As shown in fig. 2, the unlocking mechanism of this embodiment further includes a shaft sleeve 100, the shaft sleeve 100 is sleeved on an end portion of the screw 30, the shaft sleeves 100 are installed at two ends of the screw 30, and the shaft sleeves 100 at the two ends are respectively accommodated in the unlocking sheet assembly 20 and the transmission assembly 90, so as to limit an installation position of the screw 30 and ensure that the installation position of the screw 30 is accurate and reliable.
As shown in fig. 2 and 13, the magnetic assembly 50 of the present embodiment further includes a push rod 52, at least a portion of the push rod 52 is movably disposed in the accommodating hole 211 of the unlocking sheet 21, one end of the push rod 52, which is close to the unlocking sheet 21 and inserted into the lock cylinder, is fixedly mounted with an authorized magnetic member 51, and the other end of the push rod 52 can extend out of the accommodating hole 211, so as to be in press fit with the authorized shift lever 62, thereby achieving an effect that the authorized shift lever 62 presses the push rod 52 to drive the authorized magnetic member 51 to move.
The plunger 52 of the present embodiment includes a mounting portion 521, a limit chute 523, and a driving arm 522 connected in sequence. Wherein, the authorized magnetic member 51 is installed at the installation part 521, thereby realizing the installation and fixation of the authorized magnetic member 51. The unlocking mechanism further comprises a limiting pin shaft which penetrates through the unlocking sheet 21 and the limiting sliding groove 523, so that the movement range of the push rod 52 in the accommodating hole 211 is controlled, and the situation that the push rod 52 is separated from the unlocking sheet 21 or moves over the position is avoided. At least a portion of the driving arm 522 extends out of the receiving hole 211, and the driving arm 522 is a portion directly engaged with the authorizing lever 62 and is in linkage engagement with the authorizing lever 62, and the authorizing lever 62 drives the authorizing magnetic member 51 to move by pressing the driving arm 522.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the unlocking mechanism further includes a reset member 53, the reset member 53 is a spring, and is sleeved on the push rod 52, one end of the reset member 53 abuts against the authorized magnetic member 51 or the push rod 52, and the other end abuts against the unlocking sheet 21, so as to provide a reset force for driving the authorized magnetic member 51 to move to the unauthorized position for the push rod 52, so that the magnetic assembly 50 is always kept at the unauthorized position under the condition that the magnetic assembly is not driven by the authorized assembly 60.
As shown in fig. 2, the unlocking mechanism of the present embodiment further includes a control switch 110, the control switch 110 is electrically connected to the locking plate driving member 40 and the authorization assembly 60, the side of the sliding block 22 of the unlocking plate assembly 20 has a trigger protrusion 223, the trigger end of the control switch 110 is located on the movement path of the trigger protrusion 223, the trigger protrusion 223 can cooperate with the trigger end to control the movement range of the unlocking plate assembly 20, when the unlocking plate assembly 20 moves to the working position or the retracting position, the trigger protrusion 223 triggers the trigger end, and the control switch 110 controls the locking plate driving member 40 to stop moving. One or two control switches 110 may be provided as required, one control switch 110 may control the movement of the unlocking piece assembly 20 in only one direction, or one control switch 110 may have two trigger ends at the same time, so as to control the movement of the unlocking piece assembly 20 in both directions, or two control switches 110 may be provided to control the movement of the unlocking piece assembly 20 in both directions.
Optionally, the unlocking mechanism further includes a lock detection piece 120 and a coil 130, the lock detection piece 120 is a hall element, is located at one end of the housing 10 close to the lock cylinder, and can be matched with magnetic steel in the lock cylinder in the process of rotating and unlocking the unlocking mechanism, so that the locking and unlocking states of the lock cylinder are determined by detecting the change of magnetic flux; the coil 130 is located at one end of the housing 10 close to the lock cylinder, and can perform power supply, code acquisition and communication with the lock cylinder to realize the functions of confirming the identity of the lock cylinder, supplying power to the lock cylinder and the like.
In addition, the unlocking mechanism can be further provided with a control assembly 140, and the control assembly 140 is electrically connected with electrified components such as the locking plate driving piece 40, the authorization motor 61, the control switch 110, the lock detection piece 120, the coil 130 and the like, can control the actions of the components, and coordinates the motion of the components through a control system. For example, when the unlocking mechanism is inserted into the lock cylinder, the coil 130 performs identity authentication on the lock cylinder, and after the authentication is passed, the control component 140 controls the authorization component 60 to drive the magnetic component 50 to act so as to unlock the authorized pins of the lock cylinder; upon receiving an unlock or lock command, the control assembly 140 controls the actuation of the locking tab driver 40 to effect a change in the position of the unlocking tab assembly 20, and so on.
