In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a packing box 100 according to an embodiment of the present application, wherein the packing box 100 is in a transport storage state after packing. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the pack 100 includes a body 110, a roof 120, and an extension 130. The package 100 may be used to contain a liquid such as milk. In the following description of the present application, the package 100 is illustrated as being used for containing milk. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the package 100 may also be used to contain other liquids such as beverages, water, etc., and is not limited to milk.
Specifically, the body 110 is formed with a space for containing liquid, and one end of the body 110 is provided with an opening. For example, in the example of fig. 1 and 2, the body 110 is substantially a rectangular parallelepiped structure. The side surfaces and the bottom surface of the body 110 may be closed surfaces, and the top of the body 110 is open to form the opening, so that liquid, such as milk, may enter the space in the body 110 through the opening or flow out from the space in the body 110. Of course, the body 110 may be formed in other shapes such as a cylindrical structure, etc., which is not limited in this application.
The roof 120 is connected to the edge of the opening and extends in a direction away from the body 110, and forms a communication port at an end away from the body 110. Illustratively, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the roof portion 120 and the body 110 are integrally formed in a structure similar to a "house". Wherein, the roof part 120 is roof-shaped, the roof part 120 may include two slopes 121 opposite to each other, the two slopes 121 are respectively connected to two edges of the opening opposite to each other, and a distance between the two slopes 121 is gradually decreased in a direction away from the body 110. A communication port may be formed at the top end of the roof portion 120, and the communication port communicates with the opening port.
The extension part 130 includes a pouring part 131, the pouring part 131 is connected with an edge of the communication port and extends toward a direction away from the body 110, the pouring part 131 is formed with a pouring channel 1311 in communication with the communication port, a closed edge is formed around the periphery of the pouring channel 1311 of the pouring part 131, and the liquid contained in the packing box 100 can flow out through the pouring channel 1311 with at least a portion of the closed edge removed.
In the process of packaging liquid such as milk by the package 100, the milk is first contained in the body 110, and then the periphery of the pouring channel 1311 is closed, so that a closed space can be formed in the package 100, and on one hand, the sealing performance of the package 100 can be ensured, and the milk is prevented from spilling during transportation; on the other hand, the milk can be effectively prevented from being deteriorated due to the contact with the outside air, and the freshness of the milk when being drunk is ensured.
When the user desires to drink the milk, at least a portion of the closed edge may be removed, and then the package 100 may be tilted such that the milk in the body 110 flows into the roof 120 through the opening, flows through the roof 120, flows into the pouring portion 131 through the communication port, and finally flows out from the removed end of the closed edge along the pouring channel 1311.
According to packing carton 100 of this application embodiment, can empty the liquid that holds in the body 110 through empting passageway 1311, compare with current packing carton 100, empty passageway 1311 and can play better guide effect to the outflow of liquid, make large capacity packing carton 100 also can conveniently empty liquid under the condition that need not to set up the lid, when effectively avoiding empting the in-process liquid and spilling, make packing carton 100's production technology simpler to can effectively reduce packaging cost.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2-5, the extension portion 130 is flat, and a bending line 140 is disposed between the extension portion 130 and the roof portion 120, so that the extension portion 130 is bent along the bending line 140 and attached to the inclined surface 121 of the roof portion 120. For example, after the package 100 is formed, the extension portion 130 may be bent along the bending line 140 manually or by a device, so that one side surface of the extension portion 130 may be attached to one of the two inclined surfaces 121. Here, "flat" may be understood as a flat and thin shape, that is, the thickness of the extension 130 is much smaller than the width and length of the extension 130.
