A steam cooking vessel defining a cooking chamber therein, the steam cooking vessel further having an air inlet passage communicating with the cooking chamber, the air inlet passage having an inlet at the bottom of the steam cooking vessel and an outlet above the highest water level of the cooking chamber.
2. The steam cooking container of claim 1, wherein the air inlet passage is located at a middle portion in the cooking cavity, and the air inlet passage extends in a height direction of the cooking cavity.
3. The steam cooking container of claim 1, wherein the steam cooking container comprises:
a housing defining the cooking chamber therein, a bottom of the housing having a mounting opening;
one end of the air inlet valve is installed at the mounting opening, the other end of the air inlet valve extends into the cooking cavity, and the air inlet valve defines the air inlet channel.
4. Steam cooking container according to claim 3, wherein a seal is provided at the mounting opening, by means of which seal the air inlet valve and the housing are in sealing engagement.
5. Steam cooking container according to claim 3, characterized in that said air intake valve comprises:
one end of the inner cover is installed at the installation opening, the other end of the inner cover extends into the cooking cavity, and the inner cover limits the air inlet channel;
the outer cover is arranged in the cooking cavity and detachably sleeved on the outer side of the inner cover, a gap is formed between the outer cover and the inner cover, and the gap is communicated with the outlet of the air inlet channel and the cooking cavity.
