As another embodiment of the present invention, a membrane structure 43 having one and/or more pores is disposed thereon to form a channel three 431. In this embodiment, at least one pore is configured on the membrane structure 43, so as to block various particles and allow airflow to pass through, the pore is a channel three 431, and the channel three is communicated with the channel one 411 and the channel two 421 to form a drainage channel 44, so that the pore of the membrane structure 43 defines the drainage channel 44, thus, while the cover device has the functions of air permeation and liquid isolation, the assembly step between the pore and the cover device is omitted, the assembly of the product is more convenient, and the pore is configured on the membrane structure 43, thereby avoiding the risks of displacement, separation and the like of the pore relative to the cover device, and improving the reliability and stability of the product.
As another embodiment of the present invention, the membrane structure 43 covers the first channel 411 and/or the second channel 421 for blocking the flow of the liquid in the accommodating chamber. In this embodiment, the membrane structure 43 is disposed as one and covers the first channel 411, there is no gap between the membrane structure 43 and the first channel 411, so that the liquid in the accommodating chamber cannot flow into the first channel 411 from the side edge of the membrane structure 43, the circulation of the liquid is intercepted from all directions, and the airtightness and stability of the first channel 411 are ensured. Certainly, in some other embodiments, the film structure 43 may also cover the second channel 421, so that the liquid and the gas in the accommodating chamber may be more directly subjected to air permeation, liquid isolation, and pressure relief, and in other embodiments, a plurality of film structures 43 may also be provided to cover the first channel 411 and the second channel 421, that is, the air permeation and liquid isolation is performed for a plurality of times, thereby preventing the liquid from leaking, enhancing the liquid isolation, and improving safety and reliability. In other embodiments, the membrane structure 43 may also be located in the first channel 411 and/or the second channel 421, so that the third channel 431 and the first channel 411 and/or the second channel 421 are combined into a whole, and the functions of air permeation and liquid insulation of the membrane structure 43 are satisfied, and meanwhile, the structure is simplified, and the membrane structure 43 has a certain stabilizing effect, so that the load on the membrane structure 43 is reduced, and the risk of breakage and leakage of the membrane structure 43 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, as another embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit 23 includes a connection rod 231 and a blocking plate 232, wherein an upper end of the connection rod 231 is connected to the pressing unit 22, a lower end of the connection rod 231 is connected to the blocking plate 232, and the first pressure relief structure 41 is formed of a part and/or all of the blocking plate 232. The connecting rod 231 has the receiving and transmitting functions, and the blocking plate 232 can be used for blocking and/or penetrating liquid and gas in the accommodating chamber; in this embodiment, the connection rod 231 and the pressing unit 22 are detachably connected in a split manner, so as to facilitate installation and replacement during production or use, the connection rod 231 and the blocking plate 232 are integrally connected, so that the blocking plate 232 at the lower end is not easy to fall off and separate, and the transmission of the force is more direct, and the first pressure relief structure 41 is composed of all the blocking plates 232, so that the first pressure relief structure 41 has the functions of pressure relief and air exhaust on the one hand, and can play a role in blocking and/or penetrating through the second flow guide channel 52 on the other hand, so that the functions are integrated, and the structure is simplified. Of course, in other embodiments, the connection of the connection rod 231 with the pressing unit 22 and the blocking plate 232 may be an integral connection or a detachable and separate connection, and the first pressure relief structure 41 may be formed by a part of the blocking plate 232, and both functions described above. In addition, the driving unit 23 further includes a power accumulating part 233 and an elastic part 234, wherein the power accumulating part 233 is used for maintaining a certain elastic force during the driving process, and the elastic part 234 is mainly used for resetting and rebounding; the middle area of the connecting rod 231 is connected with the power storage part 233 and the elastic part 234, the periphery of the middle area is provided with a stopping part 2311, the stopping part 2311 can be connected with the cover body unit 21 to isolate the water in the accommodating chamber from entering, prevent the cover body unit 21 from rusting and damaging, the power storage part 233 is sleeved on the middle area of the connecting rod 231 and is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 231 to drive the connecting rod 231 to keep a certain resilience, the elastic part 234 surrounds the periphery of the connecting rod 231 and the top of the elastic part 234 is connected with the power storage part 233, resetting and/or buffering are realized, and the product damage caused by overlarge external impact force is avoided. In another embodiment, at least one through hole structure four 2321 is disposed on the blocking plate 232, and the first passage 411 is formed by the through hole structure four 2321, so that the through hole structure four 2321 has a function of guiding the flow of the external gas in the accommodating chamber, and in other embodiments, the through hole structure four 2321 may also be connected and/or installed with the external medium, for example, one or more structures are installed above and/or below the blocking plate 232, and the connection is performed through the through hole structure four 2321.