 50 is pivoted with the end of the armrest frame 40, and the bottom part of the handle frame 50 is pivoted with the rear end of the seat rod 12. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the child carrier 100 further includes a bracket 52 pivotally connecting the lower end of the stroller frame 50 to the middle of the rear wheel frame 30. The upper end of the bracket 52 is rotatably connected to the lower end of the handle frame 50, and the lower end of the bracket 52 is rotatably connected to the rear wheel frame 30. When the stroller is folded, the connecting arm 144 may be rotated downward with respect to the handle frame 50 and the rear wheel frame 30, respectively, to further compress the distance between the handle frame 50 and the rear wheel frame 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the rear end of the seat 10 is further provided with an angle adjusting mechanism 70. The backrest frame 60 is movably connected to the seat 10 by an angle adjusting mechanism 70. The angle adjustment mechanism 70 can adjust the tilt angle of the backrest frame 60 relative to the seat 10 to be positioned in the upright position, the lying position, or any tilt position therebetween, providing more application scenarios for the user. As shown in fig. 3, the back frame 60 has an inverted U-shape and has two side tubes 62 connected to an angle adjusting mechanism 70. A back pad may be placed between the two side tubes 62 to support the back of the infant.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 6, the angle adjusting mechanism 70 includes an engaging seat 72 fixedly connected to the distal end of the seat 10, and an engaging piece 74 engaged with the engaging seat 72 and slidably connected to the end of the side tube 62. The inner surface of the engaging seat 72 is provided with a plurality of stepped engaging grooves 722 connected to each other. The larger the number of the engaging grooves 722, the larger the inclination angle at which the back frame 60 can be positioned. The angle adjustment mechanism 70 further includes an operation member 73, a sliding member 75, and an elastic member 76. The operating member 73 is shaped like the side tube 62 in a U-shape, and includes two links 732 parallel to the side tube 62 and an operating portion 734 connecting the two link ends 732. The sliding member 75 is slidably fitted over the end of the side tube 62. The engaging piece 74 is fixed to the slider 75 at its upper end by a pin, and at its lower end is engaged in one of the engaging grooves 722. The elastic member 76 is provided inside the side tube 62 and abuts against one end of the sliding member 75 so that the sliding member 75 tends to slide toward the lower end of the side tube 62. The end of the link 732 is fixed to the slider 75 to enable the operation portion 734 to operate the slider 75, that is, pulling the operation portion 734 upward can overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 76 to slide the slider 75 upward, so as to disengage the engaging member 74 from the engaging slot 722.
When the back frame 60 is in the lying position, the back frame 60 is substantially parallel to the seat 10, and the engaging member 74 is engaged with the uppermost engaging groove 722. When the inclination angle of the back frame 60 needs to be adjusted, the back frame 60 can be directly pushed to rotate upward, and the engaging piece 74 can slide down from the uppermost engaging groove 722 to the lower engaging groove 722 without resistance. When the backrest frame 60 reaches the predetermined position, the engaging member 74 abuts against a corresponding one of the engaging grooves 722 to restrict the backrest frame 60 from rotating downward, and the operation portion 734 does not need to be operated.
When the back frame 60 needs to be adjusted from the vertical position to the lying position, the operating portion 734 needs to be pulled upward to make the link 732 drive the sliding member 75 to slide upward, the elastic member 76 is compressed, and the engaging member 74 is disengaged from the engaging groove 722, and then the back frame 60 is rotated downward to a desired position, the operating portion 734 is released, and under the action of the elastic member 76, the engaging member 74 is engaged with one of the engaging grooves 722 again, so as to position the back frame 60.
Referring again to fig. 1-5, the child's frame 100 also includes a linkage 80 connected between the back frame 60 and the rear wheel frame 30. The linkage 80 is a flexible webbing that can be bent, and the material can be nylon, cloth, rubber band, or metal chain. When the stroller frame 100 is folded, the backrest frame 60 can be automatically rotated upward by the link 80 to reduce the volume of the stroller, so that the folded size is more compact, the angle adjusting mechanism 70 does not need to be operated again, and the use is simple and convenient. Specifically, one end of the link 80 passes through a positioning hole of the side tube 62 of the back frame 60 to be fixedly connected to the back frame 60, and the other end of the link 80 passes through a positioning hole of the upper portion of the rear wheel frame 30 to be fixedly connected to the rear wheel frame 30. During the folding process of the child vehicle frame 100 from the unfolded state to the folded state, the armrest frame 40 rotates upward relative to the push handle frame 50, the front wheel frame 20 and the rear wheel frame 30 rotate close to each other, and at the same time, the upper end of the rear wheel frame 30 approaches the push handle frame 50, so that the linkage 80 also pulls the back frame 60 to rotate upward. As described above, when the back frame 60 is adjusted from the lying position to the upright position, the engaging member 74 can easily move from the upper engaging groove 722 to the lower engaging groove 722 without any action on the operating portion 734, so that the back frame 60 can be easily rotated to the upright position to be close to the handle frame 50 by the driving of the linking member 80 regardless of whether the back frame 60 is in the lying position or the upright position when folded, thereby achieving the automatic folding of the back frame 60.
In this embodiment, the number of the link members 80 is two, and the link members are respectively connected to the left and right rear wheel frames 30 and the left and right side pipes 62 of the back frame 60, so that the back frame 60 can be pulled more easily and smoothly.
Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment, one end of the link 80 passes through the positioning hole of the side tube 62 of the backrest frame 60 to be fixedly connected with the backrest frame 60, and the other end of the link 80 passes through the positioning hole of the upper portion of the front wheel frame 20 to be fixedly connected with the front wheel frame 20. When the child stroller frame 100 is folded, the armrest frame 40 rotates upward relative to the handle frame 50, the front wheel frame 20 pivotally connected to the armrest frame 40 also rotates in a direction approaching the handle frame 50, and the linkage member 80 connected to the front wheel frame 20 can pull the backrest frame 60 to rotate upward to approach the handle frame 50, thereby achieving automatic folding of the backrest frame 60.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