Accordingly, since the extension portion 130 is flat, the extension portion 130 has a small thickness, and can be more favorably attached to the inclined surface 121 of the roof portion 120, thereby preventing separation from the roof portion 120 during transportation, and further stabilizing the structure of the package box 100. Moreover, by attaching the extension 130 to the inclined surface 121 of the roof 120, the space occupied by the extension 130 in the height direction of the package 100 can be greatly reduced, so that the entire package 100 is more compact in structure and convenient to transport. In addition, the extension 130 thus provided may be formed as an integral structure with the roof 120, and the closed edge of the pouring portion 131 may be fixed to the roof 120, so that it is possible to effectively prevent liquid such as milk from being spilled due to the closed edge being torn by mistake, and the reliability is higher.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the extension 130 further includes a protection wall 132 located at both sides of the dumping portion 131, and the protection wall 132 extends toward both sides along a plane where the dumping portion 131 is located and is flush with the side edge 122 of the roof portion 120. For example, in the example of fig. 3, the protection wall 132 is connected to the outer periphery of the closed edge, and both ends of the protection wall 132 extend to be flush with the side edges 122 of the inclined surface 121, respectively. When a user desires to drink a liquid such as milk, it is first necessary to separate the extension 130 from the slope 121, as shown in fig. 3, and then to tear the protection wall 132 from the edge of the protection wall 132, after tearing to the junction of the protection wall 132 and the closed edge, the closed edge may be removed to expose the pouring channel 1311, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, to effect pouring of the liquid.
Thus, the protection wall 132 can effectively protect the tilting portion 131, the user can remove the sealing edge after tearing the protection wall 132, and the liquid spilling caused by the sealing edge damaged by the misoperation of the user is avoided, so that the structural reliability of the packaging box 100 can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, at least one easy-tear line 133 is provided on the protective wall 132, the easy-tear line 133 includes a first sub-line 1331, the first sub-line 1331 extends from one side of the protective wall 132 to the pouring part 131, and the first sub-line 1331 is configured to expose the pouring channel 1311 after the pouring part 131 is torn along the first sub-line 1331. In this way, the protective wall 132 can be torn directly along the first sub-line 1331, so that the closed edge at the periphery of the pouring section 131 can be removed more easily, the pouring channel 1311 can be opened conveniently, the pouring of the liquid can be realized, and the edge of the extended section 130 after being torn can be flatter.
In one example, the pouring part 131 may be formed in a long bar shape structure, and the first sub line 1331 is positioned at one side in the width direction of the pouring part 131. When it is desired to pour the liquid in the body 110, it may be torn along the first sub-line 1331 from one side of the protective wall 132 to the long side of the pouring section 131, thereby removing the closed edge at the periphery of the pouring section 131, leaving the pouring channel 1311 exposed and pouring the liquid through the pouring channel 1311.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the tear line 133 further comprises a second sub line 1332, the second sub line 1332 being located in the extending direction of the first sub line 1331 and on the other side of the pouring part 131, the tear line 133 being configured to expose the pouring channel 1311 after tearing the pouring part 131 along the tear line 133.
Exemplarily, in conjunction with fig. 3, the first sub-line 1331 and the second sub-line 1332 are respectively located at both sides of the pouring section 131 in the width direction. When it is desired to pour the liquid, the protective wall 132 may be torn along the first sub line 1331 from the side where the first sub line 1331 is located, and after tearing the pouring part 131, the end of the entire extension 130 away from the roof 120 may be removed along the second sub line 1332; alternatively, the protective wall 132 is torn along the second sub line 1332 from the side where the second sub line 1332 is located, and after the pouring section 131 is torn, the end of the entire extension 130 away from the roof section 120 is removed along the first sub line 1331. Therefore, by arranging the second sub-line 1332, the pouring part 131 can be torn from any side of the protective wall 132 along the extending direction of the easy-tearing line 133, the operation is more convenient, the end, far away from the body 110, of the extending part 130 can be removed along the first sub-line 1331 and the second sub-line 1332 in a more labor-saving manner, and liquid is prevented from flowing out along the edge of the protective wall 132 in the pouring process.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the number of the easy-tear lines 133 is at least two, two easy-tear lines 133 are parallel to each other, the easy-tear strip 134 is formed between two adjacent easy-tear lines 133, and the pouring channel 1311 is exposed in a case where the easy-tear strip 134 is torn off along the easy-tear lines 133.