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, as another embodiment of the present invention, the driving unit 23 includes a connecting rod 231 and a blocking plate 232, wherein an upper end of the connecting rod 231 is connected to the pressing unit 22, and a lower end of the connecting rod 231 is connected to the blocking plate 232, unlike the previous embodiment, the first pressure relief structure 41 is connected to a lower end of the blocking plate 232 and is provided with at least one first through hole structure 412, the first channel 411 of the first pressure relief structure 41 is formed by the first through hole structure 412, the blocking plate 232 is provided with at least one fourth through hole structure 2321, a fourth channel 2322 is formed, and the fourth channel 2322 on the blocking plate 232 is communicated with the first channel 411. In this embodiment, first pressure relief structure 41 and separation plate 232 are independent individuals, and both link to each other, make first pressure relief structure 41 mainly used pressure release, exhaust, separation plate 232 mainly used separation and/or link up and hold liquid, gas in the cavity, both functions and effects are different, installation, replacement when consequently being convenient for produce or use, or when first pressure relief structure 41 or separation plate 232 damage, do not influence the work between the mutual structure, have better practicality, first pressure relief structure 41 can be connected as an organic whole, detachable body coupling that divides with separation plate 232's connection. In addition, the first pressure release structure 41 is provided with at least one first through hole structure 412, the first through hole structure 412 forms a first channel 412, and therefore the first through hole structure 412 is mainly used for guiding and releasing the air inside and outside the chamber, and in addition, a fourth channel 2322 is formed on the fourth through hole structure 2321, and the fourth channel 2322 is communicated with the first channel 411, and therefore is mainly used for guiding and releasing the air inside and outside the chamber, and in some embodiments, the first through hole structure 412 and the fourth through hole structure 2321 can also be connected and/or installed with an external medium, for example, one or more structures are installed above and/or below the first pressure release structure 41 and the blocking plate 232, and the connection is achieved through the first through hole structure 412 and the fourth through hole structure 2321.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, as another embodiment of the present invention, the second pressure relief structure 42 is connected to the blocking plate 232 and/or the membrane structure 43, and drives the movement of the pressing unit 22, so that the pressing unit 22, the blocking plate 232 and the second pressure relief structure 42 move synchronously along the installation channel 201, and further, when the blocking plate 232 is in the open state, the first diversion channel 51 penetrates through the accommodating chamber and the outside, so as to divert the liquid and/or gas in the accommodating chamber; when the blocking plate 232 is in the closed state, the second flow guiding passage 52 penetrates through the accommodating chamber and the outside for guiding the gas in the accommodating chamber. In this embodiment, the second pressure relief structure 42 is connected to the blocking plate 232, and the blocking plate 232 is connected to the connecting rod 231, so that, in the actual process, the pressing unit 22 is driven, and the connecting rod 231 is also driven, so that the blocking plate 232 and the second pressure relief structure 42 are synchronously linked, and in the process, the blocking plate 232 moves downwards to separate the cover unit 21, or moves upwards to connect the cover unit 21. In other embodiments, where the second pressure relief structure 42 is associated with the membrane structure 43, or in other embodiments where the second pressure relief structure 42 is associated with the barrier plate 232 and the membrane structure 43, the pressing unit 22, the barrier plate 232 and the second pressure relief structure 42 all move synchronously along the mounting channel 201, all with the above-described function. In another embodiment, the second pressure relief structure 42 is provided with at least one second through hole structure 422, and the second channel 421 is formed by the second through hole structure 422, so that the second through hole structure 422 has a function of guiding the flow of the external gas in the accommodating chamber, and in other embodiments, the second through hole structure 422 may further be connected and/or installed with an external medium, for example, one or more structures are installed above and/or below the second pressure relief structure 42, and the connection is performed through the second through hole structure 422.
