Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a waterproof sealing strip for an automobile sunroof provided in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the waterproof sealing strip for the sunroof comprises an upper sealing strip 200, a lower sealing strip 300 and a side sealing strip 400, wherein the lower sealing strip 300 comprises a first transverse sealing strip 310, a second transverse sealing strip 320, a first vertical sealing strip 330 and a second vertical sealing strip 340, the first transverse sealing strip 310, the first vertical sealing strip 330, the second transverse sealing strip 320 and the second vertical sealing strip 340 are sequentially connected end to end, so that the lower sealing strip 300 is shaped like a Chinese character 'kou', the structural arrangement of the lower sealing strip 300 increases the stability of the lower sealing strip 300, and the overall structure of the lower sealing strip 300 and the upper sealing strip 200 after connection is more stable. The first horizontal seal 310 is provided with a connecting portion 350, and the side seals 400 are disposed on the surface of the lower seal 300 except the connecting portion 350. The upper seal 200 is of an arc-shaped structure, two ends of the arc-shaped structure are connected with the connecting part 350, so that a seal cavity 210 is formed between the upper seal 200 and the connecting part 350, after the seal is matched with a roof frame 510 and an automobile skylight 520, the lower seal 300 and the side seal 400 are clamped into clamping grooves of the roof frame 510 and the automobile skylight 520 to realize fixation, the upper seal 200 is positioned on the surface of the roof frame 510 to guide water vapor and the like, at this time, due to interference fit and self structure during assembly, a certain pressure is provided inside the seal cavity 210, and the seal cavity 210 has a certain bearing capacity in a state of stable pressure, meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the arc-shaped structure, the outer surface of the upper seal 200 has a relatively balanced tension, when water drops contact with the outer surface of the arc-shaped structure of the upper seal 200, the water drops are broken and condensed into fine water drops which flow down along the surface of the circular arc-shaped structure and are guided out, and water molecules cannot smoothly separate from water drops and permeate into the vehicle in the state, so that the water permeation is avoided, and the rainwater can be effectively prevented from permeating into the vehicle.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the connection between the upper seal 200 and the connection portion 350 of the first transverse seal 310 and the connection between one end of the side seal 400 and the surface of the lower seal 300 except the connection portion 350 are all adhesive connections, for example, the structural components may be connected by sicome glue, and after the structural components are bonded by the glue, the structural components can be firmly connected without deformation or melting due to temperature change, so as to effectively enhance the high and low temperature resistance of the seal. The connection may also be achieved by other glues capable of achieving the effect, which is not limited by the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first transverse seal, the second transverse seal and the third transverse seal are aligned horizontally at equal intervals, and the interval is 6-8mm, preferably 7 mm; correspondingly, the second vertical seal 340 and the first vertical seal 330 are aligned in a vertically equidistant manner, and the distance is 10-12mm, preferably 11 mm; the side sealing strips 400 are aligned horizontally at equal intervals, the interval is 4 +/-0.5 mm, the preferred interval is 4mm, and the optimized distance setting enables the sealing strips to be better matched with the clamping grooves of the roof frame 510 and the automobile skylight 520, so that the sealing strips can be conveniently positioned and installed, and water can be further prevented from seeping into the automobile.

Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a second transverse seal according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the grinding teeth 321 and the mounting holes 322 are directly connected to the sunroof 520, at least one locking groove and at least one mounting screw are disposed inside the sunroof 520, the uneven grinding teeth 321 may be connected to the locking groove inside the sunroof 520 by welding, or the grinding teeth 321 may be connected to the locking groove inside the sunroof 520 by other connection methods, which is not limited in the present invention. When the connection with the clamping groove in the automobile skylight 520 is realized by welding, the contact area between the waterproof automobile skylight sealing strip 100 and an automobile can be increased to the maximum extent, and the sealing performance of the sealing strip is effectively enhanced; in addition, the mounting hole 322 is a circular through hole, the diameter of the mounting hole 322 is 2-3mm, the preferred diameter is 2.6mm, the lower seal 300 is connected with the automobile skylight 520 through the mounting hole 322, and the connection between the sealing strip and an automobile can be further strengthened and consolidated, so that the positioning and fixing effects are realized.
The second transverse seal 320 is connected with the automobile through the arrangement of the grinding teeth 321 and the mounting holes 322, so that a gap between the automobile skylight 520 and the seal strip is effectively filled, and water is prevented from flowing into the gap.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the waterproof layer, the silica gel layer and the buffer layer of the waterproof automobile skylight sealing strip provided by the embodiment of the utility model, which are attached to each other. As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, each of the upper seal 200, the lower seal 300, and the side seal 400 includes three protective layers, which are a waterproof layer 110, a silica gel layer 120, and a buffer layer 130, the silica gel layer 120 is disposed between the waterproof layer 110 and the buffer layer 130, and the waterproof layer 110, the silica gel layer 120, and the buffer layer 130 are attached to each other. The waterproof layer 110 is a sodium polyacrylate polymer, and can effectively prevent water from permeating into the vehicle; the silica gel layer 120 is a butadiene rubber layer, has good wear resistance and high and low temperature resistance, and increases the adaptability to the environment; the buffer layer 130 is a polyurethane rubber layer, so that the toughness of the waterproof automobile skylight sealing strip 100 is improved, and the waterproof automobile skylight sealing strip also has the advantages of good radiation resistance, electrical insulation, good bonding performance and the like.
This embodiment is through the setting of three-layer protective layer, compares with traditional sealing strip, three-layer protective layer is with low costs, easily production and sealed effectual, has effectively improved water-proof effects.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of an assembly structure of the waterproof sealing strip for the sunroof and the sunroof provided in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a roof frame 510 is installed around a roof 500, a sunroof 520 is disposed in a central position of the roof 500, a waterproof sunroof sealing strip 100 for sealing the sunroof 520 to the roof 500 is installed around the sunroof 520, an upper sealing strip 200 in the waterproof sunroof sealing strip 100 is communicated with outside air, at least one slot and at least one mounting screw are disposed inside the sunroof 520, a second transverse sealing strip 320 in a lower sealing strip 300 is welded to the slot inside the sunroof 520 through a grinding tooth 321, and the lower sealing strip 300 is connected to the mounting screw of the sunroof 520 through a mounting hole 322, so that not only positioning and fixing effects are achieved, but also waterproof performance of the sealing strip is improved; one end of the side seal 400 is connected with the surface of the lower seal 300 except the connecting part 350, and the other end is welded with the clamping groove in the automobile skylight 520, so that the sealing performance between the seal and the automobile skylight 520 is improved, and the waterproof performance of the seal is greatly enhanced. The welding may also be implemented by other connection methods to connect with the slot inside the sunroof 520, which is not limited in the present invention.
In the embodiment, the vehicle sunroof is mounted on the roof 500, so that the air circulation in the vehicle can be effectively accelerated, and the requirement that fresh air enters the vehicle is met, so that the vehicle sunroof becomes one of conventional mounting configurations of a plurality of vehicles, and a circle of sealing strip needs to be bonded around the sunroof to ensure the sealing performance and the waterproof performance.
