Detailed Description
It should be noted that "proximal" as referred to herein refers to a side closer to the operator, and "distal" refers to a side closer to the patient. References herein to "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", etc. azimuthal terms refer to the orientation of fig. 3, with the cartridge shaft being the longitudinal axis of the cartridge from proximal to distal.
In order to clearly illustrate the technical problem which the present invention actually solves, the following is explained by means of an exemplary ligation clip and a cartridge device of an exemplary clip applier. It should be understood, however, that the present ligation clips and cartridge devices presented herein should not be limited by the example ligation clips and cartridge devices of the example clip appliers described herein. Rather, these examples are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, a conventional ligature clip generally includes a first clip arm 11 and a second clip arm 12 connected to each other, one end of each of the two clip arms being connected to form a closed tail portion of the ligature clip, the other end being a free end, the free ends of the two clip arms being spaced apart from each other to form a V-shaped opening. The first clamping arm 11 is in an arc shape protruding towards the outside of the V-shaped opening, the second clamping arm 12 is in an arc shape protruding towards the inside of the V-shaped opening, a lock hook 111 bent towards the inside of the V-shaped opening is formed at the free end of the first clamping arm 11, and a hook groove 121 matched with the lock hook 111 is formed at the free end of the second clamping arm 12. In the closing process of the ligature clip (i.e. the process that the free ends of the two clip arms are close to each other), when the outer sides of the hook tips of the lock hooks 111 are propped against the free ends of the second clip arms 12, the ligature clip continues to be closed, the second clip arms 12 are bent until the hook tips of the lock hooks 111 pass over the free ends of the second clip arms 12, and the second clip arms 12 elastically recover, so that the inner side parts of the lock hooks 111 are clamped in the hook grooves 121, and the ligature clip is used for closing a blood vessel.
In order to facilitate the jaw of the clip applier to clamp the ligature clip, a first clamping column 21 is arranged at a position of the first clamping arm 11 close to the lock hook 111 (namely, a position close to the free end), the height direction of the first clamping column 21 is perpendicular to the side plane of the ligature clip, and two first clamping columns 21 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the first clamping arm 11. In this embodiment, in fig. 1, two first clamping posts 21 are connected, but of course, they may be disconnected. The second clamping posts 22 are disposed at positions of the second clamping arms 12 close to the hook grooves 121 (i.e., positions close to the free ends), the height direction of the second clamping posts 22 is perpendicular to the side plane of the ligature clamp, two second clamping posts 22 are disposed symmetrically on two sides of the second clamping arms 12, in this embodiment, the two second clamping posts 22 are disconnected, and the hook grooves 121 are disposed between the two second clamping posts.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the clip magazine device of the ligating clip applier of a ligating polymer comprises a clip magazine 3 for accommodating a plurality of ligating clips and a push clip 4 for pushing the ligating clips. Wherein the plurality of ligating clips includes a distal-most ligating clip to be gripped 13 (ligating clip to be gripped) and ligating clips stored in a row proximal to the ligating clip to be gripped 13; the openings of the ligature clips are sequentially horizontally arranged on the bottom plate 31 of the clip cabin towards the clip feeding direction, the first clip arms 11 of the ligature clips are attached to the first side wall of the clip cabin 3, the second clip arms 12 of the ligature clips are attached to the second side wall of the clip cabin 3, and a plurality of first elastic clamping positions 311 which extend along the clip feeding direction and tilt upwards are arranged on the bottom plate 31 of the clip cabin at equal intervals; the push clip 4 comprises a push clip body 41 and a push clip head which are sequentially connected, the push clip head bends towards one side relative to the push clip body 41, the push clip body 41 covers the upper portion of the ligature clamp except the ligature clamp to be clamped, the push clip head stretches into the clamp bin 3 and is close to the closed tail of the ligature clamp 13 to be clamped, and a plurality of second elastic clamping positions 411 which extend in the clamp feeding direction and tilt downwards are arranged on the push clip body 41 at equal intervals.