As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the lower end surface of the barrier plate 232 is provided with an inwardly depressed installation space 2303 for accommodating the membrane structure 43 and the second relief structure 42. In this embodiment, the lower end portion of the blocking plate 232 is recessed inwards to form an installation space 2303 with the circumferential wall surface, the installation space 2303 is set to be one, certainly, in some other embodiments, more installation spaces 2303 with separation and different functions are formed, the membrane structure 43 and the second pressure relief structure 42 are both located in the installation space 2303, on one hand, the installation space 2303 has a protection effect on the membrane structure 43 and the second pressure relief structure 42, damage to the membrane structure 43 and the second pressure relief structure 42 due to too large air pressure in the accommodating chamber is avoided, on the other hand, the structure is compact and stable, connection is tighter, and disengagement in the driving process is prevented. In some other embodiments, part or all of the membrane structure 43 may be located in the installation space 2303, or part or all of the second pressure relief structure may be located in the installation space 2303. In other embodiments, the second pressure relief structure 42 is recessed inwardly to form the mounting space 2303 for receiving the membrane structure 43 and/or the barrier plate 232 and/or the first pressure relief structure 41, which also have the above-described function.
As shown in fig. 10, as another embodiment of the present invention, the blocking plate 232 includes a blocking plate body 2301 and a position-limiting member 2302, wherein the lower end of the blocking plate body forms the installation space 2303, the position-limiting member 2302 is connected to the lower end of the blocking plate body 2301, and the position-limiting member 2302 and the outer peripheral edge of the blocking plate body 2301 form a position-limiting space 2304 for installing and/or positioning the second pressure relief structure 42. The blocking plate 232 may be an integral structure or a separate structure, in this embodiment, the blocking plate 232 is an integral structure, but includes two portions, namely, a blocking plate body 2301 and a limiting member 2302, the limiting member 2302 protrudes downward from the lower end surface of the blocking plate body 2301, and is fixedly connected to the lower end surface of the blocking plate body 2301, so that the structure is simple, the connection is stable, the limiting members may be multiple in some other embodiments, or the connection with the blocking plate body 2301 is a split detachable connection, and the installation and the replacement are convenient. In this embodiment, the limiting pieces 2302 and the outer periphery of the blocking plate body 2301 form a limiting space 2304, in other embodiments, the limiting space 2304 may also be formed by two adjacent limiting pieces 2302, and the limiting space 2304 is mainly used for accommodating the second pressure relief structure 42, so that the mounting effect is achieved, and the positioning and stabilizing effect is achieved on the other hand, so as to prevent the second pressure relief structure 42 and the blocking plate 232 from being connected and dislocated or separated.
As shown in fig. 10, as another embodiment of the present invention, the second pressure relief structure 42 includes a second pressure relief structure body 4211 and a mounting member 4212, wherein the second pressure relief structure body 4211 is located in the mounting space 2303 and connected to an upper end of the second pressure relief structure body 4211, and the mounting member 4212 is connected in the limiting space 2304, so that the second pressure relief structure 42 is fastened and fixed to the blocking plate 232. Second pressure release structure body 4211 can be integrative structure, also can be the components of a whole that can function independently structure, in this embodiment, second pressure release structure 42 is integrative structure, but including hindering these two parts of second pressure release structure body 4211 and installed part 4212, installed part 4212 is formed by the circumference wall of second pressure release structure body 42111, and installed part 4212 upwards stands out in second pressure release structure body 4211 upper end, the block is in spacing space 2304, in some other embodiments, installed part 4212 can be a plurality of by the formation of second pressure release structure body 4211 upper end, not only be convenient for install, the replacement, and block respectively in a plurality of spacing spaces 2304, thereby further firm structure. In addition, the top end of the mounting member 4212 is further provided with at least one protrusion 4213, the protrusion 4213 is embedded in the lower end of the barrier plate body 2312, in other embodiments, the protrusion 4213 may also be disposed at the side end of the mounting member 4212, and forms an interference fit with the limiting member 2302 and/or the side end of the barrier plate body 2301, so as to enhance the connection between the second pressure relief structure 42 and the barrier plate 232, and further stabilize the structure. In other embodiments, the connection between the second pressure relief structure 42 and the blocking plate 232 may also be implemented by a plurality of connection methods such as medium adhesion, clamping, magnetic connection, interference fit connection, and the like. In addition, the width of the film structure 43 is equivalent to that of the first pressure relief structure 41 and/or the second pressure relief structure 42 and/or the barrier plate 232, and in the embodiment, the film structure 43 is located in the installation space 2303 and is smaller than that of the barrier plate 232, so that the film structure 43 can sufficiently cover the first channel 411 and has good air permeability and liquid insulation.
