Thus, the wall-mounted device 30 can be suitable for display devices 10 with different external dimensions, and the arrangement of the adjusting holes 3211 enables the fixing frame 321 to change the connecting position of the fixing frame 321 and the second supports 312 along with the change of the distance between the two second supports 312, so as to ensure that the fixing frame 321 can be connected with the second supports 312 through the first fastening member 33, thereby realizing the assembly of the fixing frame 321 on the wall-mounted component 31, and assembling the plug-in device 20 on the peripheral side of the display device 10.
As shown in fig. 6, the connecting rack 322 may include a first connecting portion 3223 and a second connecting portion 3224, the first connecting portion 3223 is detachably connected to the fixing rack 321, and the second connecting portion 3224 is stacked on a side of the first connecting portion 3223 away from the wall hanging assembly 31 and connected to the second connecting portion 3224. The connecting frame 322 may include one or more (e.g., two) second connecting portions 3224, the second connecting portions 3224 have a gap therebetween, and an end portion of the first connecting portion 3223 may be detachably connected to the second connecting portion 3224 by a second fastening member 3227, so that when the connecting frame 322 is connected to the fixing frame 321, the connecting frame 322 may extend to the outer side of the edge of the display device 10 through the second connecting portion 3224, which facilitates the assembly of the plug-in device 20 on the peripheral side of the display device 10.
Fig. 7 is an assembly schematic view of a wall hanging device and an external hanging device according to an embodiment of the utility model, and fig. 8 is an enlarged schematic view of the wall hanging device and the external hanging device in a part a of fig. 7.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate observing the connection relationship between the connection rack 322 and the plug-in device 20, the first connection portion 3223 of the connection rack 322 in fig. 3 is removed, and the structure of the connection rack 322 shown in fig. 7 and 8 is formed.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in order to detachably connect with the fixing component 32, the external hanging device 20 is provided with a rotating member 22 and a limiting column 25, and the rotating member 22 and the limiting column 25 are located on two intersecting mounting surfaces in the external hanging device 20. In this way, the plug-in device 20 is connected with the connecting frame 322 of the fixing assembly 32 through the rotating member 22 and the limiting column 25, and simultaneously, the reliability of the connection between the plug-in device 20 and the connecting frame 322 can be enhanced, thereby enhancing the reliability of the wall-mounted display device 100.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8 in combination with fig. 6, the first end 3221 of the connecting frame 322 is provided with an assembling portion 3225 for the rotating member 22 of the plug-in device 20 to pass through, and the rotating member 22 is inserted into the assembling portion 3225 of the fixing component 32 of the wall hanging device 30. For example, the rotation member 22 may include, but is not limited to, a rotation shaft disposed on a side of the bottom surface of the plug-in device 20 close to the connection frame 322, and the mounting portion 3225 may include, but is not limited to, a rotation shaft hole adapted to the rotation shaft. Thus, the external hanging device 20 can be connected with the connecting frame 322 by inserting the rotating shaft into the rotating shaft hole.
As can be seen from fig. 8, in order to facilitate the assembly of the assembling portion 3225 with the rotating member 22, the external hanging device 20 is further provided with an assembling groove 21 at the rotating member 22. The plug-in device 20 is further provided with a plurality of (e.g., two) fastening blocks 23 in the mounting groove 21, the plurality of fastening blocks 23 may be positioned on the circumferential side of the mounting portion 3225, and the rotation member 22 may be connected to the fastening blocks 23 by a third connection member 24. Illustratively, the third connector 24 includes, but is not limited to, a bolt, a screw such as a cross-step screw, and the like. Therefore, the mounting portion 3225 can be limited, and the rotating element 22 can be fixed in the mounting portion 3225 through the third connecting element 24, which helps to enhance the stability and reliability of the connection between the connecting rack 322 and the external hanging device 20.
Referring to fig. 8, in order to further enhance the connection stability between the connecting frame 322 and the plug-in device 20, a position of the connecting frame 322 near the first end 3221 is provided with a position-limiting hole 3226 adapted to an assembling column of the plug-in device 20, and the position-limiting column 25 is inserted into the position-limiting hole 3226 of the fixing component 32. Therefore, on the basis that the rotating member 22 is connected with the assembling portion 3225, the assembly of the limiting column 25 and the plug-in device 20 on the connecting frame 322 can be limited through the matching of the limiting column 25 and the limiting hole 3226, so that the connecting frame 322 can be connected with two sides of the plug-in device 20, the plug-in device 20 is prevented from rotating relative to the connecting frame 322, the stability and the reliability of the connection between the connecting frame 322 and the plug-in device 20 can be enhanced, and the connection between the plug-in device 20 and the fixing component 32 as well as the wall hanging component 31 can be facilitated.
Illustratively, the position-limiting hole 3226 includes, but is not limited to, a gourd-shaped through hole as shown in fig. 8. The gourd-shaped through hole can be understood as a through hole structure shown in fig. 8, which is composed of two through holes, wherein the two through holes in the through hole structure can have the same or different aperture diameters, and a communication opening which is contracted towards the inside is arranged at the intersection of the two through holes.
It should be noted that an end of the second connecting portion 3224 away from the fixing frame 321 may constitute a first end 3221 of the connecting frame 322. The mounting portion 3225 and the limiting hole 3226 are located at opposite ends of the second connecting portion 3224, respectively. This facilitates the connection of the mounting portion 3225 with the rotation member 22 and the connection of the limiting hole 3226 with the limiting post 25.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the fixing frame 321 has a mounting portion 3212 with a cavity, and the connecting frame 322 is inserted into the mounting portion 3212 and detachably connected to the mounting portion 3212. The location of the mounting portion 3212 constitutes a central location of the securing assembly 32. The mounting portion 3212 may also be understood as a groove on the fixing frame 321. This can contribute to reducing the overall thickness of the wall hanging device 30 while achieving the coupling of the coupling bracket 322 with the fixing bracket 321 so as to adjust the height of the coupling bracket 322 with respect to the fixing bracket 321 and the display device 10.
