In this embodiment, the front end of the cover 120 can be fastened to the pot body 110 by a fastening structure. The lid 120 can be held in the closed position by snap-fitting when the lid 120 is closed onto the pot body 110. And when the cover body 120 needs to be opened, the clamping can be released, and the cover body 120 is separated from the pot body 110 and pivoted to the open position. The cover body 120 may be provided with at least one close-cover bumper 150. The cover closing buffer 150 can be disposed close to the snap structure of the cover 120. When the cover 120 is covered to the pot body 110, the cover closing buffer 150 abuts against the pot body 110 to eliminate noise generated by the contact between the cover 120 and the pot body 110.
In this embodiment, by means of the cover closing buffer 150, when the user presses/touches the key, the movement of the cover 120 toward the pot body 110 can be buffered, the acting force generated when the cover 120 contacts the pot body 110 is reduced or eliminated, the contact between the cover 120 and the pot body 110 is gentle, and hard touch between the cover 120 and the pot body 110 is avoided, so that the noise generated by the contact between the cover 120 and the pot body 110 can be eliminated, and the local damage caused by the collision between the cover 120 and the pot body 110 is avoided, thereby improving the use experience of the user.
The snap structure may include a snap 121 and a snap 111. As shown in fig. 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the cover 120 may be provided with a catch 121 extending downward. The hooks of the hooks 121 can face outward. The pot body 110 is provided with a catching position 111 corresponding to the catching button 121. When the cover 120 is closed to the pot body 110, the fastener 121 can be fastened to the fastening position 111. The hooks of the snap 111 may face inward. The catch 121 is located inside the catch 111 near the center of the cooking appliance 100. In this embodiment, the close-fitting buffer 150 can be provided close to the catch 121 of the lid body 120. In an embodiment not shown, the cover body may be provided with a snap location, and the pot body is correspondingly provided with a snap. In this embodiment, the cover closing buffer can be provided near the fastening position of the cover body.
The pot body 110 may be further provided with a receiving opening 113 and a pressing part 114, the receiving opening 113 being located at a top wall of the pot body 110 for receiving the button position 111. The catch 111 is movable within the receiving opening 113. The pressing portion 114 is rotatable about an axis. The fastening position 111 is located on the top of the pressing portion 114. When the pressing portion 114 is pressed toward the center of the pot body 110, the pressing portion 114 rotates around the axis, and at this time, the catch 121 can be separated from the catch 111, and the lid body 120 can be automatically opened by the biasing force.
The distance between the cover closing buffer 150 and the buckling structure of the cover body 120 is less than or equal to 10 cm. Specifically, the distance between the cap closing buffer 150 and the buckle 121 of the cap body 120 is less than or equal to 10cm, for example, the distance between the cap closing buffer 150 and the buckle 121 may be 3mm, 5mm, 1cm, 2cm, 3cm, 5cm, 8cm, 10cm, and the like. Therefore, the hard touch between the front end of the cover 120 and the cooker body 110 can be effectively avoided, and the effect of eliminating noise is better.
For example, in the illustrated embodiment, one cover closing buffer 150 may be provided and disposed at the front end of the cover body 120. The lid-closing bumper 150 may be located at a snap structure of the lid body 120, specifically, outside of the snap 121 away from the center of the cooking appliance 100. That is, the close-cover bumper 150 is closer to the outer edge of the cover body 120 than the catch 121. Thus, on the one hand, the lid closing buffer 150 can be closer to the outer edge of the lid body 120, effectively reducing or eliminating the force generated when the outer edge of the lid body 120 contacts the pot body 110; on the other hand, the cover closing buffer 150 can be easily disposed at a position not to obstruct the separation of the catching position 111 and the catching 121, making the structural arrangement between the cover body 120 and the pot body 110 more reasonable.
The pot body 110 may be provided with a buffering stage 112. The buffer 112 protrudes upward from the upper peripheral surface F1 of the pot body 110, and the upper peripheral surface F1 faces upward and is a part of the upper surface of the pot body 110 near the periphery thereof. The buffer table 112 is located outside the receiving opening 113. The close-cover cushion 150 abuts on the upper surface of the cushion base 112. The catch 111 is located outside the bumper 112 away from the center of the cooking appliance 100. That is, the buffering table 112 is closer to the outer edge of the pot body 110 with respect to the catching place 111. The buffer table 112 may be constructed integrally with the pot body 110. Generally, the rim of the inner pot is higher than the upper surface of the pot body 110, and in order to avoid the lower surface of the cover body 120 from touching the rim when the cover body 120 is covered to the pot body 110, the lower surface of the cover body 120 is usually higher than the rim of the inner pot. By arranging the buffer table 112 protruding upwards, the size of the cover closing buffer 150 protruding out of the lower surface of the cover body 120 can be designed to be smaller, so that the structure of the cover closing buffer 150 can be simplified on one hand, and the production and the manufacture are convenient; on the other hand, when the cover body 120 is opened, the shape of the cover body 120 is kept neat and beautiful, and the observation discomfort of a user is reduced.
The cover 120 may be provided with a support wall 122 extending in a horizontal direction. As shown in fig. 3, the support wall 122 may be provided with a mounting hole 123, and the close-cover buffer 150 can be located in the mounting hole 123. The capping cushion 150 may be inserted into the mounting hole 123 so that the capping cushion 150 is mounted to the cap body 120, whereby the assembling operation of the capping cushion 150 is simple and easy to perform, and the assembling efficiency of the cap body 120 is improved.
