Description

Toilet paper holder
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a toilet paper holder capable of easily performing an operation of cutting a roll-shaped toilet paper in a desired length with one hand.
Background
A general toilet paper holder is constituted by: the roll-shaped toilet paper is held so that a hole in the center of the roll extends in the horizontal direction, and the toilet paper is rotated in the vertical direction.
The toilet paper holder is configured to be able to cut the toilet paper that has been drawn out by using a lid portion or the like that covers the toilet paper from above.
When the toilet paper is cut into a desired length, the toilet paper held as described above needs to be cut while pressing the cover portion or the like against the toilet paper, for example, so as not to rotate.
There is a toilet paper holder configured to be able to pull out toilet paper from an opening provided in a lid portion and bring the toilet paper into contact with a cutter or the like to cut the toilet paper (see, for example, patent document 1).
The toilet paper holder has a cover portion covering the surface of a roll of toilet paper, and upper edge teeth (cutters) for cutting are provided at the tip of the cover portion. The lid portion is provided with a notch opening portion for drawing out the end portion of the toilet paper at a position near the upper side of the upper edge teeth.
The toilet paper holder is configured such that when the paper drawn out from the cut opening is pulled downward along the upper surface of the cover, the drawn paper is brought into contact with the upper edge teeth and cut to a desired length.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Problem to be solved by utility model
Since the conventional toilet paper holder is provided with the opening portion in the vicinity of the upper edge teeth as described above, when the paper sheet drawn out from the opening portion is pulled downward and is cut by being brought into contact with the upper edge teeth, the toilet paper sheet rotates in the opposite direction to the direction when the paper sheet is drawn out.
That is, the pulling force acting on the toilet paper held by the holder disappears quickly, and the portion pulled out from the opening is pulled back toward the rolled toilet paper side by the reaction force against the pulling force (by the reaction of cutting).
Due to this drawing, the portion drawn out from the opening may disappear, and an operation of lifting the lid portion and drawing out the distal end portion of the toilet paper from the opening is required every time.
The present disclosure has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides a toilet paper holder capable of cutting toilet paper into a desired length by one-handed operation, and after cutting, holding the toilet paper on the surface side of a cover portion.
Means for solving the problems
The toilet paper holder according to the present disclosure is characterized by comprising: a body; a support part which is arranged at the side part of the main body and supports the roll toilet paper to be freely rotatable; and a cover portion that covers the circumferential surface of the roll-shaped toilet paper supported by the support portion, the cover portion including: a drawing section for drawing a leading end portion of the roll-shaped toilet paper toward a front surface side of the cover section; a cutter unit for cutting the toilet paper drawn out from the drawing unit; and a guide portion disposed between the drawing portion and the cutter portion, the guide portion being formed so that a distal end portion of the rolled toilet paper, which is pulled back toward the drawing portion by a reaction of cutting when the rolled toilet paper is cut by the cutter portion, is held on a front side of the cover portion with a sufficient length.
Further, the support portion may include a core support portion that is disposed on one side of the main body, extends toward the other side of the main body, and is inserted into a core hole of the roll toilet paper, and the cover portion may include a side cover portion that is disposed on a distal end side of the core support portion and abuts against one roll end portion of the roll toilet paper when the cover portion covers the roll toilet paper supported by the support portion.
Further, the cover portion includes a slip prevention portion between the draw-out portion and the cutter portion, the slip prevention portion generating a suitable resistance when contacting the leading end portion of the roll toilet paper to hold the leading end portion of the roll toilet paper on the front side of the cover portion.
Further, the cover portion has a rotation stopper portion that abuts against the circumferential surface of the rolled toilet paper to prevent the rolled toilet paper from rotating when the rolled toilet paper is cut by the cutter portion.
Effect of the utility model
According to the present disclosure, it is possible to hold the distal end portion of the toilet paper, which is pulled back due to a reaction when the toilet paper is cut into a desired length, at a position to be immediately withdrawn.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described.
(example 1)
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the structure of a cage 1 according to embodiment 1 of the present disclosure. The holder 1 shown in the drawing includes a main body 10 fixed to an indoor wall surface by using tapping screws or the like, and a support portion 11 formed on one side of the main body 10 and supporting a roll-shaped toilet paper 40.
The holder 1 includes a lid portion 12 covering the circumferential surface of the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 supported by the support portion 11. The holder 1 further includes a core support portion 13 inserted into a core hole of the rolled toilet paper 40. The core support portion 13 is fixedly provided on the base end side of the support portion 11, or is integrally formed with the support portion 11.
The lid 12 has a curved portion substantially along the roll circumferential surface of the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 supported by the support portion 11, and is supported and fixed to the upper portion of the main body 10 in the drawing.
The base end side of the lid 12 is rotatably supported and fixed to the main body 10. In other words, the lid 12 is supported and fixed to the main body 10 so that the distal end side swings in the vertical direction.