As a possible embodiment, the edge of the mounting portion 3212 may be provided with a bent portion 3213 bent toward a surface away from the wall hanging component 31, and the bent portion 3213 and the rest of the structure of the mounting portion 3212 may form a cavity in the mounting portion 3212.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the wall hanging device 30 may further include a third fastening member 34, and the third fastening member 34 is inserted into the mounting portion 3212 and abuts against the connecting frame 322. Illustratively, the third fastener 34 includes, but is not limited to, a phillips head screw, a spring screw, a bolt, or other fastener. In this way, the height of the connecting bracket 322 and the plug-in device 20 relative to the display device 10 can be freely adjusted by adjusting the third fastening member 34 while the connecting bracket 322 and the fixed bracket 321 are connected.
In practical application, the fixing frame 321 may be fixed to the end of the second bracket 312 of the wall hanging component 31 by the first fastening member 33, then the connecting frame 322 passes through the mounting portion 3212 of the transverse bracket, and after adjusting to a proper position or height, the third fastening member 34 is inserted into the mounting portion 3212 and abuts against the connecting frame 322, so as to fix the connecting frame 322 on the fixing frame 321, and then the rotating member 22 of the plug-in device 20, such as a sound box or a camera, is inserted into the assembling portion 3225 of the connecting frame 322 and fixed in the assembling portion 3225 of the connecting frame 322 by the third connecting member 24, so that the fixing of the plug-in device 20 is achieved by the fixing component 32.
Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the wall-mounted display device of fig. 3 taken along the direction B-B according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 10 is an enlarged view of the wall-mounted device of fig. 7 taken at the portion C.
In order to avoid the situation that the external hanging device 20 slides down relative to the display device 10 because the user does not lock the third fastening member 34 during use, the present embodiment adds an anti-falling structure for the hook turning over on the basis of the wall hanging device 30.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, an end of the connecting rod 322 opposite to the mounting portion 3225 may extend to an outside of the mounting portion 3212 to form a second end 3222 of the connecting rod 322, and the second end 3222 of the connecting rod 322 is provided with a protruding portion 3228 extending toward a side of the wall hanging assembly 31. The protrusion 3228 may constitute the above-described hook-fall prevention structure. The protrusion 3228 may be located on the opposite side of the fixing frame 321 from the assembling portion 3225, and there is a space between the protrusion 3228 and the fixing frame 321, so as to reserve a moving distance of the protrusion 3228 corresponding to the fixing frame 321, i.e., a safety distance for the plug-in device 20 to slide down. When the connecting frame 322 is normally assembled with the fixing frame 321, the connecting frame 322 passes through the mounting portion 3212 of the fixing frame 321, and when the third fastening member 34 is tightened, the connecting frame 322 is locked by the third fastening member 34 and is fixed in the mounting portion 3212.
Fig. 11 is a schematic view showing the wall-hanging device of fig. 9 after being moved, fig. 12 is an enlarged view of the wall-hanging device of fig. 11 at a portion D, and fig. 13 is a schematic view showing the wall-hanging device of fig. 11 after being moved.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, when the third fastening member 34 is unlocked, or the third fastening member 34 moves toward one side of the mounting portion 3212 (i.e., the third fastening member 34 moves backwards), which causes the external hanging device 20 to slide off the display device 10 unexpectedly, the protrusion 3228 may move (e.g., slide down) to the fixing frame 321 or the third fastening member 34 by itself, and the protrusion 3228 is engaged with the fixing frame 321 or the third fastening member 34. Therefore, the plug-in device 20 can be hung by the third fastener 34 or the fixing frame 321, and the plug-in device 20 is prevented from sliding downwards continuously, so that the damage of the plug-in device 20 and the injury of a human body caused by the sliding of the plug-in device 20 are avoided.
Illustratively, the protrusion 3228 may be a hook that is engaged with the fixing frame 321 or the third fastening member 34. This facilitates the hook to engage with the fixing bracket 321 or the third fastening member 34, thereby preventing the plug-in device 20 from sliding downwards.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the size of the overall dimension of the hook may be adjusted, so that the hook can be clamped with the fixing frame 321 or the third fastening member 34 when the hook moves automatically. In the embodiment, the hook is engaged with the third fastening member 34, so that on one hand, the size of the connecting frame 322 and the fixing component 32 can be reduced, and on the other hand, the external hanging device 20 can be prevented from sliding down to influence the fixing of the display device 10 on the wall 200, so as to prevent the external hanging device 20 from sliding to cause greater property and personal injury to the user.
According to the utility model, the wall hanging component 31 and the fixing component 32 detachably connected with the wall hanging component 31 are arranged in the wall hanging device 30, on the basis that the display device 10 is installed on the wall 200 through the wall hanging component 31, the end part of the fixing component 32 extends to the outer side of the edge of the display device 10 and is detachably connected with the external hanging device 20, so that the external hanging device 20 and the display device 10 are installed on the wall 200 through the wall hanging device 30, the external hanging device 20 and the display device 10 are conveniently integrated for use, the functions of the wall hanging type display device are expanded, and meanwhile, the wall hanging device 30 has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in installation and high reliability.