Before the ligating clip applier feeds the clip, the first elastic clamping position 311 at the opposite most distal end of the ligating clip 13 to be clamped is closer to the distal end of the clip magazine 3, the clamping posts of the ligating clips except the ligating clip 13 to be clamped are positioned between the adjacent two first elastic clamping positions 311, and the second elastic clamping position 411 is positioned between the clamping posts of the adjacent ligating clips except the ligating clip 13 to be clamped. When the continuous clip applier feeds clips, the pushing clip 4 advances towards the distal end of the clip magazine, the tilting portion of the second elastic clamping position 411 gradually abuts against the first clamping post 21 and/or the second clamping post 22 of all the ligating clips except the ligating clip 13 to be clamped, and the head of the pushing clip abuts against the closed tail of the ligating clip 13 to be clamped. As the pusher jaw 4 continues to advance distally toward the cartridge 3, all of the ligating clips are urged distally toward the cartridge 3 until the pending clip ligating clip 13 enters the jaws, and the pusher jaw 4 ceases to advance distally toward the cartridge 3, during which all of the ligating clips except for the pending clip ligating clip 13 will pass beyond their distally adjacent first resilient detents 311. Then the pushing clip 4 advances towards the proximal end of the clip cabin 3, the head of the pushing clip and the second elastic card 411 can drive all the ligating clips except the ligating clip 13 to be clamped to advance towards the proximal end of the clip cabin 3, when all the ligating clips except the ligating clip 13 to be clamped are contacted with the first elastic clamping position 311, the first elastic clamping position 311 can stop all the ligating clips except the ligating clip 13 to be clamped from continuing to advance towards the proximal end of the clip cabin 3, and the head of the pushing clip and the second elastic card 411 can pass the ligating clips adjacent to the proximal end of the pushing clip 4 and then stop advancing towards the proximal end of the clip cabin 3 due to the elasticity of the head of the pushing clip and the second elastic card 411. The pushing clips 4 reciprocate in this way, delivering the ligating clips to the jaws in sequence.
The applicant finds through research that if the continuous hair applicator is designed according to the structure, the continuous hair clip applier is blocked by a mechanism in the actual use process, and the clip feeding failure mainly comprises the following factors:
1. the two clip arms of the ligature clip are arc-shaped protruding towards the same direction, and the ligature clip stored in the clip cabin can lead the closed tail part of the ligature clip to deviate to one side wall (the second side wall in the embodiment) of the clip cabin due to self yield force, as shown in fig. 3. In the clip feeding process, the pushing force acting on the tail of the closure cannot be parallel to the clip bin shaft, the required pushing force is large, the ligature clip is easy to enter the clip jaw to deflect, the mechanism is blocked, and the clip feeding fails.
2. Because the first clamping column and the second clamping column of the ligature clamp exist, the closed tail part of the ligature clamp stored in the clamp bin is in a suspended state, and the closed tail part of the ligature clamp can swing up and down in the clamp feeding process, so that the clamp is not beneficial to pushing the clamp, the clamp is unstable, and the clamp is blocked.
To this end, the invention proposes a ligature clip and a clip magazine device with stable clip feeding. The invention will be better explained by the following detailed description of the embodiments with reference to the drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present invention may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the present embodiment provides a ligating clip having the structure of the ligating clip described above, and will not be described again.
In addition, a boss 122 is provided on an outer side portion of the second clamp arm 12 (i.e., a side portion of the second clamp arm 12 opposite to an inner side portion of the second clamp arm 12 for forming the V-shaped opening), one end of the boss 122 is a connection end to be connected with the second clamp arm 12, the other end of the boss 122 is a free end, and the boss 122 is located at the closed tail portion to one half of the second clamp arm 12; the ligature clamp is contained in the clamp bin, the free end of the boss 122 is abutted on the second side wall of the clamp bin, the first clamp arm 11 is abutted on the first side wall of the clamp bin, and the closed tail is located in the middle of the left-right direction of the clamp bin.
