The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the rail clamping mechanism comprises: the device comprises a cross rod, calipers, an adjusting screw rod, a positioning hole, a handle and a rail web clamping seat; wherein: the cross bar is vertically fixed on the outer wall of the left side of the shell, the calipers are of arc structures, the middle parts of the calipers are movably connected to the cross bar, and the lower ends of the calipers face the outer wall of the left side of the shell; one end of the adjusting screw rod penetrates through the upper end of the caliper and then is aligned with the positioning hole, and the adjusting screw rod is in threaded connection with the caliper; the positioning hole is fixed on the upper part of the outer wall of the left side of the shell; the handle is connected to the other end of the adjusting screw rod; the rail web clamping seat is fixed on the outer wall of the left side of the machine shell below the cross rod; the two rail web clamping seats are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the adjusting screw rod.

The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a motor traversing mechanism comprising: the device comprises a flange, a screw rod, a transverse moving connecting rod and a hand wheel; wherein: the flange is fixed on the rear side wall of the shell; one end of the screw penetrates through the flange and the rear side wall and the front side wall of the shell and is fixedly connected with the upper end of a transverse moving connecting rod which is vertically arranged, the lower end of the transverse moving connecting rod is connected with a driving motor, the hand wheel is connected to the other end of the screw, and the screw is in threaded connection with the flange.

The electrically powered, abrasive belt steel rail web weld grinding apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a handle bar and a rotating handle, wherein: the handle rod is vertically arranged in a gap between the abrasive belt and the front side wall of the shell, the lower end of the handle rod is rotatably connected with the tensioning rod, and the handle rod can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise along the front side wall of the shell; the rotary handle is horizontally and rotatably connected to the upper end of the handle rod.