Fig. 2 is an explanatory diagram showing the structure of the lid portion 12 provided in the holder 1. Fig. 2(a) shows a shape and the like of the cover 12 when viewed from above, and fig. 2(B) shows a shape and the like of the cover 12 when viewed from the side.
Fig. 3 is a front view showing the structure of the cage 1 of fig. 1. The holder 1 shown in fig. 3 is not holding the rolled toilet paper 40.
The cover 12 includes a cutter 15 and a rotation stopper 16 at the distal end. The base end portion 17 constituting a hinge mechanism or rotatably connected to the main body 10 using rivets, screws, or the like is provided on the base end side of the lid portion 12, for example, on both sides in the width direction.
The cover- side portions 12a and 12b are side end portions of the cover 12, respectively.
The holder 1 includes a support portion 11 protruding forward of the body 10 below the cover side portion 12a (on the side of the body 10), for example.
The support portion 11 is configured to cantilever-support the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 so that the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 can be rotated by the core support portion 13 and the paper end portion 40a can be pulled out to the front of the holder 1 or the like.
The core support portion 13 extends downward of the cover-side portion 12b (toward the other side of the main body 10), and is formed in a circular rod shape or a cylindrical shape, for example.
The core support portion 13 has a length to support the rolled toilet paper 40 in a stable state (to support the rolled toilet paper 40 to rotate smoothly) when inserted through the core hole of the rolled toilet paper 40.
The cutter portion 15 is provided at the distal end edge portion of the cover portion 12, and a blade portion (e.g., a saw-tooth blade-shaped portion) for cutting paper is directed upward from the surface of the cover portion 12. In addition, the cutter portion 15 is provided along the distal edge portion of the cover portion 12, for example, to be wider (longer) than the paper width of the toilet paper 40.
The rotation stopper 16 is formed on the distal end side of the lid 12 so as to protrude from the rear surface of the lid 12 and to abut against the circumferential surface of the toilet paper 40 supported by the support 11 and the like. The rotation stopper 16 illustrated here is a convex portion extending in the width direction of the lid 12 on the back surface of the lid 12.
The cover portion 12 includes a drawing portion 14 for drawing the paper tail end portion 40a of the rolled toilet paper 40 toward the front surface side of the cover portion 12, for example, at a position directly above or in the vicinity of the core hole of the rolled toilet paper 40.
The extraction portion 14 is an opening portion penetrating the front and back surfaces of the lid 12, and extends in the width direction of the lid 12. The extraction portion 14 has a notch portion 14b in the cover side portion 12b, for example.
In other words, the extraction portion 14 is an opening extending from the cover-side portion 12b toward the cover-side portion 12a, and has a notch portion 14b that is largely (widely) opened at an edge portion of the cover-side portion 12 b.
The notch 14b is provided to facilitate insertion of the paper end portion 40a from the back side to the front side of the cover 12 in a state where the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 is supported by the support portion 11.
The cutout portion 14b is opened to be larger (wider) than the opening portion such as the extraction end portion 14a, and is formed in a shape that facilitates insertion of the paper terminal portion 40a from the side of the cover 12 (the cover-side portion 12 b).
The drawer end 14a is a rear end of the drawer 14 extending from the notch 14b, and is formed in a smooth shape so as not to catch the toilet paper 40 drawn out from the drawer 14.
The cover portion 12 has a guide portion 18, and the guide portion 18 is bent downward from a portion where the drawer portion 14 is provided toward a portion where the cutter portion 15 is provided, and abuts against the toilet paper 40 to be drawn out.
The holder 1 is configured to pull the toilet paper 40 drawn out by the user downward of the cover 12 and to abut against the cutter 15 to cut the toilet paper 40 into a desired length.
When the toilet paper 40 pulled out by the user is pulled downward by the lid portion 12, the distal end side of the lid portion 12 is pushed downward.
That is, the holder 1 is configured such that, when the rolled toilet paper 40 is cut by the cutter unit 15, the rotation preventing unit 16 is pressed against the circumferential surface of the rolled toilet paper 40, and the rolled toilet paper 40 is prevented from rotating.
The guide portion 18 is formed to be bent downward so as not to cause an obstacle to be caught by the guide portion 18 and the like when the toilet paper 40 is pulled out to a desired length, that is, when the paper end portion 40a is pulled forward of the holder 1.
In order to cut the toilet paper 40 that has been fed out by the cutter unit 15, the guide unit 18 is formed so that the toilet paper 40 that has been fed out is not pulled up by contact with the guide unit 18 when the toilet paper is pulled down below the cover unit 12 or the holder 1.
That is, the guide 18 abuts the toilet paper 40 to be pulled out so that stress or the like is not concentrated on a specific portion of the toilet paper 40 to be pulled out, between the pull-out portion 14 and the cutter portion 15.
In other words, the guide 18 can smoothly draw out the toilet paper 40 when drawing the paper terminal portion 40a and the like forward of the holder 1, and when drawing the paper terminal portion 40a and the like downward of the holder 1, for example, changes the curvature and bends the paper terminal portion toward the downward of the holder 1 so as to disperse unnecessary stress and the like generated in the drawn-out toilet paper 40.
