5. The diaper of claim 4, further comprising a protective layer having a second orifice adapted to the first orifice.
6. The diaper of claim 4, wherein the water absorbent layer is disposed under the isolation layer.
7. The diaper of claim 1, wherein the first and second conductive members each have a recess for folding.
8. The diaper of claim 7, wherein the first and second conductive members are conductive cloths.
9. The diaper of claim 1, wherein the groove floor area is less than the opening area.
10. The diaper of claim 1, wherein the diaper body is further provided with a disposal bag adapted to protect the alarm.
