In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the tab pressing driving unit 320 includes a tab pressing driving source 321, a tab pressing base 322, a tab pressing movable base 323, and a pressing guide module 324; the tab pressing base 322 is connected to the pressing position adjusting unit 330, and the tab pressing movable base 323 is connected to the battery tab flexible pressing module 310; the pressing guide module 324 is respectively connected to the tab pressing base 322 and the tab pressing movable seat 323, so that the tab pressing movable seat 323 slides in the tab pressing base 322 along the pressing guide module 324; the tab pressing driving source 321 is installed on the tab pressing movable base 323, and a driving end of the tab pressing driving source 321 extends out of the tab pressing movable base 323 and is fixedly connected with the tab pressing base 322 to drive the tab pressing movable base 323 to move longitudinally in the tab pressing base 322. In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the battery loading unit 340 includes a battery loading driving source 341, a battery loading base 342, and a battery loading movable seat 343; the battery loading movable seat 343 is slidably connected to the battery loading base 342; the battery loading driving source 341 is installed on the battery loading base 342, and a driving end of the battery loading driving source 341 is fixedly connected with the battery loading movable seat 343.
A fourth adjusting slide rail 3421 is convexly disposed in the battery loading base 342 along the length direction thereof, and the battery loading movable seat 343 is slidably connected to the fourth adjusting slide rail 3421 and slides back and forth along the fourth adjusting slide rail 3421.
Specifically, when the battery loading unit 340 works, the battery loading driving source 341 operates to drive the battery loading movable seat 343 to slide back and forth along the fourth adjusting slide rail 3421, and at this time, the battery placed on the battery loading movable seat 343 slides back and forth synchronously, so as to complete loading of the battery. Specifically, when the flexible pressing module 310 for the battery tab is used, the front end of the flexible pressing module 312 presses on the tab of the battery, the flexible pressing module 312 moves up and down according to the change of the outer contour surface of the tab of the battery, and at this time, the tail end of the flexible pressing module 312 is elastically abutted to the pressing mounting substrate 311 to provide elastic supporting force for the flexible pressing module 312, so that the flexible pressing module 312 can adapt to the outer contour shape of the tab of the battery, and further perfectly fit with the tab, thereby improving the fixing effect.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the battery conveying mechanism 100 includes a battery conveying line 110 and a plurality of sets of battery positioning units 120 arranged at intervals along a conveying direction of the battery conveying line 110, and the battery positioning units 120 operate and restrain the batteries on the battery conveying line 110.
The battery positioning unit 120 includes a battery stopping module 130 and a battery clamping module 140 disposed at two sides of the battery conveying line 110, and a driving end of the battery stopping module 130 is located in front of a driving end of the battery clamping module 140.
Further, the battery blocking module 130 includes a battery blocking driving source 131 and a battery blocking lever 132; the battery stopper driving source 131 is installed at one side of the battery feed line 110, and the battery stopper rod 132 is connected to a driving end of the battery stopper driving source 131. Specifically, the battery blocking driving source 131 drives the end of the battery blocking rod 132 to extend into the battery transport line 110, thereby completing the blocking of the battery on the battery transport line 110.

In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the laser welding mechanism 500 includes a galvanometer welding unit 510 and a welding height adjusting unit 520; the driving end of the welding height adjusting unit 520 is connected to the galvanometer welding unit 510, so as to drive the galvanometer welding unit 510 to move longitudinally. Specifically, when the laser welding mechanism 500 works, the galvanometer welding unit 510 is driven to move longitudinally, so as to adjust the welding range of the galvanometer welding unit 510, and then the tabs of the battery are welded by the welding action of the galvanometer welding unit 510. Therefore, the laser welding mechanism 500 is high in welding precision and adjustable in welding range, welding performance of a welding machine is improved, and automatic welding is achieved. The galvanometer welding unit 510 is well known in the prior art, and is not described in detail in this application.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the battery transfer mechanism 400 is a robotic arm. Specifically, the battery transferring mechanism 400 is movably arranged between the tail end of the battery conveying mechanism 100 and the battery tab welding and pressing mechanism 300, so that unmanned clamping of the battery is realized at the reserved position of the manipulator, and the labor cost is saved.