Claims (18)

1. A wall hanging device is applied to wall hanging type display equipment and is characterized by comprising a wall hanging component and a fixing component, wherein one side of the wall hanging component is detachably connected with a fixing surface of the display device in the wall hanging type display equipment, and the other side of the wall hanging component is detachably connected with a wall body for fixing the display device; the fixing component is detachably connected with the wall hanging component, and the end part of the fixing component extends to the outer side of the edge of the display device and is connected with an external hanging device in the wall hanging display equipment.
2. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing member is located on a side of the wall hanging device facing the display device and detachably connected to the display device.
3. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fixing member comprises a fixing frame and a connecting frame detachably connected with the fixing frame, the fixing frame is detachably connected with the wall hanging device, and a first end of the connecting frame extends to the outer side of the edge of the display device and is connected with the plug-in device.
4. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first end of the connecting frame is provided with an assembling portion for a rotating member of the plug-in device to pass through.
5. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a position of the connecting frame near the first end is provided with a limiting hole matched with an assembling column of the plug-in device.

The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the connecting frame comprises a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, the first connecting portion is detachably connected to the fixing frame, the assembling portion and the limiting hole are respectively located at two opposite ends of the second connecting portion, and the second connecting portion is stacked on one side of the first connecting portion, which is away from the wall hanging component, and is connected to the second connecting portion.
7. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the fixing frame has an installation portion with a cavity, and the connecting frame is inserted into the installation portion and detachably connected with the installation portion.
8. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 7, comprising a third fastener, wherein the third fastener is inserted into the mounting portion and abuts against the connecting frame.

The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 8, wherein a protrusion extending towards one side of the wall hanging component is provided on the second end of the connecting frame, a space is provided between the protrusion and the fixing frame, and when the protrusion moves to the fixing frame or the third fastening member, the protrusion is clamped with the fixing frame or the third fastening member.
10. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the protrusion is a hook that engages with the fixing bracket or the third fastening member.

The wall hanging device as claimed in any one of claims 1-10, wherein the wall hanging assembly comprises a first bracket and two oppositely disposed second brackets, the first bracket is connected between the two second brackets and detachably connected to the wall, and the second brackets are detachably connected to the fixing surface.
12. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 11, wherein the fixing member is connected between the two second brackets and detachably connected to the second brackets by first fasteners, the fixing member and the first brackets being located on opposite sides of the second brackets.
13. The wall hanging device as claimed in claim 12, wherein the fixing frame of the fixing assembly is provided with a plurality of adjusting holes for the first fastening member to pass through.

A wall-mounted display device is characterized by comprising a display device, a plug-in device and the wall-mounted device, wherein the display device and the plug-in device are both hung on a wall body through the wall-mounted device, and the plug-in device is positioned on the periphery of the display device.

The wall-mounted display device of claim 14, wherein the external hanging device is provided with a rotating member and a limiting column, the rotating member and the limiting column are arranged on two intersecting assembly surfaces of the external hanging device, the rotating member is arranged in an assembly portion of a fixing component of the wall-mounted display device in a penetrating manner, and the limiting column is arranged in a limiting hole of the fixing component in a penetrating manner.
16. The wall mountable display apparatus of claim 15, wherein the end of the securing assembly extends outside of at least one of the top wall and the bottom wall of the display device.
17. The wall-mounted display apparatus of claim 15, wherein a support block is provided between the display device and the wall-mounted device, the wall-mounted device connects the support block and a fixing surface of the display device through a first connecting member, and the support block has a thickness matched to a thickness of the fixing member.
18. The wall-mounted display device of claim 14, wherein the display device is a television or an interactive tablet, and the plug-in device is a speaker or a camera.