As shown in fig. 11-13, as another embodiment of the present invention, a first diversion channel 51 and a second diversion channel 52 are disposed on the cover device 2, wherein the first diversion channel 51 is connected to the outside along the inner sidewall of the cover unit 21 and is formed with the accommodating chamber and/or the diversion channel 44, the second diversion channel 52 is formed by the first diversion channel 52 and the diversion channel 44, the pressing unit 22 is driven to move, the pressing unit 22, the blocking plate 232, the membrane structure 43 and the second pressure relief structure 42 move synchronously along the installation channel 201, and when the blocking plate 232 is in the open state, the first diversion channel 51 penetrates through the accommodating chamber and the outside for diversion of the liquid and/or gas in the accommodating chamber; when the blocking plate 232 is in the closed state, the second flow guide channel 52 penetrates through the accommodating chamber and the outside for guiding the flow of the gas in the accommodating chamber, so that a user does not need to unscrew the cover device 2, the two channels can be switched by driving the pressing unit 22 through force application, the device is suitable for different working states, the use is convenient, the second flow guide channel 52 is formed by penetrating the first flow guide channel 51 and the flow guide channel 44, therefore, inlets at the lower ends of the first flow guide channel 51 and the second flow guide channel 52 are different, but the final outlet is the same, so that the structure of the device is simplified, and of course, in some other embodiments, the first flow guide channel 51 and the second flow guide channel 52 can also be independent channels, and the first flow guide channel 51 and the second flow guide channel 52 are not penetrated, and the above functions are also achieved. This lid device is through being equipped with two kinds of passageways, and these two kinds of passageways have different drain and/or air guide function, compare in some current lids, set up a delivery port usually, and air guide and drain are all through this delivery port, that is to say, the user pours water from the heating container and is gone on through this delivery port, exhaust in the heating process also goes on through this delivery port, and in order to guarantee the pressure release nature in the heating process, this delivery port can not sealed, therefore the water in the container can be followed steam and spout from the delivery port usually, so on the one hand scald the user easily, on the other hand the delivery port is opened in the heating process, lead to heating efficiency lower, and do not have the heat preservation effect, the heating container is after boiling water, the user needs to set up the horse and pours water into the heat preservation kettle, the practicality is not strong. When a user needs to pour water for drinking, the cover device 2 is in an open state, and water and air are guided through the first flow guide channel 51; when heating is required, the cover device 2 is in the closed state, i.e. in the natural state, only gas is conducted through the second flow-guiding channels 52, but not water, so that in the cover device of the present invention, in different operating states, the liquid and/or gas in the receiving chamber 11 is conducted out of different channels, rather than gas and/or liquid in only one channel. Further, in the embodiment, the second diversion channel 52 is formed by communicating the first diversion channel 52 with the drainage channel 44, in the actual use process, a user applies force to the pressing unit 22 to open the cover device 2, at the moment, the first diversion channel 51 conducts water and air guiding, and compared with some covers with an uncovering direct-drinking structure, the cover needs to be opened to drink water, so that the cover is inconvenient to drink and is easy to lose, and the cover is inconvenient to use for children and old people with small strength. After drinking, force is applied to the pressing unit 22, the cover device 2 is closed, the first flow guide channel 52 is not sealed with the containing cavity at the moment and water cannot be discharged, part of the first flow guide channel 51 is communicated with the flow guide channel 44 to open the second flow guide channel 52, the second flow guide channel 52 intercepts liquid in the containing cavity and can guide air, the breathing, ventilation and waterproof functions are achieved, direct heating and water boiling can be conducted at the moment, the second flow guide channel 52 can be decompressed and exhausted, namely the cover is closed to boil water, therefore, the cover device is a sealed container and is carried outside for use, water cannot overflow, water cannot leak even though the water is poured, and in the heating process, steam in the containing cavity passes through the flow guide channel 44 and cannot be mixed with hot water to be sprayed outwards, and a good safety effect is achieved. Compare in some