Alternatively, the housing 10 of the present embodiment is formed by abutting a plurality of sub-components which are separately arranged, and the sub-components are fixed together by screw connection, so that the components can be conveniently installed in the housing 10. The housing 10 may form one or more semi-enclosed or fully enclosed receiving areas as desired to fit the components into the receiving areas as desired.
It should be noted that, a plurality in the above embodiments means at least two.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. the problem of poor safety of an authorization mechanism of a computer key in the prior art is solved;
2. compared with the traditional solenoid driving mode, the motor driving mode is more accurate and convenient to control the movement stroke, the unlocking of the unlocking blade in the non-working position is effectively avoided, the problem that the impact authorization is easily caused due to the structural characteristics of the solenoid is solved, and the safety of an authorization mechanism is improved;
3. the whole structure is compact, the control is convenient, and the miniaturization of the product is facilitated;
4. when the device is locked, the authorization deflector rod does not influence the magnetic assembly, the magnetic assembly and the authorization deflector rod are unrelated, and the magnetic assembly is kept at an unauthorized position, so that the interference of an external action piece and an internal action piece is avoided, and the condition that the authorization assembly fails due to the misoperation of a driving piece is avoided;
5. the authorization action is reliable, and the condition that an unlocking key is unauthorized to unlock and becomes a master key is avoided;
6. the authorization state is monitored in a contact or non-contact detection mode, and the safety of the authorization assembly is improved.

Claims (13)

1. An unlocking mechanism, comprising:
a housing (10);
the unlocking sheet assembly (20) is telescopically arranged on the shell (10) and has a working position extending out of the shell (10) and a retracted position retracting into the shell (10);
the screw (30) is in threaded transmission fit with the unlocking sheet assembly (20) and can drive the unlocking sheet assembly (20) to move between the working position and the retracted position;
the locking piece driving part (40) is in driving connection with the screw rod (30) and can drive the screw rod (30) to rotate so as to drive the unlocking piece assembly (20) to move between the working position and the withdrawing position;
a magnetic assembly (50), wherein the magnetic assembly (50) is movably arranged in the unlocking sheet assembly (20) and is provided with an authorized magnetic part (51) matched with the lock cylinder, and the authorized magnetic part (51) can move between an authorized position for unlocking the lock cylinder and an unauthorized position for not unlocking the lock cylinder;
the authorization assembly (60), the authorization assembly (60) comprises an authorization motor (61) and an authorization shifting lever (62), the authorization shifting lever (62) is in driving connection with the authorization motor (61), the authorization shifting lever (62) is arranged in the shell (10) in a swinging mode and is in intermittent fit with the magnetic assembly (50), when the unlocking sheet assembly (20) is located at the working position, the magnetic assembly (50) is located in the swinging range of the authorization shifting lever (62), the authorization motor (61) drives the authorization shifting lever (62) to swing, the authorization shifting lever (62) shifts the authorization magnetic member (51) to move between the authorization position and the unauthorized position, when the unlocking sheet assembly (20) is located at the withdrawing position, the magnetic assembly (50) is located outside the swinging range of the authorization shifting lever (62), the authorizing component (60) can not drive the authorizing magnetic piece (51) to move.
2. The unlocking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the authorization assembly (60) further comprises an authorization screw (63), the authorization screw (63) is in driving connection with the authorization motor (61) and has a thread (631), the authorization lever (62) has an engagement tooth (621), the thread (631) is in engagement with the engagement tooth (621), and the authorization motor (61) drives the authorization lever (62) to swing through the authorization screw (63).

The delatch mechanism of claim 2 wherein the authorization assembly (60) further includes a mounting bracket (64), the mounting bracket (64) is fixedly mounted in the housing (10), the mounting bracket (64) has a mounting cavity (641), at least a portion of the authorization motor (61) and the authorization screw (63) are received in the mounting cavity (641), a side wall of the mounting cavity (641) is provided with a notch, the engagement tooth (621) of the authorization lever (62) extends into the notch and engages with the thread (631), the mounting bracket (64) further has a side lug (642), and a rotating shaft is disposed through the side lug (642) and the authorization lever (62) to swingably connect the authorization lever (62) to the mounting bracket (64).