In this way, by arranging the boss 122 at a specific position on the outer side part of the second clamping arm (namely, the position from the closed tail part to the position of the second clamping arm 12), when the ligature clamp is accommodated in the clamping bin, the free end of the boss 122 is propped against the side wall of the clamping bin to prevent the deflection of the closed tail part caused by yielding of the ligature clamp, and the closed tail part is maintained at the middle part of the clamping bin in the left-right direction, so that the pushing force of the pushing clamping piece acting on the closed tail part can be parallel to the clamping bin shaft in the clamping process, the pushing force is reduced, the pushing clamping piece is facilitated, and the clamping is stable; meanwhile, as the boss 122 is arranged at the position from the tail part to one half of the second clamping arm 12, the boss 122 can not restrict the bending of the second clamping arm 12 in the closing process of the ligature clamp, thereby being beneficial to clamping the ligature clamp.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the ligating clip is received in the clip compartment, the free ends of the boss 122 and the second clip arm 12 each abut against the second side wall of the clip compartment, and the middle portion of the first clip arm 11 abuts against the first side wall of the clip compartment. The ligature clamp with the shape is accommodated in the clamp bin, so that the form stability of the ligature clamp stored in the clamp bin is further enhanced, and the ligature clamp is more beneficial to delivering the clamp stably.
Preferably, the ligating clip is received within the clip compartment with the boss 122 being perpendicular to the second side wall of the clip compartment. The ligature clip with the shape is simple in shape and convenient to manufacture.
Preferably, the boss 122 is located at the closed tail to one third of the second clip arm 12. The boss 122 so provided is more effective in restraining the closure tail. Further preferably, in this embodiment, the boss 122 is located at the closed tail to quarter second clip arm 12.
Preferably, the top of the boss 122 does not exceed the top side plane of the ligating clip and the bottom of the boss 122 does not exceed the bottom side plane of the ligating clip. The provision of the boss 122 of such a shape does not adversely affect the inherent function of the ligating clip.
Preferably, the first clip arm 11, the second clip arm 12, and the boss 122 are integrally formed of the same material (e.g., injection molded from a polymer) for manufacturing.
Preferably, boss 122 is solid cylindrical. The boss 122 with the shape is simple in shape, high in strength and convenient to manufacture by injection molding. Further, in the present embodiment, the longitudinal cross-section of the boss 122 (i.e., the cross-section obtained by cutting the boss 122 from top to bottom) gradually decreases in area from the connecting end to the free end, and the free end of the boss 122 is arc-shaped along the length direction of the second clamp arm 12.
Preferably, a V-shaped through hole 14 penetrating through the ligature clip vertically is formed in the closed tail part, the V bottom of the V-shaped through hole 14 is opposite to the V bottom of the V-shaped opening, and two end parts of the V-shaped through hole 14 are respectively arranged at the connecting end of the first clamping arm 11 and the connecting end of the second clamping arm 12. Thus, by providing the V-shaped through hole 14, the ligature clip is facilitated to be clamped.
Preferably, the inner side of the free end of the second clamping arm 12 is provided with a V-shaped slot 123, the V-shaped slot 123 having a V-bottom and a V-shaped opening, the V-bottom being located proximal to the V-shaped opening, the V-shaped opening being located at the most distal end of the second clamping arm 12, the depth of the V-shaped slot 123 gradually becoming deeper from the V-bottom to the V-shaped opening. The V-shaped slot 123 is configured to cooperate with the outer portion of the hook tip of the hook to facilitate the hook tip of the hook passing over the free end of the second clip arm 12 during closure of the ligating clip.
Further, to secure the clip closing stability of the ligation clip, in the present embodiment, the first clip arm 11 and the second clip arm 12 have substantially the same radius of curvature.