current lids and heating container, delivery port and pressure release mouth are same, for open structure, can not empty for the in-process of heating up water, only can keep flat on the desktop and use at home, just can pour into the thermo jug again after waiting to heat up water and carry the use, and the practicality is not strong. In addition, under the closure state at lid device 2, first water conservancy diversion passageway 51 does not link up with the external world mutually, and second water conservancy diversion passageway 52 is one-way pressure release, also does not leak, therefore has certain leakproofness, so not only improves heating efficiency, and has the heat preservation effect, through two kinds of passageway settings of lid device, satisfies user's different needs, and it is convenient, practical to use. Of course, in other embodiments, the cap device 2 is removably attached to the container body 1, so that the cap device 2 can be directly screwed on for drinking.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, as another embodiment of the present invention, the pressing structure 22 has a pressing interface, which is an upper end surface of the pressing structure 22 and is in contact with the outside, so that the pressing interface can be pressed by the hand of the user, and the lower end of the pressing structure 22 is connected to the connecting rod 231, and the pressing interface of the pressing structure 23 is pressed by applying a force to drive the movement of the connecting rod 231 to open and/or close the first diversion passage 51. In the present embodiment, the pressing structure 22 includes a first active member 221, a second active member 222 and a fixing base 223, wherein the first active member 221 can drive the second active member 222 under an external force. Further, the first driving member 221 is located in the fixed base 223, so that an external force can directly act on the first driving member 221, the first driving member 221 can perform longitudinal movement and rotation at a certain angle under the action of a pushing force, and a plurality of first driving teeth 251 are arranged on the first driving member 221; the second driving member 222 is located in the fixed base 223 and connected to the lower end of the first driving member 221, the second driving member 222 is provided with a plurality of second driving teeth 261 matched with the first driving teeth 251, and a receiving chamber 262 for connecting the connecting rod 231 is arranged in the middle of the second driving member 222, so that the first driving member 221 performs longitudinal movement and rotation under the condition of external acting force, and the first driving teeth 251 are thrust to extrude the second driving teeth 261 to perform longitudinal movement and rotation, thereby driving the connecting rod 231 to move. A driving chamber 2231 capable of accommodating the first driving part 221 and the second driving part 222 is arranged in the middle of the fixed base 223, and the driving chamber 2231 is a hollow structure; the upper part of the inner wall surface of the fixed base 223 is provided with a limiting protrusion 2232 for limiting the longitudinal movement and rotation of the second driving tooth 261, and the limiting protrusion 2232 is provided with a plurality of limiting channels 2233 opposite to the limiting protrusion 2332 for allowing the longitudinal movement and rotation of the second driving tooth 261. The fixing base 223 further includes a base plate 271 at the top connectable with the cover unit 21 for sealing the internal structure and preventing external dust from entering the cover device 2, which is more aesthetic and sanitary. Therefore, when the first driving member 221 is pressed, the first driving tooth 251 of the first driving member 221 moves downward and drives the second driving tooth 261 of the second driving member 222 to rotate in the fixed base 223, so that the second driving member 222 gradually presses the connecting rod 231 downward during the rotation process, and thus moves downward and longitudinally, and for this reason, the elastic member 234 is pressed by the energy storage member 233 to be in a compressed state, and in this process, the blocking plate 232 and the second pressure relief structure 42 at the lower end of the connecting rod 231 also move downward and away from the cover unit 21, and the first diversion channel 51 is opened. When the first driving member 221 is pressed, the first driving tooth 251 of the first driving member 221 moves downward and drives the second driving tooth 261 of the second driving member 222 to rotate in the fixed base 223, so that the second driving member 222 gradually moves upward and loosens the connecting rod 231 in the rotating process, and the elastic member 234 rebounds to push the power storage member 233 and the connecting rod 231 to move upward, in this process, the blocking plate 232 at the lower end of the connecting rod 231 and the second pressure relief structure 42 also move upward to cling to the cover unit 21, and the first flow guide channel 51 is closed.
