Further preferably, when the proximal end of the metal cartridge portion 32 is received in the placing groove 37, the upper plane of the bottom plate of the metal cartridge portion 32 is lower than the upper plane of the bottom plate of the plastic cartridge portion 31, the inner plane of the left side wall of the metal cartridge portion 32 is lower than the inner plane of the left side wall of the plastic cartridge portion 31, and the inner plane of the right side wall of the metal cartridge portion 32 is lower than the inner plane of the right side wall of the plastic cartridge portion 31.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the top end of the left side wall of the plastic bin clamping portion 31 is provided with more than one limiting groove 34 along the feeding and clamping direction, and the top end of the right side wall of the plastic bin clamping portion 31 is provided with more than one limiting groove 34 along the feeding and clamping direction; the clamping device further comprises a clamping piece 4 for pushing the ligation clamp, more than one limiting piece 412 is arranged at the left side end of the clamping piece body 41, more than one limiting piece 412 is arranged at the right side end of the clamping piece body 41, and when the clamping piece 4 pushes the ligation clamp, the limiting pieces 412 are accommodated in the limiting grooves 34. The stability of the pushing process of the clamping piece is ensured.
Preferably, a protrusion 35 extending to the outside of the cartridge is provided below the bottom plate of the plastic cartridge portion 31. In this way, after the plastic cartridge part 31 is installed in the sleeve (not shown in the drawing), the protrusion 35 can fill the space below the bottom plate of the plastic cartridge part 31, and prevent the cartridge from shaking in the sleeve.

In the process of clamping and conveying the ligation clamp to the jaw opening, as the two clamping arms of the ligation clamp are in the shape of an arc protruding towards the same direction, the closed tail of the ligation clamp stored in the clamping bin is often deviated to one side wall of the clamping bin (in the embodiment, the right side wall of the metal clamping bin part and the right side wall of the plastic clamping bin part), so that the head of the clamping piece is not pushed to abut against the closed tail of the ligation clamp to be clamped to complete clamp conveying, and the clamp conveying fails; 3. when the ligation clamp is fed into the clamp, the ligation clamp is conveyed to the jaw, and the ligation clamp swings upwards due to the allowance space between the ligation clamp and the top plate of the clamp bin, so that the ligation clamp is not conveyed to the jaw, and the conveying clamp is unstable.

