Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a cap body 100 according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 shows a schematic bottom view of the cap body 100 according to the embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the present application provides a container cap including a cap body 100 and a sealing member as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
The cap body 100 has a first opening 101 and a receiving recess 102 extending in a direction away from the first opening 101, the receiving recess 102 being for containing contents; one end of the receiving groove 102 near the first opening 101 forms a second opening 103, and the caliber of the second opening 103 is smaller than that of the first opening 101.
The closure member removably covers the second opening 103 to seal the receiving recess 102.
The container lid in the embodiment of the present application is used to cover the opening of the container body to seal the container body. The first opening 101 of the cap body 100 in the embodiment of the present application is adapted to the opening of the container body so that the container cap can cover the opening of the container body. The container body may be made of any material, such as plastic, paper, metal, or glass. The material of the container body covered by the container lid is not limited in the embodiments of the present application. In the case where the sealing member covers the second opening 103 to complete the sealing of the receiving groove 102, the container cover is attached to the container body to cover the opening of the container body, thereby achieving the sealing of the container body. In the packaged product having the container cap according to the embodiment of the present application, one content may be contained in the container body, and the receiving groove 102 in the container cap may contain another content, so as to satisfy the diversified demands of the market.
In one example, the contents contained in the container body may be a liquid, and the contents contained in the container cap may be a solid.

In another example, in applications where less contents need to be contained within the container lid, the receiving recess 102 needs to be smaller and the radial dimension of the boss 104 can be 10 mm.
In a specific example, in the case where the contents to be contained in the container lid are white sugar, cream, or tea, a smaller-volume containing groove 102 may be provided. The shape of the receiving groove 102 may be any shape, for example, the receiving groove 102 may be cylindrical. The shape of the receiving groove 102 is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In one example, the first opening 101 and the second opening 103 are coaxial and have the same shape, for example, the first opening 101 is circular, and the second opening 103 is circular coaxial with the first opening 101, and the difference in radius is the radial dimension of the boss 104. For another example, the first opening 101 is square, the second opening 103 is coaxial with the first opening 101, the aspect ratio is the same as that of the first opening 101, and the radial dimension of the boss 104 is a length difference or a width difference of 1/2. It is understood that a structure in which the shapes of the first opening 101 and the second opening 103 are different is also within the scope of the embodiments of the present application. For example, the first opening 101 is a prototype, the second opening 103 is a square, and the radial dimension of the prototype may refer to the dimension of the position where the first opening 101 and the second opening 103 are closest to each other.
In an example, the second opening 103 may be a small opening on a sidewall of the receiving groove 102 close to the first opening 101, and it is only necessary to allow the contents in the receiving groove 102 to be poured out through the second opening 103. In this example, the radial dimension of the boss 104 may be larger.
In one embodiment, a closure portion for closing the opening of the container body is formed between the first opening 101 and the boss 104; the covering portion extends from the axial direction of the first opening 101 to the boss 104. The cover part is clamped or buckled with the container body, so that the container cover can firmly cover the container body and can be conveniently opened. The cover part is arranged between the first opening 101 and the boss 104, and the sealing performance of the accommodating groove 102 cannot be influenced when the cover part is fastened or clamped with the opening of the container body.
In one embodiment, a plurality of snaps 105 are provided along the circumference of the closure to snap the closure into engagement with the opening of the container body to seal the opening of the container body. The locking member 105 is located on the inner wall of the covering portion to lock the container lid from the outside to the inside to cover the opening of the container body. In the embodiment of the present application, by providing the outer diameter of the cap body 100 to gradually decrease in a direction away from the first opening 101, a plurality of cap bodies 100 can be stacked, and the cap body 100 can be easily handled or transported. The plurality of protrusions 106 are arranged so that the plurality of cap bodies 100 can be stacked on the plurality of protrusions 106, and the plurality of cap bodies 100 can be prevented from being jammed and difficult to pull out when stacked. In one example, the inner and outer diameters of the cap body 100 are correspondingly tapered in a direction away from the first opening 101 to further facilitate stacking of the cap body 100.
In one embodiment, an end of the cap body 100 away from the first opening 101 is provided with an inner concave portion 107, the inner concave portion 107 is concave toward the first opening 101, and an outer edge of the inner concave portion 107 is horizontally disposed. In one example, the end of the cap body 100 away from the first opening 101 may be a top end in a case where the cap body 100 covers the opening of the container body. When the container lid opens the opening of the container body, after the contents in the receiving groove 102 are poured out, the other contents may be poured into the lid body 100, and the lid body 100 may be used as the container body. The container body has an opening; the container cover is buckled with the opening of the container main body through the first opening of the cover body. The container body can contain contents through the opening of the container body, and the container cover is buckled with the opening of the container body through the first opening of the cover body so as to cover the opening of the container body and hermetically preserve the contents contained in the container body. The manner in which the container lid covers the opening of the container body may be any existing or future manner of covering, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the opening of the container body is provided with an annular engagement surface which abuts an end surface of the boss in a state where the first opening of the cap body is fastened to the opening of the container body. The opening part of the container main body is provided with the annular joint surface, so that the cover body can cover the opening of the container main body in a mode of fitting the annular joint surface, and the sealing performance of the container is improved. In the case where the requirement for sealing performance is not high, the bonding may not be required, or the annular joint surface may not be provided.