Further, in order to improve the stability of the ligature clip for clamping a blood vessel, in this embodiment, at least one tooth 15 is provided on the inner side of the first clip arm 11, and at least one tooth 15 is provided on the inner side of the second clip arm 12. Specifically, two rows of teeth 15 are provided on the inner side of the first clamping arm 11 along the direction of the first clamping arm 11, each row includes a plurality of teeth 15, the number of teeth 15 in the first row is the same as the number of teeth 15 in the second row, the teeth 15 in the first row and the teeth 15 in the second row are all arranged at the same interval, and the teeth 15 in the first row and the teeth 15 in the second row are staggered; two rows of teeth 15 are arranged on the inner side of the second clamping arm 12 along the trend of the second clamping arm 12, namely a third row and a fourth row, each row comprises a plurality of teeth 15, the number of the teeth 15 in the third row is the same as that of the teeth 15 in the fourth row, the teeth 15 in the third row and the teeth 15 in the fourth row are all arranged at the same interval, and the teeth 15 in the third row and the teeth 15 in the fourth row are staggered
Example 2
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, the present embodiment provides a cartridge device including a cartridge 3 accommodating a plurality of ligating clips.
The design of the ligating clip is the same as that described in example 1, and will not be described again. The openings of the ligature clips are sequentially horizontally arranged on the bottom plate 31 of the clip bin towards the clip feeding direction, and two ends of the openings of the ligature clips are respectively attached to two side walls of the clip bin 3. The clamping bin 3 is further provided with at least one boss in the middle of the left-right direction of the clamping bin bottom plate 31 and along the clamping direction, and when the ligature clamp is clamped along the boss, the top of the boss gradually supports the closed tail of the ligature clamp, so that the closed tail of the ligature clamp is finally parallel to the plane of the bottom plate 31 of the clamping bin. Therefore, the boss supports the closed tail part of the ligature clamp, reduces the up-and-down swing of the closed tail part of the ligature clamp in the clamp feeding process, is favorable for pushing the clamp to feed the clamp, ensures that the clamp feeding is stable, and reduces the clamping situation of the clamp feeding.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in this embodiment, at least one boss is provided as a clamp-in boss 312 (a boss for entering the jaw), a clamp-in end of the clamp-in boss 312 is located on the clamp chamber bottom plate 31, and a clamp-out end of the clamp-in boss 312 is located at a distal end of the clamp chamber bottom plate 31 and extends out of the clamp chamber bottom plate 31. The top surface of the clip feeding end extends obliquely in a plane in a direction away from the clip bin bottom plate 31 in a direction toward the distal end to smoothly guide the tail of the clip ligation clip 13 to rise without jamming the clip ligation clip 13. Of course, not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the top surface of the clamping end may be a cambered surface. The top surface of the outlet clamping end is a plane parallel to the bottom plate 31 of the clamping bin. The top surface of the part between the clamping end and the clamping end is a plane and is flush with the top surface of the clamping end.
In the process that the ligature clamp 13 to be clamped enters the jaw, the head of the clamping piece is required to push the ligature clamp to be clamped to enter the jaw against the closed tail of the ligature clamp 13 to be clamped, the clamping boss 312 is arranged, the tail of the ligature clamp 13 to be clamped can be supported by the clamping boss 312 in the clamp feeding process, the ligature clamp 13 to be clamped is prevented from swinging up and down, the head of the clamping piece is well acted on the closed tail of the ligature clamp 13 to be clamped, and the clamp feeding is stable; and simultaneously, the clamping ends of the clamping-in bosses 312 extend out of the clamping bin bottom plate, so that the clamping-in jaws can be sent stably. Of course, in other embodiments of the invention, the exiting ends of the entry bosses 312 may also be flush with the distal end of the cartridge floor.
Thus, in the present embodiment, during feeding, the closed tail of the ligature clip 13 to be fed is supported by the feeding end of the feeding jaw boss 312, and is held in a horizontal posture by the portion between the feeding end and the discharging end. In the present embodiment, the outlet end of the clamp boss 312 is in a cantilever structure, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the outlet end of the clamp boss 312 may be connected to the clamp chamber bottom plate 31 by a connecting member.