For example, two tear lines 133 are shown in the example of fig. 2 and 3, both tear lines 133 being parallel to bend line 140, each tear line 133 including a first sub-line 1331 and a second sub-line 1332. When the liquid needs to be poured, one end of the easy-tear strip 134 between the two easy-tear lines 133 can be held, and the easy-tear strip 134 is torn off along the extending direction of the easy-tear lines 133, so that the pouring channel 1311 is opened. From this, can realize empting of liquid through tearing off easy tear strip 134, compare in setting up an easy tear line 133 and compare, make the getting rid of seal edge more laborsaving, and can further guarantee the planarization at the extension edge after tearing.
Two tear lines 133 are shown in fig. 2 and 3 for illustrative purposes, but it will be apparent to one of ordinary skill after reading the disclosure herein that the disclosure applies to other numbers of tear lines 133 and falls within the scope of the disclosure.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, after the extension 130 is attached to the sloped surface 121 of the roof portion 120, the free end of the extension 130 is flush with the open edge. Here, it should be noted that "the free end of the extension 130" may be understood as an end of the extension 130 away from the bending line 140.
Illustratively, the length of the extension 130 may be equal to the length of the slope 121, and the width of the extension 130 may be equal to the width of the slope 121. The end of the roof 120 connected to the body 110 is a connecting end, and when the extending portion 130 is attached to the inclined surface 121, the free end of the extending portion 130 is flush with the connecting end of the roof 120. With such an arrangement, when liquid needs to be poured, the free end of the extension portion 130 can be more conveniently held to separate the extension portion 130 from the roof portion 120, so that the problem that the operation difficulty is increased due to the fact that the free end of the extension portion 130 is located in the middle of the roof portion 120 is avoided, the integrity of the packaging box 100 can be improved, and the packaging box 100 is more attractive in appearance.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the dumping portion 131 may be located in the middle of the roof portion 120. It should be noted that the "middle portion of the roof portion 120" in this application refers to the portion of the roof portion 120 between the two side edges 122, and is not limited to the center of the roof portion 120. Since the side edge 122 of the roof portion 120 may contact with the transportation vehicle or other objects such as other packing boxes during transportation, by disposing the pouring portion 131 in the middle of the roof portion 120, the closed edge of the periphery of the pouring portion 131 can be prevented from being damaged by contact with the transportation vehicle or other objects, so that the liquid in the packing box 100 can be effectively prevented from being spilled.
Alternatively, the length of the pourer 131 may be less than the length of the side 122 of the roof 120. Here, the length of the pouring section 131 refers to the dimension of the pouring section 131 in the extending direction of the side edge 122. In this way, the pouring portion 131 can be prevented from extending beyond the roof portion 120 after being attached to the inclined surface 121 of the roof portion 120, so that the sealing edge of the periphery of the pouring portion 131 can be prevented from being damaged due to contact with a transportation vehicle or other objects, and the reliability of the packing box 100 can be further improved.
In another embodiment, the closure edge is provided with a tear-off opening. For example, the tear opening may be formed by the closed edge being inwardly concave. Like this, the structure of packing carton 100 is simpler, when guaranteeing to tear empting portion 131 more easily through easily tearing the mouth, the size of easily tearing the mouth is less relatively, and it is more convenient to process, and can avoid destroying the integrality of empting portion 131, avoids tearing empting portion 131 because of the maloperation.
In one embodiment, in conjunction with fig. 3, the extension 130, the roof portion 120, and the body 110 may be a unitary structure. For example, the extension 130 may be an extension of the roof 120 during manufacture. One portion of the extension 130 may be pressed into a unitary structure by the device to form the protective wall 132, and the other portion of the extension 130 is the pouring section 131, and the pouring section 131 defines a pouring channel 1311 therein. Therefore, the whole packaging box 100 is of an integral structure, the sealing performance of the packaging box 100 can be guaranteed, liquid is effectively prevented from leaking through the extending part 130 and the roof part 120 or the connecting part between the body 110 and the roof part 120, and the forming mode of the packaging box 100 can be simpler.
Illustratively, the package may be a sheet-like paper-like material, which is easily formed and easily torn by the user. It will be appreciated that the package is intended to contain a liquid and therefore the inside of the package may be provided with a water barrier.
Other configurations of the package 100 of the above embodiments may be adopted by those skilled in the art, which will not be described in detail herein.