As shown in fig. 16 to 20, as another embodiment of the present invention, the cover unit 21 includes a first cover structure 211 and a second cover structure 212, wherein the first cover structure 211 is movably connected with the connection rod 231, and the second cover structure 212 is connected around the outer circumferential surface of the first cover structure 211. In the present embodiment, an installation chamber 2111 with an upward opening is provided in the middle of the first cover structure 211, the installation chamber 2111 is surrounded by the circumferential wall surface of the first cover structure 211, a first partition 213 and a second partition 214 are provided in the installation chamber 2111, the first partition 213 and the second partition 214 are perpendicular to the bottom surface of the installation chamber 2111, wherein the second partition 214 is close to the center of the first cover structure 211, and the height of the first partition 213 is smaller than that of the second partition 214; the first partition 213 and the second partition 214 divide the mounting chamber 2111 into a first mounting cavity 2131 and a second mounting cavity 2141, wherein the first mounting cavity 2131 is formed by the circumferential wall surface of the first cover structure 211 being divided from the first partition 213, and the second mounting cavity 2141 is formed by the first partition 213 and the second partition 214 being divided. Claims (16)

1. A closure assembly for removable connection to a container body, said closure assembly comprising:
a cover unit provided with an installation channel;
a pressing unit for applying an external force;
the driving unit is connected with the lower end of the pressing unit, and the pressing unit and the driving unit are arranged in the installation channel;
the pressure relief unit is arranged below the driving unit and connected with the lower end of the driving unit, and is provided with a breathable liquid-proof membrane structure for accommodating the communication of air flow in the cavity and the outside and/or the pressure relief of air;
the pressing unit is driven to move, and the pressing unit, the driving unit and the pressure relief unit move synchronously along the installation channel.
2. The cover device of claim 1, wherein the pressure relief unit comprises:
the first pressure relief structure is provided with a first channel for guiding the flow of the air in and out of the cavity;
and/or the second pressure relief structure is provided with a second channel for guiding the air in the cavity and outside the cavity;
the membrane structure is arranged above and/or below the first pressure relief structure and the second pressure relief structure, and a third channel for containing the flow guide of the inner and outer gases of the cavity is arranged on the membrane structure;
the first channel, the second channel and the three phases of the channels are communicated to form a drainage channel for ventilating and isolating liquid.
3. The cover device of claim 2, wherein: the membrane structure is arranged into a membrane layer and/or a fabric with the functions of ventilation and liquid isolation, and the membrane structure is arranged on the first pressure relief structure and/or the second pressure relief structure through drying, melting, smearing, attaching or extruding.
4. A cover device according to claim 3, wherein: the membrane structure is provided with one or more pores which form the third channel.
5. The cover device of claim 4, wherein: the membrane structure covers the first channel and/or the second channel and is used for blocking the diversion of liquid in the accommodating chamber.
6. The cover device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the driving unit comprises:
the upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the pressing unit;
the blocking plate is connected with the lower end of the connecting rod;
the first pressure relief structure is formed by a part and/or all of the barrier plates.
7. The cover device of claim 6, wherein: the blocking plate is provided with at least one fourth through hole structure, and the first channel is formed by the fourth through hole structure.
8. The cover device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the driving unit comprises:
the upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the pressing unit;
the blocking plate is connected with the lower end of the connecting rod;
the first pressure relief structure is connected with the lower end of the barrier plate;
the first pressure relief structure is provided with at least one first through hole structure, and the first channel is formed by the first through hole structure;
the blocking plate is provided with at least one through hole structure IV, a channel IV is formed, and the channel IV is communicated with the channel I.

The cover device according to claim 6 or 8, wherein: the second pressure relief structure is connected with the barrier plate and/or the membrane structure, at least one through hole structure II is arranged on the second pressure relief structure, and the channel II is formed by the through hole structure II.

the heating element is arranged on the base and is electrically connected with an external power supply;
and/or an electric storage element for storing electric energy and/or supplying power to the heating element.
16. The heating vessel of claim 15, wherein the heating device is of unitary or separate construction from the heating vessel.