The cover 120 may also be provided with a downwardly extending peripheral wall 124. The peripheral wall 124 is located at the periphery of the cover 120 and extends along the periphery of the cover 120 to form a substantially circular wall. The peripheral wall 124 is located outside the support wall 122 away from the center of the cooking appliance 100. The circumferential wall 124 is connected to the support wall 122, the circumferential wall 124 being formed integrally with the support wall 122. The peripheral wall 124 can protrude from the support wall 122. The lid closing buffer 150 and the buffer table 112 can be shielded by the peripheral wall 124, so that the lid closing buffer 150 and the buffer table 112 are not exposed when the lid 120 is closed to the pot body 110.
Referring back to fig. 2, when the lid 120 is closed to the pot body 110, the minimum distance between the peripheral wall 124 and the upper peripheral surface F1 of the pot body 110 is D1, and the minimum distance between the supporting wall 122 and the upper surface of the buffer table 112 is D2, wherein D1< D2. The amount of deformation of the lid closing buffer 150 in the vertical direction can satisfy that the peripheral wall 124 moves to contact with the pot body 110, in which case the gap between the peripheral wall 124 and the upper peripheral surface F1 of the pot body 110 is always small, and does not affect the overall external shape of the cooking appliance 100.
The close-cover buffer 150 may be made of an elastic material. For example, the resilient material may be silicone or other suitable material. As shown in fig. 4, the capping buffer 150 may include a capping buffer body 151 and a deformation portion 152 connected to a bottom of the capping buffer body 151. The close-cover cushion body 151 can be located in the mounting hole 123. The radial dimension L1 of the close-cover bumper body 151 is equal to or slightly smaller than the bore diameter of the mounting hole 123. The deformation portion 152 is located below the lower surface of the cover 120, specifically, the lower surface of the support wall 122. The deformation part 152 may have a flange inclined downward with respect to the close-cover buffer main body 151. Through setting up the hem, can improve the deformability of deformation portion 152, make the close and cover bolster 150 can play better buffering effect.
In the illustrated embodiment, the deformation part 152 includes a first folding edge 153a and a second folding edge 153b connected to the first folding edge 153 a. The first folding edge 153a is inclined obliquely downward from the bottom of the cover closing cushion body 151, and the inclined direction of the first folding edge 153a faces away from the axial center line of the cover closing cushion body 151. The second flange 153b is inclined obliquely downward from the bottom of the first flange 153a, and the inclination direction of the second flange 153b is toward the axial center line of the cover closing cushion body 151. The deformation portion 152 is configured to be symmetrical with respect to the axial center line. In one example, the first folding edge 153a has a substantially conical shape, the second folding edge 153b has a reverse tapered shape having an opening at the bottom,
the close-cover buffer 150 may further include a fixing portion 154. The fixing portion 154 is located above the deformation portion 152 and spaced apart from the deformation portion 152. The fixing portion 154 may protrude from a side surface of the close-cover cushion body 151. A part of the cover 120 can be sandwiched between the fixing portion 154 and the deformable portion 152, and specifically, the support wall 122 of the cover 120 can be sandwiched between the fixing portion 154 and the deformable portion 152. The fixing portion 154 abuts against the upper surface of the support wall 122, and the deforming portion 152 abuts against the lower surface of the support wall 122. Thus, the cover closing buffer 150 can be securely and reliably attached to the cover body 120 by the fixing portion 154 and the deforming portion 152, the cover closing buffer 150 does not move up and down with respect to the cover body 120, and the cover closing buffer 150 is simple in structure and easy to manufacture.
The fixing portion 154 may be provided with an inclined guide surface F2 with the guide surface F2 facing upward. By means of the guide surface F2, the close-cover cushion 150 can be easily inserted into the mounting hole 123, and during the insertion into the mounting hole 123, the fixing portion 154 is elastically deformed by being pressed by the hole wall of the mounting hole 123, so that the fixing portion 154 passes through the mounting hole 123.
The close-buffered 150 can also include a stem portion 155. The rod portion 155 is located above the fixing portion 154 and connected to the fixing portion 154. The radial dimension L2 of the rod portion 155 is smaller than the radial dimension L1 of the close-cover bumper body 151, so that the radial dimension L2 of the rod portion 155 can be smaller than the bore diameter of the mounting hole 123. Thereby, the rod portion 155 can be quickly aligned with the mounting hole 123 and pass through the mounting hole 123, which enables the capping cushion 150 to be quickly inserted into the mounting hole 123 by means of the rod portion 155, the assembling operation of the capping cushion 150 is easily performed, and the assembling efficiency of the cap body 120 is improved.
In the illustrated embodiment, one cover closing buffer 150 is provided. The close-fitting cushion 150 can be located on a center line of the cover body 120 extending in the front-rear direction. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 5, there is one buffer table 112, which is located on the central line extending in the front-back direction of the pot body 110, specifically, symmetrically with respect to the central line extending in the front-back direction of the pot body 110. In an embodiment not shown, the close-up bumper 150 may be provided in two or more, and the two or more close-up bumpers 150 are symmetrical with respect to a center line of the cover body 120 extending in the front-rear direction. Correspondingly, one or more buffer tables 112 may be provided, and the buffer tables 112 are symmetrical with respect to a center line extending in the front-rear direction of the pot body 110. Therefore, the buffering force provided by the cover closing buffer 150 to the cover 120 can keep the cover 120 balanced and not inclined, so that noise generated when the front end of the cover 120 is inclined to touch the cooker body 110 when a user presses/touches a key is avoided.
Fig. 6 illustrates another embodiment of a close-over bumper. In this embodiment, the deformation portion of the close-cover cushion 250 includes only the folded edge connected to the bottom of the close-cover cushion body, i.e., the first folded edge 153a, and does not include the second folded edge 153 b. The deformation part is approximately conical. Of course, the structure of the deformation portion is not limited to the embodiment shown in fig. 3 and 6, and may be arbitrarily set as needed.
