3. The tank cap according to claim 2, wherein the outer end cap is folded inward on the circumference to form a snap for being caught at a lip of the outer port of the filler neck, and the fixing structure comprises the snap.
4. The tank cap according to claim 2, wherein an elastic support member is provided between the inner sealing cap and an inner side of the outer end cap so that the inner sealing cap is elastically movably provided in an inner and outer direction.
5. The tank cap according to claim 4, wherein the elastic support member comprises:
the inner end of the support cover is arranged in an open manner and is provided with a support lip edge, the inner end of the support cover covers the outer end of the first through hole, the support lip edge is supported on the outer side of the inner sealing cover, and the support cover is also provided with a through hole communicated with the second through hole; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the outer end of the supporting spring is abutted against the inner side of the outer end cover, and the inner end of the supporting spring is sleeved on the periphery of the supporting cover.

8. The tank cap according to claim 2, wherein the oil passing passage includes an opening section formed with an annular stepped surface facing inward;
the valve core assembly comprises a valve rod and a sealing sheet, the valve rod penetrates through the opening section inwards, the sealing sheet is arranged at the inner end of the opening section and is in sealing butt joint with the inner sealing cover, a reset elastic piece is arranged in front of the outer end of the valve rod and the side wall of the opening section and is used for resetting the valve rod outwards, and therefore the sealing sheet is kept in sealing butt joint with the inner sealing cover.
9. The tank cap according to claim 8, wherein the return elastic member comprises a return spring.
10. A fuel tank, characterized in that it comprises:
a tank having a refueling passage; and the number of the first and second groups,
a fuel tank cap for capping and sealing a refueling passage of a fuel tank, the fuel tank cap according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