As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, a boss is disposed in the middle of the plastic clamping bin bottom plate in the left-right direction along the feeding and clamping direction, the boss is a first feeding and clamping boss 36, the feeding end of the first feeding and clamping boss 36 is located at the proximal end of the plastic clamping bin bottom plate, the discharging end of the first feeding and clamping boss 36 is located at the distal end of the plastic clamping bin bottom plate, and the discharging end of the first feeding and clamping boss 36 is located at the proximal side of the placing groove 37. Therefore, the effect of the first clip conveying lug boss improves the stability of most ligation clips in the plastic clip bin part in the process of pushing the ligation clips to the far end.
Further, the first clip boss 36 is integrally formed with the plastic clip compartment bottom plate. Thus facilitating the process. Further, the fastening table 318 is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate of the plastic clip bin portion 31 in the left-right direction, the top end plane of the fastening table 318 is coplanar with the top end plane of the first clip feeding boss 36, and when the ligation clip is fed along the fastening table 318, the top of the fastening table 318 gradually supports the closed tail portion of the ligation clip, so that the plane where the closed tail portion of the ligation clip is located is finally parallel to the plane of the bottom plate of the clip bin. So, detain the platform and play the buckle effect simultaneously, can also prop up and send the afterbody of the ligature clamp of pressing from both sides along detaining the platform, further guarantee to send the stability of pressing from both sides.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 7, in this embodiment, the at least one boss disposed on the bottom plate of the metal clamping bin portion includes a clamp-in boss 322 (a boss entering into the jaw), a clamp-in end of the clamp-in boss 322 is located on the bottom plate of the metal clamping bin portion, and a clamp-out end of the clamp-in boss 322 is located at a far end of the bottom plate of the metal clamping bin portion and extends out of the bottom plate of the metal clamping bin portion. Along the direction towards the far end, the top surface of the clamp inlet end is inclined and extends to be a plane in the direction far away from the bottom plate of the metal clamp bin part so as to smoothly guide the tail part of the ligation clamp 13 to be clamped to rise and not clamp the ligation clamp 13 to be clamped. Of course, the top surface of the clamping end can be an arc surface in other embodiments. The top surface of the clip outlet end is a plane parallel to the bottom plate of the metal clip bin part. The top surface of the part between the clamping inlet end and the clamping outlet end is a plane and is flush with the top surface of the clamping outlet end.
In the process that the to-be-inserted ligation clamp 13 enters the jaw, the head of the clip needs to be pushed to abut against the closed tail of the to-be-inserted ligation clamp 13 to push the to-be-inserted ligation clamp 13 to enter the jaw 9, the to-be-inserted clamp boss 322 is arranged, in the process of clip feeding, the to-be-inserted clamp boss 322 can prop up the tail of the to-be-inserted ligation clamp 13 to avoid the to-be-inserted ligation clamp 13 from swinging up and down, the head of the clip is pushed to act on the closed tail of the to-be-inserted ligation clamp 13 well, and clip feeding is stable; meanwhile, the clamping end of the clamp-in lug boss 322 extends out of the bottom plate of the metal clamping bin part, so that the clamp can be clamped into the jaw 9 better and stably. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the clip outlet end of the clip-in boss may be flush with the distal end of the metal clip bin bottom plate.
Thus, in this embodiment, during clip feeding, the closed tail of the clip 13 to be inserted into the clip is supported by the clip inserting end of the clip inserting boss 322, and is held in a horizontal posture by the portion between the clip inserting end and the clip ejecting end. In this embodiment, the clamping outlet end of the clamp boss 322 is a cantilever structure, but the utility model is not limited thereto, and the clamping outlet end of the clamp boss 322 can be connected with the bottom plate of the cartridge through a connecting member.
Further, the clamp-in boss 322 is a boss protruding toward the inside of the metal cartridge part. Thus facilitating the process.
Preferably, the metal clamping bin part further comprises a metal clamping bin part top plate, the metal clamping bin part top plate is located at the far end of the metal clamping bin part, and two side portions of the metal clamping bin part top plate are respectively connected with two side walls of the metal clamping bin part. The middle part of the top plate of the metal clamping bin part in the left-right direction is provided with a first elastic pressing sheet 323 which tilts towards the inside of the clamping bin along the clamping feeding direction, and the first elastic pressing sheet 323 is arranged corresponding to the clamping inlet end of the clamp inlet boss 322. In the clip feeding process, the closed tail of the ligation clip 13 to be inserted is supported by the clip inserting end of the clip inserting boss 322, and simultaneously, the ligation clip body of the ligation clip 13 to be inserted is pressed by the bottom of the first elastic pressing piece 323. The first elastic pressing piece is used for pressing the clamp to be clamped inside the clamp bin, and the clamp to be clamped is guaranteed to be stably clamped and conveyed to the clamp mouth.
The first elastic pressing piece 323 comprises a first connecting portion and a first pressing portion, a plane where the first connecting portion is located is an inclined plane extending towards the interior of the clamping bin, a first end of the first connecting portion is connected with a top plate of the metal clamping bin, a second end of the first connecting portion is connected with a first end of the first pressing portion, and a plane where the first pressing portion is located is parallel to a plane where a bottom plate of the metal clamping bin is located. With the arrangement, the pressing contact between the first elastic pressing piece 323 and the clamp 13 to be clamped can be increased, so that the pressing is stable, and meanwhile, the pressing time of the first elastic pressing piece on the clamp to be clamped is prolonged.
Further preferably, a second elastic pressing sheet 324 extending out of the distal end of the top plate of the metal cartridge compartment portion is disposed in the middle of the distal end of the top plate of the metal cartridge compartment portion, and the second elastic pressing sheet 324 is disposed corresponding to the clip outlet end of the clip inlet boss 322. The second elastic pressing sheet 324 tilts towards the inside of the jaw 9 along the clip feeding direction; in the clip feeding process, when the ligation clip 13 to be clamped is pushed to the outside of the metal clip bin, the ligation clip 13 to be clamped is pressed by the second elastic pressing piece 324. Because the clamp outlet end of the clamp inlet boss is positioned at the far end of the clamp bin bottom plate and extends out of the metal clamp bin bottom plate, the second elastic pressing piece is used for pressing the clamp to be clamped outside the metal clamp bin, and the clamp to be clamped is guaranteed to be stably clamped and conveyed to the jaw.
Specifically, the second elastic pressing piece 324 includes a second connecting portion and a second pressing portion, the plane where the second connecting portion is located is an inclined plane extending towards the inside of the metal clip bin portion, the first end of the second connecting portion is connected with the top plate of the metal clip bin portion, the second end of the second connecting portion is connected with the first end of the second pressing portion, and the plane where the second pressing portion is located is parallel to the plane where the bottom plate of the metal clip bin portion is located and extends out of the far end of the bottom plate of the metal clip bin portion. The distance between the first pressing part and the second pressing part is smaller than the length of the ligature clamp, so that continuous pressing force is provided for the ligature clamp, and the clamp feeding stability is improved.
Preferably, a pressing table 325 which is arranged along the feeding direction and protrudes towards the interior of the metal clamping bin part is arranged at the side part of the top plate of the metal clamping bin part, the pressing table 325 is arranged corresponding to the clamp-in boss 322 according to the position relation, and the clamp-out end of the pressing table 325 is positioned at the far end of the top plate of the metal clamping bin part; in the clip feeding process, the closed tail of the clip 13 to be inserted is supported by the clip inlet end of the clip inserting boss 322, and simultaneously, the clamping column at the top of the clip 13 to be inserted is pressed by the pressing table 325. The ligation clamp 13 to be inserted into the clamp is prevented from swinging upwards during clamp feeding, and the clamp feeding is stable. Further, in the clip feeding process, the closed tail of the clip 13 to be inserted is supported by the clip inlet end of the clip inserting boss 322, and simultaneously, the clip column at the top of the clip to be inserted is pressed by the clip inlet end of the pressing table 325.
It is conceivable that a pressing table 325 which protrudes towards the inside of the metal clip bin part along the clip feeding direction is arranged on one side part of the top plate of the metal clip bin part, so that upward deflection of the ligation clip to be inserted into the clip can be prevented when the clip is fed, and the clip feeding is stable. Of course, the two side parts of the top plate of the metal clamping bin part are both provided with the pressing tables 325 which are protruded towards the inside of the metal clamping bin part along the clamp feeding direction, so that the phenomenon that the ligation clamp to be clamped is deflected upwards when the clamp is fed can be prevented, and the clamp feeding is stable.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the ligation clamping forceps are stable, the forceps boss 322 is provided, and based on the cooperation of the first elastic pressing sheet 323, the second elastic pressing sheet 324 and the pressing table 325 arranged on the top plate of the metal clip bin, the ligation forceps to be inserted are pushed stably. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the first elastic pressing piece 323 and the second elastic pressing piece 324 may be combined into one pressing piece, which corresponds to the holder-entering boss 322 as a whole, and the pressing piece and the pressing table may be selected.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 7, an elastic straightening piece 326 is disposed at a distal end of a straightening sidewall of the metal clip bin portion, the straightening sidewall is a clip bin sidewall (in this embodiment, a right sidewall of the metal clip bin portion) to which the closed tail of the ligating clip is biased, the elastic straightening piece 326 tilts along the clip feeding direction and towards the inside of the metal clip bin portion, in the clip feeding process, the ligating clip 13 to be inserted is fed forward, the closed tail sidewall of the ligating clip 13 to be inserted is in contact with the elastic straightening piece 326, and as the clip is fed forward, the elastic straightening piece 326 straightens the closed tail of the ligating clip 13 to be inserted to a middle position inside the metal clip bin portion (i.e., a position close to the middle of the left-right direction inside the clip bin portion). The length of the metal clamping bin part processed by the sheet metal process is further reduced while the combination use of the plastic clamping bin part and the metal clamping bin part is realized by ensuring that the clamping bin after being installed with the matched parts can smoothly pass through the puncture outfit with the existing specification.

