Claims (10)
1. A synchronous pulley parallelism adjusting apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises a generator left side supporting frame, a generator right side supporting frame and a parallelism adjusting shaft, wherein the generator left side supporting frame and the generator right side supporting frame are respectively connected with a generator left side shell and a generator right side shell through the parallelism adjusting shaft;
a left through hole is formed in the left support frame of the generator, the inner peripheral side wall of the left through hole is connected with the outer peripheral side wall of one end of the parallelism adjusting shaft through a parallel mechanism bush, and the aperture of the parallel mechanism bush is gradually enlarged from one end of the parallelism adjusting shaft to the other end of the parallelism adjusting shaft;
the generator right side support frame is provided with a right through hole, one side of the generator right side support frame is provided with an adjusting component, the parallelism adjusting shaft is movably arranged in a penetrating mode at the other end of the parallelism adjusting shaft, the right through hole is connected with the adjusting component, the adjusting component can drive the parallelism adjusting shaft, and the other end of the parallelism adjusting shaft swings with one end, small in aperture, of the parallel structure bush as a fulcrum.
2. The synchronous pulley parallelism adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a first synchronous pulley is provided on the left side housing of the generator, and the first synchronous pulley is connected to a second synchronous pulley on the engine via a synchronous belt.
3. The synchronous pulley parallelism adjustment apparatus of claim 1, wherein the left side housing is on a left side of the generator left side support bracket and the right side housing is on a left side of the generator right side support bracket.

The synchronous pulley parallelism adjusting device of claim 1, further comprising a long support column and a short support column, wherein the long support column and the short support column are sleeved in the middle of the parallelism adjusting shaft, one side of the long support column, which is close to the left support frame of the generator, is in a tapered shape which is tapered from right to left, and one side of the short support column, which is close to the right support frame of the generator, is in a tapered shape which is tapered from left to right.

The synchronous pulley parallelism adjusting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein a shoulder is provided in the middle of the parallelism adjusting shaft in the circumferential direction, the other side of the short support column is attached to one side of the shoulder, one side of the right casing of the generator is attached to the other side of the shoulder, and the other side of the right casing of the generator is attached to the other side of the long support column.
6. The synchronous pulley parallelism adjusting apparatus according to claim 5, wherein an inner peripheral side wall of the generator right-side housing is connected to an outer peripheral side wall of the parallelism adjusting shaft through a sleeve.
7. The synchronous pulley parallelism adjusting apparatus according to claim 6, wherein an inner peripheral side wall of the generator left-side housing is connected to an outer peripheral side wall of the parallelism adjusting shaft via a shoulder sleeve.
8. Synchronous pulley parallelism adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjusting assembly comprises:
the first adjusting sheet is arranged on the left side of the supporting frame on the right side of the generator, one end of the first adjusting sheet is provided with a waist-shaped hole, and the other end of the parallelism adjusting shaft movably penetrates through the waist-shaped hole;
the second adjusting sheet is arranged on the right side of the supporting frame on the right side of the generator, one end of the second adjusting sheet is provided with a circular taper hole, the other end of the parallelism adjusting shaft penetrates through the circular taper hole, and the circular taper hole is gradually expanded from right to left;
the leveling screw rod seat is connected with the right support frame of the generator, and a nut is arranged on the leveling screw rod seat;
the leveling screw is in threaded connection with the nut, and the other end of the first adjusting sheet and the other end of the second adjusting sheet are connected with the other end of the leveling screw.

The synchronous pulley parallelism adjusting device of claim 8, wherein the first adjusting piece comprises a first limiting portion and a first connecting portion, one end of the first limiting portion is connected with one end of the first connecting portion to form an L shape, the other end of the first limiting portion is provided with the waist-shaped hole, the other end of the first connecting portion is provided with a first notch, the second adjusting piece comprises a second limiting portion and a second connecting portion, one end of the second limiting portion is connected with one end of the second connecting portion to form an L shape, the other end of the second limiting portion is provided with the circular taper hole, the other end of the second connecting portion is provided with a second notch, the other end of the leveling screw rod is provided with a groove along a circumferential side wall, and the first notch and the second notch are in clamping fit with the groove.