4. The unlocking mechanism according to claim 2, characterized in that the central axis of the engagement tooth (621) of the authorization lever (62) coincides with the axis of rotation of the authorization lever (62).
5. The delatch mechanism of claim 2 wherein the end of the authorized lever (62) remote from the authorized motor (61) has a swing post (622) and the axis of the swing post (622) is parallel to the axis of rotation of the authorized lever (62), the swing post (622) squeezing the toggle magnetic assembly (50) to move to the authorized position when the authorized lever (62) swings.
6. The unlock mechanism of claim 5, further comprising:
the authorization detection piece (70), the swing column (622) is provided with a detection hole (624), and the authorization detection piece (70) is arranged in the detection hole (624) and swings along with the swing column (622);
an authorization sensing member disposed within the housing (10) and capable of sensing the position of the authorization detection member (70) to determine an authorization status of the authorization assembly (60).
7. The unlocking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic assembly (50) further comprises:
the push rod (52), at least one part of the push rod (52) is movably arranged in the containing hole (211) of the unlocking sheet assembly (20) and is connected with the authorized magnetic piece (51), and the authorized shift rod (62) drives the authorized magnetic piece (51) to move by pressing the push rod (52);
the resetting piece (53) is abutted to the push rod (52) or the authorized magnetic piece (51), and provides resetting force for driving the authorized magnetic piece (51) to move to the unauthorized position for the push rod (52).
8. The delatch mechanism of claim 7 wherein the pushrod (52) includes a mounting portion (521) and an actuating arm (522), the authorized magnetic member (51) being mounted to the mounting portion (521), at least a portion of the actuating arm (522) extending through the receiving hole (211) and being capable of cooperating with the authorized lever (62), the authorized lever (62) being configured to move the authorized magnetic member (51) by squeezing the actuating arm (522).
9. The unlocking mechanism according to claim 7, wherein the push rod (52) further comprises a limit sliding groove (523), and the unlocking mechanism further comprises a limit pin shaft, and the limit pin shaft is arranged in the unlocking plate assembly (20) and the limit sliding groove (523) in a penetrating mode to control the movement range of the push rod (52) in the accommodating hole (211).
10. The unlocking mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the unlocking plate assembly (20) comprises:
the unlocking piece (21), the unlocking piece (21) is provided with a containing hole (211), and the magnetic assembly (50) is movably arranged in the containing hole (211);
slider (22), slider (22) with separate locking plate (21) and connect, and with separate locking plate (21) synchronous slip, slider (22) have screw hole (221), screw rod (30) are worn to establish in screw hole (221), and with slider (22) screw-thread fit, in order to drive slider (22) with separate locking plate (21) motion.
11. The unlock mechanism of claim 10, further comprising:
the guide rod (80), the slide block (22) has a via hole, the guide rod (80) is arranged in the via hole in a penetrating mode and slides along the length direction of the guide rod (80);
the locking plate driving piece (40) is in driving connection with the screw rod (30) through the transmission assembly (90), and the transmission assembly (90) is at least one of a gear set, a worm and gear set, a belt set and a chain set;
the shaft sleeve (100) is sleeved at the end part of the screw rod (30) and is positioned in the unlocking plate component (20) or the transmission component (90) to limit the installation position of the screw rod (30).
12. The unlock mechanism of claim 1, further comprising:
a control switch (110), wherein the control switch (110) is electrically connected with the lock plate driving member (40) and the authorization assembly (60), the unlocking plate assembly (20) is provided with a trigger protrusion (223), a trigger end of the control switch (110) is positioned on a movement path of the trigger protrusion (223), when the unlocking plate assembly (20) moves to the working position or the withdrawing position, the trigger protrusion (223) triggers the trigger end, and the control switch (110) controls the lock plate driving member (40) to stop acting;
the lock detection piece (120) is positioned at one end, close to the lock cylinder, of the shell (10), and can detect magnetic flux change in the rotating and unlocking process of the unlocking mechanism so as to determine the locking and unlocking states of the lock cylinder;
the coil (130) is positioned at one end, close to the lock cylinder, of the shell (10), and can supply power, adopt codes and communicate with the lock cylinder.
13. An unlocking key characterized by comprising the unlocking mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 12.