The main difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that, as shown in fig. 17, a first elastic clamping piece is disposed on the bottom plate of the metal cartridge holding portion, the plastic cartridge holding portion 31 is located near the first elastic clamping piece on the metal cartridge holding portion 32, and the distal end of the plastic cartridge holding portion 31 is the distal end of the cartridge holding. The length of the metal clamping bin part processed by the sheet metal process is further reduced while the combination use of the plastic clamping bin part and the metal clamping bin part is realized by ensuring that the clamping bin after being installed with the matched parts can smoothly pass through the puncture outfit with the existing specification.

The main difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the snap connection between the proximal end of the metal cartridge part and the distal end of the plastic cartridge part is replaced by: the near end of the metal clamping bin part is connected with the far end of the plastic clamping bin part through adhesive.

The clamp-in boss which is started from the near end of the bottom plate of the metal clamp bin part and is finally arranged at the far end of the bottom plate of the metal clamp bin part is arranged in the middle of the bottom plate of the metal clamp bin part in the left-right direction along the clamp conveying direction, so that the closed tail parts of all ligation clamps in the metal clamp bin part can be supported by the boss, a clamping piece can be pushed to clamp the metal clamp bin part, and the clamp conveying is more stable.

The main difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that two bosses are arranged in the middle of the bottom plate of the metal clip bin portion in the left-right direction along the clip feeding direction, one of the bosses is the clip entering boss 322 already discussed above, the other boss is the second clip feeding boss, the clip entering end of the second clip feeding boss is located at the proximal end of the bottom plate of the metal clip bin portion and located at the far side of the buckle hole 321, and the clip exiting end of the second clip feeding boss is located at the near side of the clip entering boss 322. Therefore, the second clip feeding boss is used for improving the stability of the ligating clip near the metal clip bin part in the process of advancing towards the far end.