When the rolled toilet paper 40 held by the holder 1 is cut by the cutter unit 15, a force acting in the above-described drawing direction and a reaction force against the force act on the toilet paper 40.
That is, at the moment when the drawn toilet paper 40 is cut by the cutter unit 15, the rolled toilet paper 40 held by the holder 1 slightly rotates due to the reaction of the cutting, and the drawn portion is wound.
The distance between the dispensing portion 14 and the cutter portion 15, that is, the length of the guide portion 18 in the front-rear direction (the length in the direction connecting the base end portion 17 and the cutter portion 15) is set to be sufficiently longer than the length of the toilet paper 40 wound by the above-described reaction.
By setting the length of the guide portion 18 (the distance between the cutter portion 15 and the drawer portion 14) as described above, even if the paper terminal portion 40a is pulled back to the back side of the cover portion 12 (the inside of the holder 1) after the toilet paper 40 to be drawn is cut by the cutter portion 15, the paper terminal portion 40a having a sufficient length can be held on the front side of the cover portion 12, and the state where the paper terminal portion 40a is drawn from the drawer portion 14 can be maintained.
In the cover 12 described here, the cutout portion 14b is disposed in the cover-side portion 12b, and the extraction end portion 14a is disposed in the cover-side portion 12a, but the cover may be configured to be disposed in a left-right reverse manner in fig. 1 and the like.
That is, the extraction end portion 14a may be disposed in the cover side portion 12b, and the notch portion 14b may be disposed in the cover side portion 12 a.
As described above, the holder 1 is configured to cantilever-support the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 by the support portion 11 and the core support portion 13. Therefore, the side cover portions 20 are provided to the cover portion 12 so as not to drop the toilet paper 40 supported by the cantilever from the core support portion 13.
The side cover portion 20 is provided at or near a terminal end portion of the cover portion 12, for example, and extends downward from an edge portion of the cover side portion 12b (a side end of the cover portion 12).
The side cover portion 20 is disposed on the end side of the core support portion 13 and is formed to abut against one roll end portion (roll end surface) of the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 (disposed on the cover-side portion 12b side) when the cover portion 12 covers the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 supported by the support portion 11 and the like.
Specifically, the side cover portion 20 is formed in a size and shape such that, for example, when the paper terminal portion 40a is pulled out by the user and the roll diameter of the rolled toilet paper 40 supported by the support portion 11 or the like becomes smaller, the side cover portion comes into contact with the core hole portion of the rolled toilet paper 40 or the vicinity thereof.
The side cover portions 20 are formed in a size and shape that do not interfere with the first insertion of the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 into the core support portion 13 when the cover portion 12 is lifted upward, for example, and are provided at the side ends of the cover portion 12 so as to be moved (disposed) at a position that does not interfere with the above-described operation.
The retainer 1 described here is configured such that the support portion 11 and the core support portion 13 are disposed on one side of the main body 10 (below the cover-side portion 12 a), and the side cover portion 20 is disposed on the other side of the main body 10 (at the edge of the cover-side portion 12b), but these portions may be disposed in a left-right reverse manner in fig. 2 and 3.
That is, the side cover 20 may be disposed on one side of the main body 10 (the edge of the cover side portion 12 a), and the support portion 11 and the core support portion 13 may be disposed on the other side of the main body 10 (below the cover side portion 12 b).
The holder 1 is configured such that the support portion 11 is provided on one side of the main body 10 and the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 is cantilever-supported, but may be configured such that 2 support portions 11 are provided on both sides of the main body 10 and the cover portion 12 is provided.
When 2 support portions 11 are provided as described above, a round bar or a cylindrical core member inserted into the roll-shaped toilet paper 40 is provided instead of the core support portion 13, and both ends in the longitudinal direction of the core member are supported by the respective support portions 11.
(example 2)
Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the structure of the lid portion 12 of the toilet paper holder according to embodiment 2 of the present disclosure.
The cover portion 12 of fig. 4 is provided with a non-slip portion 30 on the guide portion 18 (the surface of the cover portion 12) shown in fig. 1 and the like.
The anti-slip portion 30 is provided so as to contact the paper terminal portion 40a drawn out from the drawing portion 14 to the front side of the cover portion 12.
The nonslip portion 30 is a portion provided with a rough surface, a plurality of irregularities, or the like, to generate an appropriate frictional resistance when contacting the paper terminal portion 40a, and to prevent the paper terminal portion 40a from being pulled back from the drawer portion 14 to the back side of the cover portion 12.
The anti-slip section 30 may be provided at a position where it does not come into contact with the toilet paper 40 being drawn out when an operation of drawing out the toilet paper 40 from the drawing section 14 (for example, an operation of pulling the toilet paper forward or the like of the holder 1) is performed, and comes into contact with a portion such as the paper end portion 40a generated by the cutting operation when an operation of cutting the toilet paper 40 being drawn out (an operation of pulling the toilet paper downward or the like of the holder 1) is performed or immediately after the cutting operation is performed.
